Considering the area where we wanted to be, I can't think of another hotel that could have been better situated.

Simple but nice accommodations; nice breakfast; pool was outside, not inside; nice covered garage; but a bear to get into the place - not their fault, i would guess. Major traffic issues allow only one way to get in, which means one must go past the hotel find someway to turn around via heavy traffic if you arrive during any rush hour times, but eventually […] you can reach the entrance. The staff was courteous and helpful. Overall the room was clean, bed comfortable but because pets (dogs) stay there, an odor pervaded the room. A lot of road noise outside.

The room smelled terribly bad although it looked clean. The road noise and hotel noise made it hard to sleep

Our room had an unpleasant smell to it and was not all that clean. I also know that it is a pet friendly hotel but a friend that was with us had 3 different fleas jump on to him. I will not stay again.

My husband and I had a great stay here. The bed was very comfy, the service was great, and it was affordable! We'll definitely come back again!

Staying just one night, close by an appointment the next morning. Not a destination, but room and amenities (including wireless access) perfectly acceptable for a short term stay. Would book again if needed.

We thought the room was a great price and it was huge. The bed was very comfortable and other hotels just give you 2 scrawny pillows, but at this place they actually gave us lots of pillows. for an older property the rooms were renovated nicely and clean. Liked having a separate sink next to the microwave & fridge. I stayed on top floor towards the back since older hotels can have sound issues-pretty quiet on the second floor-little tricky getting out of driveway due to busy traffic and proximity to a busy intersection. Located at one of the busiest intersections in Oregon, next to 205, Oregon 212, and 82nd Ave. Fred Meyer is across the street, fast food & liquor store nearby. We chose it because it was one exit away from Kaiser Sunnyside Hospital. Room was comfortable and fairly soundproof, beds were firm, TV, microwave, fridge, FM radio & clock. This Hotel was in the perfect location for where we needed to be. We had our dog with us that was going into surgery at a clinic less then a mile away and we brought him down the night before. We specified that we had a dog with when we made the booking with Hotels.com and it was listed on our confirmation. We checked in and went to dinner and when […] we arrived back at the hotel and were walking in the desk clerk ran out with the check in receipt in his hand pointing and yelling at us that we had lied to him and that we had tried to sneak our dog in the hotel and we should not be allowed in the hotel with our dog. We have a newfoundland dog that is 90 pounds and walked in the front door with him so it was pretty obvious that we did not try to sneak him in and we showed him the confirmation that showed him that we had made the booking with the dog clearly listed on it. After getting that all taken care of and very load night with the guests in the room next to us we went to check out and they wanted to charge us for the room at a higher rate then with Hotels.com and told us that we had not yet paid for the room. We then had to call Hotels.com who got the rate and balance taken care of. The Hotel condition was nice but the staff was awful !!!! When we come back next week we will not be staying here. Læs mere

Super comfortable king-size bed easily accomodated my husband and myself plus our 3 month old. Having a mini-fridge and microwave was nice. Downsides: VERY close to the highway and, thus, room was kinda loud. Front desk personnel were curt, with one exception. However, I'd say this was a good value for the money and cleanliness of the room.

PROS: good size room, comfortable bed, good location, covered parking. CONS: I think the rooms used to be smoking rooms and the hotel staff heavily uses air freshener to try to mask the smoke smells. Gave me a headache. Breakfast consists of cold cereal, muffins and bagels (with no butter or cream cheese), orange and apple juice - kind of what you'd […] expect for the price. A good value for the money. The main problem with the hotel is getting in and out due to traffic. It's a bit noisy as well because of traffic. The beds are very comfortable, new flat screen T.V.'s, and they are remodeling and upgrading too.

This isn't a fancy hotel, but it was very roomy and clean for the price. Breakfast was also satisfactory. I appreciated the covered parking as the night temperatures were freezing and we didn't have to scrape the windshield when we left the next morning. We would definitely stay there again. PS Microwave and refrigerator a plus!

Nice clean hotel for a reasonable price. Good service, newly being remodeled and not owned by some big corporation. Give the little guy your money.

The first room they gave us smelled bad and tolet was loose, fan vent gone. I asked to be moved and the manager just come and sprayed the room. When we got back from the wedding I went to remove the cover and found it with hair and a mess. I called down and the night manager gave us a different room. We liked the price and the location, but the bedspreads were a little tattered. And, I think the carpet needs shampooed.

Nice rooms I would give it a 10 people are friendly and help full.I would recommend people to stay there.

Room to noisy from highway traffic!

The staff was the best part of the stay. Very helpful and courteous. The rooms are old and you could definitely see that they were not cleaned deeply as there was thick dust buildup all around the floor and bed. Bedspreads were old and had cigarette burns in them. Blankets had holes and snags all over them. The motel sits in front of an adult video […] store. Creepy .. but there were no incidents and the pool was in front of the motel with concrete wall surrounding it. That was very nice to say the least. We were only here for 1 night but the room was actually a King suite. There was a couch & chair and the bed was very comfortable.

This hotel had very good complimentary breakfast selection, but the dinning area was very small-but it works! The room decore needs to be updated, but the room was clean, beds were comfortable. Light switch on the floor lamp stuck-difficult to operate if you have arthritis. The location of our room, midway down the hall, needed sound insulation. You get what you pay for. It's clean, the beds are comfortable, it wasn't too noisy and it allowed dogs.

This hotel needs to be dropped from your web site or you are in danger of losing credibility in your reputation. I took pictures for proof:-1 large and 1 small burn hole in sheets, brown stuff on bathroom door, large stains on carpet, cat scratced upholstered chair, vinyl wood on door peeling, freezer compartment in fridge unknown, so food either froze […] or was warm, towels not left for the second day, when asked the front desk, the answer was they ran out, so we did not get any and a hole repaired in wall without attempt to paint over it. This room was deplorable, we have paid 1/2 the price and had better rooms many times. Do not be fooled by "Inns and Suites". We do not even think that this hotel was decent when it was built, which we guess was in the 60's. Læs mere

When we arrived we were greated warmly and informed that our room had been upgraded to one with a jacuzzi. Though the room was noisy from all the trucks, it was still a nice stay. It wasn't The Ritz, but it was neat, clean and comfortable. All in all a nice stay.

This is very dated. The room was clean but musty smelling . Plaster cracking off of the support wall. We had a king bed with a sitting area which was nice . Location was good for where we needed to be . . At check in the staff was very friendly. Large clean rooms with comfy beds! I found my new favorite place to stay when in Portland

The service at this hotel is A+!! I am a wheelchair user and we arrived at the Clackamas Inn about 10:30 PM. When we got to our room, I noticed that there was not a handheld shower head in the bathroom. I went to the front desk and spoke with a kind man there and he said he would be up to the room in 15 minutes. When he arrived at the room, he had a […] brand new shower head that he had run to the hardware store and purchased. While he was installing the showerhead, he told us that they were on the process of upgrading the rooms and the laborers must have overlooked the handheld shower heads in the accessable rooms. I was impressed by the willingness to help and the positive upbeat attitude of the man that helped us. If your ever looking for a friendly, clean place to stay in the Clackamas area, I highly reccomend the Clackamas Inn and Suites! Læs mere

Great location, right off I205, with plenty of stores and restaurants right nearby. Spacious room, plenty of nice little touches. One problem -- the door to the room did not latch properly at first, and if we hadn't noticed on our way out, anyone could have pushed the door right open while we were gone! I stayed in room 219 which overlooked the Adult Video parking lot. There was a lot of noise from buses and trucks at all hours. The room was fairly clean and the bed was comfortable. My chief gripes were the heater, drapes and maid service. The heater thermostat didn't seem to work and the room got very warm and stuffy. Clean Rooms, and pleasant staff. But older wood construction and next to a road that is busy all night long. So if noise keep you up at night - look elsewhere. If you fall asleep in motesls with the TV on - this is a good value 4 you.

We wanted a quiet, inexpensive place to stay for the night. This worked out very well. Close to the mall, furniture stores, and restaurants. Their complimentary breakfast was better than I expected. I will stay there again on our next shopping trip to Portland. I was as comfortable sleeping here as I have been in more expensive units. At first I was put-off by the "adult video" sign displayed right behind the motel....this is quite unfortunate. However, upon check-in I found the room to be spacious and quite clean, although a bit shabby. We were traveling w/a toddler so the convenience of an early morning breakfast was definitely a plus. The early morning coffee was also quite welcomed. […] I would only recommend this motel to someone who is not too picky about their surroundings and only looking for neatness and cleanliness like we were. Great place to stay, good facilities. Close to several family places to eat.

This hotel is next door to an adult video theater and one block away from and adult "toy" store.

Bed very comfortable and the room nice for what we paid. excellent breakfast. Pleasently surprised.
