Overall I was very pleased with the hotel bar one night...our room was opposite very rowdy and ill disciplined teenagers, who made our first night a night to forget. I was really surprised that the hotel decided to locate us on the same floor as these rebellious rangatangs. Excellent in all respects. Superb choice of breakfast options. Very convenient for underground connections into all areas of the city, and especially well located for watching the Vienna marathon in April. The hotel was upscale and comfortable with a FABULOUS breakfast spread. The front desk staff were all cool and appropriately helpful, but perhaps that was more "big city" persona than an issue with the hotel staff. The surrounding area was older and held no interest for us, but the U-Bahn station was immediately across the street and changing lines […] to get to the hostiroc old city center was very easy. Easy to use metro to get to center of city. Would recommend staying at this hotel. Beds were not a single king size, but were 2 beds pushed together. Alzheimer's, for being a Marriott hotel, internet was very high cost.

If you (like me) have two phones, an iPad and a laptop, you might be disappointed to find that each device is a daily charge (around 16EUR per day) which requires repeated entry of a code into each device, multiple times per day! Surrounding area is a little quiet, but there is the Meidling main street shopping area (most shops close by 6:30pm). Large […] tour groups frequent this hotel. Breakfast is quite good, but you need to approach the waiters to get attention (e.g. to order a coffee). There is a very nice swimming pool and fitness centre (gym) at the top floor. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The quality of the hotel, staff and convenience of location (just meters from a metro station) were outstanding. My only negative was the cost of the breakfast/internet package which I thought was excessive. Nevertheless, I would highly recommend this hotel.

Very nice hotel room. Clean, great service and comfortable room. I used roomservice quite a few times, and was very satisfied with both timeliness, service and quality of food and wine. Only a few issues: - Aircondition was disabled as I was there in December, but for some reason the room was rather too warm for my taste, so I had to open the window […] once in a while. - Internet surcharge was high - and the one time, I wanted to use it, it was down (I wasn't charged of course). - Location is a bit outside of everything, but the U4 station is 2 minutes walk away and goes to the centre very fast. Croudy and noisy. I do not recommend this hotel.

My friend and I were amazed at how beautiful this hotel was for the price we paid. It's out of town but there is a metro stop 2 minutes away so you barely notice. It's about 10 mins walk to the palace from here. The staff were very helpful in recommending things to do around Vienna as well as organising our tour in Salzburg. Highly recommended!

We stayed here 2 nights and have nothing but praise for this hotel! First, the location is great......across the street from an U-bahn station ( 1 stop to Schonbrunn and 2 stops to the Naschmarkt and approx. 15 min. to Stephansdom ). The hotel also has it's own parking garage under the hotel.....a bit pricey, but worth the convenience. The wireless […] internet also a bit pricey, but necessary for someone on a working vacation. The service at the hotel was great, the room clean and very comfortable AND air conditioned! It has a wonderful roof top pool and do try the signature drink "Wiener blut" in the lounge. The buffet breakfast was very good and included a made to order omlete station. Oh, did I mention how convenient it is to find the hotel and get in and out of the city on the A1 autobahn (we have driven round and round trying to find hotels/parking on other trips to Vienna---the smaller streets are not well marked). Great service! Just 10 min from the old town by metro (metro stops across the street). The hotel interior is very nice but feels too much like a big chain hotel. Breakfast was amazing and service superb!

We enjoyed and loved our stay at the hotel. Everyone there were very kind and helpful. Overall we would stay at this hotel again. The only problem we experienced was that it was difficult to find the hotel, coming from Prague, but thats no one's fault. Thank you for caring! Sincerely

We stayed in the Renaissance Hotel for a long weekend break and it was absolutely perfect. Good rooms, helpful staff, good food and beside an U-ban station, so just a few minutes to almost anywhere in Vienna.

This is an 80's type hotel, which will serve your purposes for standard, base accommodations in the fringe of Vienna. Very convenient to the U4 subway stop (access is a little cheesy) which will take you everywhere. Courtyard rooms overlook this massive fire escape scaffolding system which is unsightly, but probably a good thing. One concierge had a […] bit of an edge, but all others were over the top with courtesy. Only turn off was the (optional) daily $40 Euro upcharge for breakfast (quite good) plus internet 'package'. Arrived on Xmas Eve to a very welcoming reception, no problems with this hotel, the room, the bar, the restaurant were exactly what you come to expect from a Renaissance property. Add to this that Vienna was exceptionally beautiful so the experience was great

Quando escolhemos o Hotel Renassance, a localização nos pareceu ótima, perto do Nieumarkt pra começarmos o passeio a pé....na chegada acidade (estavamos de carro) o mapa fornecido pelo site hoteis.com não correspondia a localização exata do hotel. Após quase 2 horas de busca, encontramos finalmente o hotel, que é longe do centro...estava muito nervosa […] e frustrada com minha escolha, quando fomos atendidos pela Stephani e uma outra moça em treinamento, que foram excelentes em tentar nos compensar por este erro do site, nos oferecendo como cortesia cafe da manha e estacionamento. O hotel em si é ótimo, sem nada de ruim a declarar. Ficariamos lá novamente sim, mas sabendo que é necessário um metro até o centro. Læs mere

Nous avons fait une reservation pour 2 adultes et 01 enfant de 12 ans. Chambre De luxe (categorie superieur). Payment et confirmation reçue. A notre arrivée l'hotel nous informe qu'il n'avait pas de chambre prevue pour notre enfant. Il nous proposé de rajouter un lit au tarif de 45€ par nuit!Nous avons montré la confirmation reçu par Hotel.com... Nous […] sommes allées voir la chambre (selon la confirmation elle était de 25m2) trop petite, impossible de rajouter une chambre sous peine de ne pas pouvoir circuler dans la chambre. conclusion notre enfant à partagé nos deux lit. (deux lits mit^côte à côte). Nous avons hiper mal dormi, surtout mon enfants. conclusion notre sejour à vienne était gaché suite à cette évènemment et nous avions hate de sortir de cette horreur et d'arriver dans notre prochain hotel à Nuremberg, qui était très bien et que nous avons pu dormir confortablement. Noter que nous avons sejournée dans plusieures hotels avant et nous n'avons jamais eu de problème quant au lit de la trosieme personne. ルネッサンスウィーンに三泊しましたが地下鉄4号線メイドリンクハウプトシュトラッセから1分位で便利です。街の中心オペラのあるカールすプラッツまでも5つ目です。ホテルの設備、利便性を考えると値段も安くおすすめできます。が、私が泊まった時はイタリア人の学生が団体で泊まっていたのでちょっとうるさかったです。 サウナ、プール共に無料で使用できます。 冷蔵庫は漢の状態なので近くのスーパーで飲み物などを買って入れておくのに便利です。 スーパーはホテルを出て左にも右にも3分位でビラというスーパーが２軒あります。７時半には閉店なので注意が必要です。 ホテルが安くないウィーンでは利便性等考えるとおすすめです。

В отеле платная подземная парковка для гостей, обошлась 25€. Завтрак очень изысканный и богатый разнообразиями, правда цена 50€ на двоих, дороговато! Не помешало бы в номере халаты и тапочки. Неплохой бассейн и фитнес - бесплатно.

Достоинства - рядом с метро. 4 остановки до центра. Отличные завтраки. Бассейн, сауна. Недостатки - не очень хорошая звукоизоляция. Не очень интересный район - вокруг отеля делать нечего.

Das Hotel ist so in Ordnung. Emfpangsservice ist korrekt freundlich. Frühstück stelle ich mir anders vor. Ersteinmal muss man sich um frei Plätze anstellen. Dann gibt es sehr lange Wartezeiten auf Kaffee und andere Speisen. Personal ist überfordert. Räumlichkeiten sind zu klein und aus meiner Sicht ist das Buffet an der falschen Stelle aufgebaut. Der Pool könnte sauber sein. Zimmer direkt am Aufzug hören permanent dieses Piepsignal, sowie die leise, aber zu hörende Musik im Flur.

Hotellet ligger nära tunnelbanan och därmed ca 10min från Wien city. Frukosten är värd fem stjärnor. Bastu och pool i fina rena miljöer. Rena och fräscha rum. Mycket serviceminded personal. Totalbetyg 4 stjärnor.

Unsere Gäste waren sehr beeindruckt, Hotel liegt nahe U-bahn, also im Zentrum ist man in 20 min, im Schönbrunn in 5 min, einfach toll!

sehr reichhaltiges und umfangreiches Frühstücksbuffet, freundlicher Service, Sauberkeit überall Abends- Aufenthalt im gemütlichen Barbereich

Helt ok hotell för affärsresenären. Långsam in och utcheckning. Dyrt internet. Mycket bra frukost.

The price of using the internet was to much, and Ye could just use one device at the time. The swimming pool was used by aerobics class every afternoon/evening during our stay. Cleaning was not nice and the room was old. It smelled dirty. The air condition didn't work. The mini car was empty. The only positive was the breakfast.

Были в данном отеле с 16 по 17 апреля 2011 года. Отель расположен очень удобно - рядом станция метро, от которой очень легко и быстро добраться до Karlplatz, где расположены здание Оперы и прочие достопримечательности. В отеле есть подземная парковка, что очень удобно приезжающим на своем автомобиле. Разместили быстро, без каких либо проволочек. Обслуживание […] отличное, номера чистые. Очень рекоммендую!!
