Værelset var for lille og trangt. Servicen udmærket. Prisen for morgenmad, 5 o´clock tea meget høj. Dejlig beliggenhed og fin service i receptionen.

We had booked a de-luxe room and were given a miserable dark room wthout windows. Staff showed absolutely no interest or willingness to do something about it. The hotel has a very good location, but avoid it.

Overall, we were very happy with our stay at the Hotel Bristol. We thought the food was really delicious. We bought the plan that included breakfast every morning - well worth it! The concierge was very helpful - getting us tickets to the Musikverein on a Saturday night. He also arranged for the hotel limo to take us to the airport; much better than […] a cab. Everyone was very polite and never failed to greet us upon entering or exiting. The hotel is close to the Staatoper, the Albertina & the Hofburg complex, the Musikverein, and so much more. While this was a very nice hotel, please be aware that on top of the $300/night room, they charge $25 for 24 hours of internet access and $50 for breakfast which was not included in the rate.

The hotel was beautiful, the room large, comfortable and attractive. It was across the street from the opera house and very close to art galleries, museums, shopping. A lovely hotel in a lovely city.

An excellent hotel in the very best location. The room was beautifully furnished and provided a very comfortable base from which to enjoy Vienna. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The Bristol is perfectly located for visits to the Staatsoper and the Musikverein - short walks to both. But they want 9 euros/hour for Internet access, even in the public areas! The room was extremely warm and the only way to control the temperature was by opening/closing the window. Great hotel, with great location and service. Stayed there with my wife 3 nights. We got a beatiful Delux room with great view to the Opera house. This Hotel has full return on the money you put into.

The hotel was good in many aspects however , we were offered a room where we had to climb two floors without elevator and walk through long interconnected corridors.

the hotel is a very nice hotel about 1/2 block from the opera house. Its within a block of a nice shopping mall and starbucks. Its a short walk to the main shopping street. we were very pleased with this hotel and the service/ Everyone was very nice and helpful.

Room lacked tea making facilities or WIFI both of which would be expected for a hotel of this quality. I would rather make early morning tea myself than have to call for room service.Additionally, our room was on the Mezzanine floor which didn't have direct access from the lift/stairs and therefore had the air of back stairs to it. The Bristol is a first class operation and hotel. The staff was for the most part extremely competent and responsive. The premises were well maintained and the room was kept spotless. Chocolate every evening was an added touch. The only problem was on my final night when I really wanted something different and excellent in a restaurant and asked for […] a really good Mediterranean restaurant. I thought I might be directed to one in the heart of old town, which had looked appealing, but was told to go directly behind the hotel. I reiterated that I wanted a good one and was advised it was. A nice, smaller boutique hotel across from the Opera House in the old part of Vienna. Convenient to museums, shopping, fine restaurants and mass transit. Surrounding area is clean and safe. This is what a 5-star hotel should look and feel like. Charming old world decor, friendly and helpful staff, and perfectly located near all the old city historical attractions, excellent restaurants, and public transportation.

The Bristol Hotel was very clean, and friendly, and extremely central for visiting most of the important sites. The staff extremely helpful and charming. Their Korso restaurant was excellent the food delicious.

We just returned form our visit to Vienna, Austria where we stayted at the Bristol Hotel. We have been there befre and we will certaily go back there again. We have been to hotels all over the world and constue to believe that this is our most favorite. Great ambiance, great service, stupendous location.

Hotel Bristol is a perfect hotel for seeing Vienna. It is perfectly situated just at the end of the pedestrian shopping area and right across from the Opera House. The service is top notch, the rooms are gorgeous and comfortable, and the overall stay was perfect. I'll be staying at the Hotel Bristol everytime I go to Vienna.

The Hotel Bristol is a lovely hotel and the location was brilliant, you can walk everywhere from it. Vienna itself was gorgeous and although it was really cold we had clear blue skies and sunshin all the way. the rooms are very nicely furnished and comfortable. The only issue we had and it was only us and not our friends in the next room was that our […] room was right next door to the office where the housekeeping staff are located and we got woken up at 7.15am on 2 mornings because they were so loud. I did complain and it was ultimately dealt with by the manager Isabella who was lovely. The staff apologised and left us a lovely chocolate torte in our room by way of apology. We only had breakfast in the restaurant Korso but it was a lovely experience. Everything Euro is a bit on the pricey side at the moment so we ate out mostly. Fabulous cafes and restaurants and our best night out was at the Jazzlands club where we saw the Mojoblues - they were awesome! Food was good as well. Went to the Kursalon to a Mozart/Strauss concert which was brilliant. We were suprised that it included singers and dancers as well - well worth it. We bought the 'A' tickets without dinner at £59 euros. We will defintely go back to Vienna, it's beautiful, clean, amazing architecture and gardens and so much to do. We stayed 3 nights - I would have preferred 4 and still go back for a second visit. Læs mere

The service and the tradition that you can only expect from the Lady of The Vienna Opera are present. Tradition, security, choice, style, availability and taste hand in hand with the most convenient in modern amenities. Great food and impeccable menu. The best of Vienna just at Lobby level.

You cannot fault the Hotel Bristol for its location. It's right next to the Opera House and there is a tram stop right outside the front door, as well as an Underground station only a few steps away, making everywhere easily accessible. As for facilities, well, this place is second to none. There was plenty of storage and cupboard space in the room, […] as well as a desk and armchair. The complimentary water and fruit was a nice touch. As for the bed - wow!! I have never slept on such comfortable pillows in my life (goose down, I think). If I could have taken the bed home with me, I would! I have only one gripe, which concerns the cleanliness of the bathroom. When I arrived, there were hairs on the bidet and scales which were still there when I left three nights later. The concierge was extremely efficient. My travelling companion had a problem with the shower in her bathroom so she notified the concierge and, by the time she had got up to her room, there was someone there waiting to fix it - brilliant service. Although the hotel is right on the Ringstrasse, it is very quiet indeed and I was not bothered by noise at all. Læs mere

Wonderful historic old building. Service was impeccable, room was terrific. Europe needs to discover the heavenly bed, but otherwise couldn't have been better. Handy to entrance for the U Bahn. Restaurant has terrific food a d friendly help. I needed help selecting an affordable bottle of wine, and got that help with no attitude attached.

少し古い感じを受ける人もあるかと思うが、私にとっては良き時代の雰囲気がありとても良かった。 ロケイションもオペラ座のすぐ前なので、この季節（１１月末）にもかかわらずコートもなしでサッといけ都合が良い。クロークに預けたり、また受け取る際けっこうな時間がかかることが多いので。 朝食も充実している。 今度ウィーンに行くときにもまた落ち着きのあるこのホテルに泊まるつもりである。

ミュンヘン、ウイーン、パリと旅行しましたが、そのホテルの中で最もポイントが高く、値段もリーズナブルでした。お勧めです。ただ朝食の質が、昨年の冬より落ちている？感じがしました。

ロケーションが良かったです。トラムにも地下鉄にも乗りやすい場所で、夜間の散歩にも最適です。朝ご飯も他のホテルより良かったですが、朝はＣａｆｅで食べた方がお勧めです。
