Vi vil benytte hotellet under vores næste besøg, absolut i orden og yderst praktisk med nyt lækkert badeværelse og stort tekøkken.

God seng, god beliggenhed, ingen larm (kun om dagen - der ligger nemlig en skole lige ved siden af). Vi boede der i 3 nætter og fik ikke gjort rent i den periode (der var nu rent og pænt ved ankomst), men det bliver der vist også kun nogle gange om ugen. Til gengæld havde vi et veludrustet tekøkken med mikroovn, kogeplader, køleskab m. fryseboks og […] et lille siddehjørne - meget hyggeligt. Der ligger mange bagere og et supermarked lige i nærheden, så det er ikke noget problem at hotellet ikke serverer morgenmad. Vi vil helt klart bo der igen! Læs mere

Rigtigt rart sted med et lille funktionelt køkken og stort badeværelse. Minimal larm fra trafikken. Supermarked og bager lige i nærheden, så man kan starte dagen med en billig og god morgenmad. Metro 2 minutters gang fra lejligheden, så man kan på meget kort tid komme frem til steder i hele Paris. Personalet i receptionen var venlige og gode til engelsk. […] Lejligheden var fuldstændig rengjort, da vi ankom, men der er dog kun rengøring en gang om ugen. Alt i alt en rigtig god oplevelse. Hotellet ligger i et hyggeligt kvarter med lokal stemning meget få turister på restauranterne. Nemt at gå til mange seværdigheder og offentlig transport lige om hjørnet. God standart. Lækkert med køkken til at lave morgenmad.

Jeg kan varmt anbefale hotellet til andre. Jeg og min 13 årige niece var meget tilfredese med vores lille studiolejlighed, der til to personer var rimelig rummelig. Der er et meget lille men funktionelt køkken, som vi brugte til morgenmad. Det er også muligt at lave mad der. Der var rent og pænt, god dobbetlseng, stort klædeskab og bad/toilet. Hotellet […] ligger på kanten af Latinerkvarteret, 2 min fra off transport og lige overfor Botanisk have, som man med fordel kan krydse igennem, hvis man går mod Latiner og/eller Montparnasse kvarteret. Eneste lille ulempe - en del trafikstøj fra den ellers lille vej med hastifhedsbegrænsning på 30 km/t - men det tager franskmændene vist ikke så højt - i hvert fald ikke om nattten. Godt Hotel med rigtig venlig betjening. Vi ankom tidligt og blev straks tilbudt at få opbevaret vores kufferter indtil vores lejlighed var klar. Ligeledels opbevarede de vores bagage indtil vi skulle forlade Paris på afrejsedagen om aftenen. Hotellet er pænt og rent og ligger meget centralt i Paris. Få minutter gang fra Seinen og få minutters gang fra […] både metro og RER-bane. Et hotel vi har lyst til at komme tilbage til. Et rigtig godt udgangspunkt for en god tur til Paris Læs mere

Good location close to Gare d'Austerlitz & easy to get to from Gare du Nord. Handy with McDonalds so close by for the free Wifi. Great little patisserie around the corner for breakfast too.

We stayed here 3 nights in March, 4 of us. The rooms were very clean and having a refrigerator was great! The front desk staff was nice and friendly. We parked our car for the whole time, so we could just walk and use the Metro, and the staff recommended a reasonable priced parking garage. This hotel was in a very convenient location across the street from Gare d'Austerlitz. We had two twin beds - very comfortable. The room had a small kitchenette, a TV and the bathroom was clean and up to date. This hotel is perfect if you don't need service, as the front desk has very limited hours. If you are comfortable getting around Paris and don't […] need concierge services, this place is great. This was my forth trip to Paris, so I am fine getting around on my own. They do not clean the room each day - which I was fine with, but if you want daily maid service, you won't get it here. I would definitely stay here again. Læs mere

the name itself met me with low expectations. so i was shocked that the rooms were so nice and spacious! i had a 1 bdr suite, because we have a family of 5. i'm not sure how big the standard rooms were, but our room was clean and fresh with a kitchenette, and overlooked the museum of natural history. secondly, the location is wonderful and safe. just […] next to a McDonalds, the Museum of Natural History, the Jardin des Plant, and the Gare d'Austerlitz. plus there are many nearby restaurants and even a small grocery store to buy breakfast and keep in your refridgerator in your room for the next day. We took the Metro one day - the other day we walked to the Notre Dame, which took maybe 15 minutes, and was a beautiful walk. All in all very nice. The only inconvenience was parking. You can park a car at the Gare d'Austerlitz for may 40EUR/day, which is close, or at the top of the Jardin des Plants for 24EUR/day, which is a 10 min walk from the hotel. We were very happy when we found this little place....Staff very friendly and helpful.....We got all we asked for ie room facing the museum, twin room they couldn't be more helpful....would recommend and go back without hesitation

Amazing. Nice bistros in the area, and wonderful people! The lady at the hotel was really sweet, and we asked for a nice view and she gave us a wonderul one overlooking the museum, and we told her we were arriving at 9.30am instead of 4pm to pop our bags in and she already had our room ready! We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It was definitely one of the nicest hotels I´ve stayed in Paris. Not any fancy but basic and clean. Kitchen and fridgerator was very convinient because Parisiens don´t tend to breakfast at all and small supermarket was near to the hotel. Even it was January, heating wasn´t any problem(usually it is Paris). So […] overall very nice experience and would recommend this basic but clean hotel to everyone! Læs mere

This was my first stay in an apartment hotel, as well as my first stay in Paris, and I wasn't sure what to expect. The location was very convenient to the metro station, and I didn't feel uncomfortable even walking from the metro station as a lone woman after 10pm. The front desk is only staffed for a few hours a day, which did not include the time […] I arrived. However, they provided an email with instructions for getting through the security door and getting the key to my room even though there was no one to check me in. If you like a full-service hotel and want people available to answer any questions whenever you have them, this is not the place for you. If you want a clean and decent place to sleep while you spend the rest of your time exploring Paris, you can't beat this. Læs mere

A good basic option. The room was spacious for Paris standards, and clean and comfortable. It did not have much character, or much of a view from the window, but it was good value for the price, and conveniently located near the Gare d'Austerlitz metro stop. The surrounding neighborhood was ok but again not much character. Having the Jardin de Plantes […] across the street is nice if you want green space, but the wall around the park takes up the whole side of the street for several blocks, so it makes the street feel a bit abandoned. this is an excellent place, if you want to be close to the subway and the botanical gardens. it's perfect if you want to do a little cooking for yourself during your travels. there's a kitchenette and a grocery store nearby. ask for a room facing the museum, it's a bit nicer than the rooms in the back.

My husband and I were in Paris for an academic conference and this apartment- hotel was a great left-bank location for that purpose-- easy to walk to various Univ. of Paris sites, very close to the metro & Gare St. Lazare if you don't fancy walking. Since there was a little kitchen, we could make coffee in the morning and fix something simple at night […] if we were too tired to go out. Delphine at the desk was very friendly and helpful. Since we were staying a week (or more), we had maid service twice (gratutit) during that time; but this is not a place for those who want their beds changed or the bathroom cleaned every day, although you can pay extra for this. There was a laundry room with automatic detergent dispenser, so I didn't have to buy any. I found it a quiet, simple, secure place and the only complaint I would make is that there were no screens on the windows so mosquitoes came in with the cool evening breezes. Læs mere

The room was cozy and very tidy. Excellent location in Latin Quarter. 1 block from train station and good location overall. Especially nice was the view into the Natural History Museum from the hotel at night. We stayed one night only, but would readily stay here for a week. Highly recommended.

A great value for Paris. Location is right next to the metro Gare D'Austerlitz. It has modern furnishings. In the wintertime, it provided good heating. The bathroom even included a towel heater. The only caveat is that the front desk is NOT omnipresent. If you are self-sufficient then this would not be a big deal.

This is a great place to stay, particularly if you plan to be in Paris for a while and would like to make your own food during your stay. There is a metro right around the corner and several brasseries. They speak fluent English, French and Spanish and are very friendly, however the desk is not manned in the evening. This apartment hotel is acceptable on many levels except for the following: The kitchen was not adequately equipped -- while there was a filter holder for making coffee, no filters were provided; the absence of simple things such as sugar or salt make provisioning for a short stay unrealistic. There was little information about the location of local […] markets, which is problematic given that one might want to secure goods for the kitchen. The "double" bed was two twins with a single top sheet -- sleeping with a crack in the middle of the bed is annoying. For a no service hotel you really cannot beat Les Jardins du Roy. Having difficulty booking a night in Paris due to availability I was able to secure a reservation at a non excessive rate. The studio room was fairly spacious with excellent kitchen facilities and a huge clean bathroom with an awesome shower. The hotel was in a great spot, really close to the metro station (but not the one from the central train station, you must take a connecting train). Big enough room for two comfortably. Bed was kinda hard but it was tolerable. Kitchen had everything we needed. Bathroom has a heating towel bar :) Big windows let in a wicked breeze, fair amount of noise […] as well though. The staff is very helpful and friendly; fluent English speakers. The Gare d'Austerlitz Metro Station is less than a block away. Our room featured a kitchenette and laundry facilities are available on site. We were only there for one night, but this would be a great place for an extended stay.

We stayed for one night in "studio" type apartment with small kitchen. Close to Austerlitz station, metro, beautiful park... the area is less touristic and lots of things to see.... Personal were friendly, room simple, good value for the price. Only thing was the noise from the street when the window was open.

Staying for more than a couple of days in a hotel can be very tiring. JduR offers studio apartments at hotel room rates giving you a small kitchenette and sitting space as well as comfrtable beds. Great location and convenient to all the sights. When going to paris again, will definitely stay there again.

This hotel is right across the street from the natural science museum (we could look out our windows and see dinosaurs) and a beautiful park, very near a major train station and the river. We easily caught Metro trains or took the boat to all site seeing spots in City. McDonalds on corner for finicky kids but other good restaurants around the corner. […] Food near hotel was much better than restaurants near sites. Great bargain and location. Very clean. The sofa bed may be noisy, but it is comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Grei beliggenhet, men trist rom, ingenting ekstra så som hårføner, eller en komfortabel stol å sitte i. personalet var vennlig, men ingen ekstra service så som nye håndklær eller oppredd seng hver dag. vil nok velge et annet hotell neste gang.

Ce n'est pas un hotel, ce sont des studios mais avec trèspeu de service. Chambre sans vue (seulement les pigeons). Aucun service en dehors des heures.

Son apartamentos linda la ubicación, si llegan a ir ojo con la puerta de la calle que tiene un código y si salen sin el no pueden volver a entrar, la vista al museo es lo mas simpático de todo y al estar próximo a la estacion hay lugares de comida abiertos hasta tarde.

Bon emplacement, studio spacieux donnant sur cour, nuit calme. Un plus serait de rajouter deux fauteuils pour regarder la tv.

Siisti pieni hotelli niille, jotka eivät tarvitse hotellin palvelua. Huone riittävän kokoinen, kitchenette, jossa voi syödä oman aamiaisensa tai muutakin.Kylppäri reilun kokoinen ammeineen. Huoneessa lautalattia, ei ällöä kokolattiamattoa. Lentokentältä helppo tulla yhdellä junan vaihdolla suoraan hotellille. Chambre très propre (avec petite cuisine) visiblement refaite à neuf. Le site annonçait un clic clac mais nous avons eu un lit. La chambre donnait sur la rue mais était calme. Le petit plus : depuis le 3ème étage nous avions une vue imprenable sur la galerie de l'évolution du museum d'histoire naturelle. Fantastique!

Hotellet var helt ok, sentralt beliggende. Vi ankom kl 21 om kvelden og måtte selv gå inn med kode til døren, og i resepsjonen (som var ubemandet)sto en safe, som vi også hadde kode til, så vi fikk ut nøkelkortet til rommet. Det var spesielt, men fungerte bra, fordi det var veldig godt informert om på forhånd. Hotell rommet var ok, med et lite tekjøkken. […] Eneste ting å beklage var at i de 4 dager vi bodde der var der ingen rengjørring, tømming av søppel eller påfyll av toaletpapir. Det var et oppslag i rommet, at det ikke var tilladt å sette ut søppel på gangen, man skulle isteden kontakte personalet og da ville de hjelpe. Vi begynte da å lure på, om det var meningen at det var leiet ut som en leilighet hvor vi selv skulle gjøre rent og kjøpe toaletpapir..I det tilfelle burde det være forklart tydligere i informasjonen om hotellet, Denne informasjon hadde vi ikke fått med oss.
