Perry's Ocean Edge Resort - Daytona Beach Shores

Super beliggenhed, direkte ved god strand. Free breakfast var ikke ret spændende og findes på 2. sal i et mørkt lokale. I vores lejlighed var der en lidt fugtig lugt. Vinduerne var meget beskidte. Ellers var alt OK.

My family and I loved it here. The hotel staff was great and always greeted us with a smile. The beds only have two pillows per bed, we asked the front desk for extra pillows and they brought them up with in five minutes. Ocean front room was priceless, would of been better on the first floor so you could walk right out side. Perrys is older and could […] use some updating. The out side pools were nice but not heated. The staff was friendly. The room was clean. Not enough parking on site. We had to park across the street. The breakfast that was included was donuts, coffee and juice. Some donuts were fresh made and still warm but others were either left over or store bought. I would stay again. Sheryl

Right on the beach. Great atmosphere. Clean room.

Nice hotel but we should have went to a different city for partying. We still had fun but many cites had more party options going on.

For the money the resort was good. Not the best we've stayed at but not the worst either. The resort is divided into 3 sections, the middle being the oldest, where we stayed next to the indoor pool. Kinda loud during the evening around the pool, and the suites showed their age....but the newer sections had great views of ocean. Our family had a great time at Perry's. This hotel has lots of space to move around in. There are lots of picnic tables, lounge chairs & outdoor grills. I brought chairs with me and never took them out of the car. They had plenty for everyone and the hotel was sold out during the time that we stayed. They have 3 pools (one indoor), a hot tub, a tiki […] bar with music, basketball and volleyball court, shuffleboard and of course the beach is right there too. It's an older hotel and extra towels were tough to come by, but for the price and all the stuff to do, it was a great experience. We will stay again soon. Læs mere

We always stay at Perry's now! The rooms are older, but well kept and clean. The location is great and the amenities are perfect for families with kids. We love that there are kitchens in rooms and the indoor pool for rainy days!

Great friendly updated lots of activities for all

We had a great time here during bike week. Received an upgraded room. Tiki Bar by the pool area was fantastic. Friendly staff and great breakfast in the resort diner. Definitely will go back.

I stayed at this hotel with some friends for spring break. It was a great place for the deal we got on it, but not exactly a college spring break location. There were lots of old people and a couple of families. We were also hoping to be able to walk everywhere, but we had to drive everywhere because it was probably more than 2 miles from the center […] of Daytona Beach. This was a first stay at Perry's and definitely won't be our last. Everything about our stay was terrific. The reort, our accomodations(Ocean front), the staff and facility could not have been better or more enjoyable.

Arrived to find an older motel added on to through the decades, well maintained, under the circumstances. The room was quite nice. Ground floor, opened right out onto the pool area overlooking the ocean. Indoor pool area needs serious update. Kinda hokey. But clean room, comforatable bed, mini-kitchen. I was expecting a lot and got more, Hotel gave us free upgrade at check-in. Huge room! Beautiful grounds. It was everything I was looking for: quiet, friendly, and great beach access.

hot tube was not hot, staff could not send a fax to Germany.

The view was great. The staff was very nice and accommodating.The room was very clean. I was in Daytona to work. So it would have been nice if they had some room service for dinner at night. Otherwise, I would recommend it to anyone.

Good location, clean rooms, nice touch in that all are efficiencies.... nice indoor pool, great for this time of year. Resort provides some activities and during the time we were there was mostly older couples staying. Parking is a bit tricky but at the price we paid we feel like we got a great deal.

It's not a spa, but very nice pools, staff, beach and tiki bar. Great place for the price. Rooms were clean and staff was helpful and responsive. Very close to speedway and airport.

We arrived about 7:00pm on an Thursday night with reservations. Huge Complex!! I didn't care much for the parking, very strung out and somewhat unorganized in my opinion. Got our keys, and found a room which was about 1/2 a block away. The buildings were older, but extremely well kept. My wife has terrible allergies and very bothered by the slightest […] odors, she had no problems with anything in the rooms. We had reservations for 2 rooms with bouble queens, they gave us two deluxe suites with kitchenettes for the same price. Next morning, enjoyed the continental breakfast, although a little far to walk and kind of complicated to find, but afterwards, the beach was beautiful. Enjoyed the sunrise, although a little cloudy. Overall, great stay!!! Will definitely stay there again if our son gets accepted to Emery-Riddle, which by the way was only 5.5miles from the hotel. Læs mere

This was our second stay at this hotel and we absolutely love it! The rooms are nice and clean, as are all the areas inside and outside of the hotel; all the staff are extremely friendy and polite and the place is very well kept, we will definately be back time and time again!

The room in general was in good condition except for the carpeting. It does need updating.

my mom came down to fla. to visit for the first time in about 20yrs. she wanted to see the ocean for the last time in her life,she is 82. i saw the great reviews on perrys inn on daytona beach online. so i made reservations . she had the best time ever and so did i. everything you could ever want is right there.we enjoyed the beautiful rooms and the […] heated swimming pool.it was cold when we were there so it was very nice. also the homemade doughnuts were a real plus.i have nothing to say that isn't good about this place. we can't wait to go back for longer next time Læs mere

This hotel is very nice, great staff, and would def stay here again. Very few things within walking distance of the resort, but alot of things within a 5-10 min drive. Only complaints were that the Free Breakfast was only donughts, and coffee and orange juice, and sign said not to take it out of the room, also the balcany's were very nice, however we […] had birds on it all the time, and they pooped all over the place, so we did not use it at all. I'm sure it was because my room was discounted, but they put me in a cave of a room. I had no outside window...when I opened my curtains, I was facing the indoor pool and the multitude of seniors romping in the water or playing bridge at tables right outside my room. The room never cooled off because of the bath water heated pool. There are no elevators […] in this section of the hotel and I had to carry my heavy bag up three flights of stairs. We loved staying at Perry's, it was our first time there. We will definitely be staying there again. The kids loved the indoor pool and the hot tub was so relaxing.

Nice ocean view, large rooms with kitchen, a good place for vacations

Got a great rate on this. For beach view excellent cost for what u get. And the heated pool was wonderful....just a real simple nice hotel with no pretense really enjoyed it Staff was very nice

This is our favorite hotel to stay in Daytona. You get a lot of amenities and it is an oceanfront hotel.

This place is just awesome. My kids are 3 and 12 and they enjoyed the indoor pool and hottub all day. The check in was a breeze and Michelle and Justin were very knowledgable on everything we might need to know. We had an indoor garden room and it was the best I have ever stayed at in Daytona. The room faced the indoor pool and I could watch the kids […] while relaxing back and using my laptop with free WI-FI. They provide pool towels. The rooms have spoons and everything you need to cook. The room had a full fridge, Microwave, and stove. I can not say anything wrong about this place. Just beware they provide free homemade donuts from 7-10am with juice and coffee and my son could not stop eating them cause they were so good. I hop and 7-11 is right across the street but they have vending machines that are very fair for cans and bottle sodas and even ice cream! Everyone was very nice. We received clean towels every day and we join in the morning water arobics! The staff was very nice. I wish the breakfast was more than carbs!

We came in January and it was cold on the beach, however the wonderful heated spa and pool were great. I had my grandson with me (10) and he had a ball in the pool, as did I.

We drove all day and found this wonderful spot. The view was just great it looked like the moon was coming right in the room . The sound of the ocean was very relaxing . The room was very clean . We would stay again another time .

If you are looking for an "affordable" hotel in the area, I will say this is the best of all, we have stay pretty much in all of the "affordable" ones. The outside area/pool is really nice, we ussually get a room facing the indoor pool, so my son can swim until 9pm. We have stay there many times, we still love it and we will stay there again.

This past weekend I had the pleasure of staying at Perry's Ocean Edge. From the inception of my visit, I was made to feel comforted by the care of the staff. I was allowed to check in several hours earlier. My accomodations were fairly impressive for the price. I was upgraded to an oceanfront accomodation and my room was clean, lovely and had all the […] charms of home. It was equipped with a kitchenette and the room was very large. The view was unbelievable!!! I enjoyed the smell of the freshly baked donuts on the second floor which thankfully was the floor I was on. The donuts were yummy and fresh! I thoroughly enjoyed the heated pool at the atrium along with the very large hot tub. The tiki bar made an incredible rum runner making it the best libation i have had. Læs mere

The hotel room was clean and the service was satisfactory but I was extremely disappointed in the quality of the room itself.

Rooms were large, beds comfy and oceanFRONT with balconey was beautiful!! Everything clean and well kept. Winn Dixie across the street is very convenient since there is a kitchen in the room. Have to travel up/down Atlantic Avenue for restaurants as the hotel restaurant is only open breakfast/lunch... no dinner.

What a fantastic resort, i wish we had more than one day, as it would have been perfect. Great care in the landscaping and housekeeping make this place a class act. I will definitely return to this resort in the future. SdG

this was my second stay. I will return ,i have told others and they have came as well .the rooms are spacious the surroundings are great .The only down side is stay away from the homemade doughnuts lol

great location, amenities ( albeit a little chilly for the ocean ) .. donuts were great - would like a little more substantial break - but a great treat never the less... you don't be disappointed.
