Meget centralt i shopping gaderne ved Causeway Bay. Har boet på mange 4-5 stjernede hoteller i HK og hvad skiller sig ud ved dette er morgenmad-buffeten, som er excellent og 21 tommer TV'et som var til grin når man bor på Executive floor.

Hotellet ejes og drives af Hong Kong spejderne og er opkaldt efter spejderbevægelsens stifter englænderen Lord Robert Baden-Powell. Hotellet ligger dejligt centralt i bydelen Kowloon, lige ved den dejlige Kowloon Park, lige på grænsen mellem den nyere moderne bydel og den ældre del Jordan. Meget kort gå afstand til flere af Hong Kongs meget velfungerende […] undergrundsbaner, og rimelig gå afstand til den fantastiske havnefront. Hotellet er pænt og meget velfungerende og der ydes en meget god service. Restauranten leverer rigtig god mad og der tilbydes en meget flot internationalt morgenbuffet, til rimelig pris. Hotel bygningen rummer samtidig spejdernes hovedkvarter med mødelokaler, uddannelsescenter, museum og spejderbutik. Adgangen til disse aktiviteter foregår via egen indgang, og er på ingen måde generende for hotellets gæster. Vi var meget tilfreds med vores ophold på hotellet i oktober 2010, og giver vores bedste anbefalinger til alle og har man interesse for spejderbevægelsen er der ekstra gratis oplevelser ved at besøge dette hotel. "Clean but has really crappy elevators"
Was not able to get a queen as requested but got a nonsmoking room. No free wifi even in the lobby. Elevators were very slow and small. There were one or two broken elevators that may never be fixed (I have already read about it on one review from the last 2 months!) Beds and pillows were comfortable and nice. There was a decent view of Kowloon Park […] and the city from our room. Bathroom was clean, has a shower only. Can be conveniently reached via airport express shuttle and Jordan station MTR. It is a pleasant area tp walk around even at night. Very little interaction with staff but we were ok with that. Læs mere

The location of the hotel is excellent. It's between Jordan and Aston MTR stations, so you get to choose two subway lines, depending on where you want to go. Both are just 5mins' walk away. At the side of the hotel is the free shuttle bus to the Airport Express train, where you can do a check-in to your flight. It took just 30 mins to check out at BP […] International, take the bus to the airport express station, and complete my check-in for my flight. Brilliant hotel, fantastic location to get about. Staff very helpful and efficient. Would suggest you go for a Harbour View room as the view is wonderful at night and also looks over the park. Economy rooms not so good as basic and a bit tired but adequate if you only want a base.

Location is great if shopping is the purpose of your stay. Staff are polite and helpful. Down side - no gym in hotel, but there is a nice park with swimming pool just down stairs to the hotel. "BP Intl, Kowloon Park Hong Kong"
I was very much 50/50 on this hotel from the very start. I booked it because the price was good and I liked the location. I checked in on a Saturday and the place was absolutely crazy with scouts everywhere. There is a scout's facility in the building. The kids were well behaved, but it took literally ten minutes to get an elevator because it was so […] busy. Sunday was not so bad. When I checked out on Monday morning, however, I was really horrified that the breakfast buffet was 209 HKD per day! It was absolutely nothing special. I didn't even realize it wasn't included in the room price. Being on business, I was less concerned but nothing about it justifies the price. Worse, I was never presented with a bill that told me what it cost until I checked out. Juices were from concentrate. It was buffet style with no table service, not even someone walking around with coffee. For the kind of price you would expect wide selection, but I'd say the selection is very average. No waffle station or meat carving station as you'd expect with a high priced breakfast. If you stay, dont buy the breakfast! You'd do far better somewhere else at half the price. Læs mere
Big hotel, well maintained but somewhat impersonal. Location excellent. Hotel are upgrading lifts. Very necessary, one could get quite impatient waiting for the lifts! Overall a good experience.

My wife and I have stayed at this hotel before but this time I am not sure I liked it as much. Same hotel but it seemed different, the elevators were dreadful, always had to wait, watching it bypass our floor on many occasions, the price of breakfast had gone up $30HKD since our last stay in June 2010. "Smoking!"
I booked in Hotels.com and specifically asked for a double bed and non-smoking room. so...I rock up at 7pm and find myself in a smoking room in a small single bed. Complained, and all others were booked- telling them that I had booked in a month ago did nothing. so I had my first night in a tiny bed, smelling of horrible smoke. Disgusting. Small rooms […] are like a scout camp- tiny, small shower, cheap coffee. Would not recommend...except for the amazing harbour view! It was good. I only stayed there for two nights. Service was OK, but i am quite modest and I stay in hotels very seldom. So i can not really compare to other hotels. But i have nothing to complain about the room or their service. Room was clean and there was everything you need in the room. Their elevators was quite poor. Even it was three elevators, […] it was so slow. My room was on 22nd floor, there is 24 floors in the hotel. Especially going down was really slow, you really had to wait minutes to get the elevator. Location was good, very near to main street, Nathan road. Around the hotel was small street market area and quite many restaurants and other places to eat. Eating at hotel restaurant was very expensive. And nearest metro station was quite near to walk, maybe 10 mins walk from hotel, 5 mins if you are fast and there is not that many people walking on streets. "Great value for money, great location"
Stayed in BP for 4 nights and I must say it is a great choice. The price is very reasonable and though its official rating was 3.5 stars, it was more like a 4 star hotel. The rooms are clean and comfortable, toilets are a little small but isnt a big problem. The best thing about it is that its at an extremely good location. About 5-7 mins walk to jordan […] MTR and about 10-15 mins walk to Tsim Sha Tsui MTR. For those who likes to walk to explore the city (like i do), you could even walk to the harbour area. Takes about 20 mins but you would pass by Tsim Sha Tsui area where there are lots to eat and shop. 7-11 is just opposite the hotel and beautiful kowloon park is just behind the hotel. There is also a free shuttle bus that takes you to and fro from kowloon MTR if you are taking the airport express. The only negative point is that there are only 4 lifts available and there are 24 floors. So expect to wait a little while for the lift. Overall a fantastic hotel that is great value for money. This hotel was excellent. The location was fantastic to get around Hong Kong. The star ferry was only 10 mins walk away and was well worth a trip over to Hong Kong Island. The room and hotel was very clean and good value for money. We would certainly stop here again.

The booking was good. No problem. Services are good. However, we reserved Non-Smoking room, but we were put in smoking floor. We didn't smell the smoking in the room, but we walked out the room in the hallway was very heavy smoking smell. Every morning, we got a heavy dose of second handed smoking.

Excellent hotel, good location. I would recommed this to anyone travelling to HKG. The tea buffet on weekends is great value and breakfast was good and generous as well. The only cons were that the rooms are a bit small (we were two adults with two kids in a double) and the elevators are very slow and one of them seemed to be out of order all the time. The room had modern decor, and the wireless internet was decent. Staff spoke English very well. My only complaint is a minor one about the smallness of the room. The location was excellent--many restaurants and a short walk to the subway. Even though it was on a busy street, there were no noise from the street, so it was quite comfortable. the hotel used to have 4 elevators but one was out of service for more than a week causing a lot of inconvenience, especially the control button (one for two elevators) was sealed because of the broke down elevator, then the remaining one become out of control even if it was stopped in lobby floor, the door won't open, what a joke and the hotel seems […] paying no attention to it, very disappointed. Also, BP was only a three stars hotel (I used to stay there for the last 6 years, periodically), nowadays price does not worth to stay, too expensive for a three stars hotel. Next time I would rather pay a bit more and stay in a 4/5 stars hotel to get a real 4/5 stars accommodation, environment and services. Læs mere

"BP international Hotel close to the new MTR Austin"
gd location. near to the Austin station. Austin station is newer and is Baby-stroller friendly. BP is family friendly. The airport shuttle is convenient and having a discount if you are a guest of BP. There is a chinese restaurant at the Basement 1 of the hotel, the dim sum there is good and cheap. A few things to take note. 1) there are about 5 lifts […] in the hotel but only 2 are serving the hotel guests. Need to wait awhile for the lift. 2) the room is small. Læs mere

"Close proximity to the temple market"
The hotel give us two twin beds and put them together for us upon our check-in instead of a queen bed as we requested. They promised a king-size bed free upgrade on the second day and it was much nicer - room is larger, bath room newer, etc. The location is nice - free airport shuttle (if you pay for the airport express subway line HKD 140 for two, […] then the shuttle is free, but I didn't see the bus driver check for tickets/evidence even when he picked up a girl from one of the stops along the way) it will stop right at the side of the hotel where it also has a bus terminal for trip to ShenZhen (through Huang Gang Custom Gate). The Kowloon park is right next door, and has nice pools that they charge 19HKD for adults and 9HKD for children. Appearantly locals and tourists alike are enjoying the park's pool and wildlifes. Temple street night market is also within reach - Started just couple blocks away, and extend all the way up north - we have walked the entire streets and enjoyed some nice seafood along the way. The subway is a little far walk (10minutes to Jordan Station/Austin Station, 20 minutes to Star ferry). Line #6 or 6A will take you straight to Hong Kan station where you can take the train to Luo Hu Custom Gate, which is preferred by us since it is easier to get to ShenZhen Station from there. At times the hotel lobby will be crowded with Youth Army (YMCA?) in uniforms. All in all this is a qualified 3-star hotel and I would recommend it. Læs mere

Rooms are small (as is common in HK) but service is good and the MTR (Jordan station) is only 5 minutes walk - 3 stops to Central . Kowloon is an interesting place to stay, with plenty of local "colour" and there is a good green space just behind the hotel, which also has a free bus shuttle to Kowloon MTR station for the Airport Express train.
