The staff at this hotel really knows what service is all about. Besides the bed and linnen was very comfortable, a delicioius breakfast and with running routes really close by not to mention the location in general. I had a wonderful stay at Fairfield and will definetely recommend.

"Shuttle stops at midnight. Clerk stiffed the cabby"
I called for pickup at 12:10 & was informed shuttle stopped at 12. When confirming they would reimburse cabby as they have in the past, she said no. After I insisted, she agreed. When we got there she argued w/ the Cabby & refused to pay him! The am clerk said management is changing things...My whole family was very upset by this after a long flight. "Great Hotel"
We booked the hotel for the 2011 Big Ten Championship Game. The hotel offered free travel to the airport, but not to Lucas Oil Stadium which I was surprised because the La Quinta near the airport did, but didn't have the amount of beds we wanted. It cost an extra $60 in cab fair, but for the distance (8 mi to city center) there was no other choice. The […] hotel room was very clean and the breakfast in the morning was great with a lot of choices for people who do not just want donuts or cereal (two types of yogurt, oatmeal bar, fruit, egg squares and an assortment of juice). The staff was average, but they were willing to help. They had hot beverages on hand 24/7 and cookies for late at night. Overall, if you are looking for a place to stay near the airport, this is a great place. It is off the beaten path in that only a Culver's is a neighbor. If you want to go downtown it will cost you. If we had a choice, I would say book more downtown to avoid taxi fares since downtown is great. Læs mere

It was a fine place to stay. We didn't have any problems with the hotel at all, the hotel didn't excel at anything either...other than the continental breakfast. It was one of the best breakfasts that we have had, that was included in the price of the room.

To close to the exit ramps of exit 8 I- 465, No close places to eat, or shop. Given a room on 4 Th. floor, by elevator and ice machines, hotel would NOT change my room.

"County Inn and Suites, Indianapolis Airport"
Had requested a quiet room with a refrigerator. Room did not have a refrigerator. First night, guest in adjoining room played TV at top volume until 11:30pm, then again beginning at 4:40am. Other nights noise from guests in room above. Breakfast was ample, eggs were cold and potatoes were cold and uncooked. Last evening of my stay (heavy rain, wind, […] and cold temperatures), my room card was blocked. I was unable to enter the building using my room card. Had to walk to the front of the building and have card reprogrammed. When I asked the desk clerk why the card was blocked, he didn't have any answer. Maid service was poor. Laundry bag and trash bags were not replaced. Used water plastic cups, ice in ice bucket, and used coffee cups were not disposed. Coffee service was not replaced, napkin packets only had sugar, no cream. One evening when I returned to my room, every light was illuminated, the phone was moved, and the TV's volume was on high. I stayed here three years ago and the Staff,Room and Service is still outstanding. I really felt I had come home.

not sure of this hotel chain when I booked but was nicely surprised. stayed in a lot of hotels in our trip across the country and this had the best shampoo and soap and even helped me out with a pair of panty hose I forgot to pack for free. they go out of the way to make you feel at home and the breakfast was great. only issue was after we checked in […] not a lot around to eat without having to travel and after being on the road for hours that was a bummer. am definitely going to look for this hotel again when we travel and hope to stay more than one night. Stayed here while visiting family. Everyone was very nice and attentive. It was located conveniently near my family, the airport, and the highway. The rooms were clean and the staff was friendly. My only complaint when booking the room I asked for a room that didn't have a view of the highway due to noise... That didn't happen.

My husband and I used the park and fly option for our trip to Eastern Europe. We were travel weary when we flew back into Indy, but the shuttle arrived in no time. This hotel was just what we needed - close to the airport (complementary shuttle!), very nice breakfast, reasonable price, and 2 QUEEN-SIZED beds! Staff was very nice accomodating my son's need to get breakfast early and shuttled to the airport on time to make his early morning flight. The front desk agent (and shuttle driver to airport next morning) was very helpful and courteous. The breakfast was exceptional. My accommodations were extremely clean and quiet. I would definitely stay again in the future.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The beds were comfortable and we had no problems until I got home and realized that I left my favorite top hanging in the closet. I called to inquire about getting my top back and was told "nothing was found in my room." Despite the rude front desk staff..the hotel was very comfy......and provide a comfortable place to rest for my business lay over...customer service goes a long way and it is evident they have a lot of room to grow

Hotel itself was fine and convenient. Room was clean. Be aware that if you are on the interstate side of the hotel, your room will be very noisy. Very adequate hotel. Pool was conditioned with bromide so it tasted like ocean water. At least the eyes don't burn just from sitting in the pool area. :) The man at the reception desk was less than polite or helpful. We requested adjoining rooms as we were traveling with friends.
