Havde et dejligt værelse med fantastisk udsigt til baseball på game night; Orioles-Red Sox. Så bliver det ikke meget bedre. Super pool og stort fittness/træningscenter.

Hotellet lå lidt i udkanten af midtbyen men alt var i gåafstand plus at hotellet tilbød shuttles til de forskellige steder i byen og også at hente dig. Værelset var rent og alt som forventet. Personlaet meget hjælpsom og venlig. Kan anbefales.

our family stayed in the country inn and suites for 3 nights. our primary reason for the stay, and for choosing this hotel was to visit our parents and an aunt who live 3miles away. this hotel was clean and comfortable. the beds were comfortable, and the microwave and mini fridge in the room were a plus. the breakfast they offered had limited and repetitive […] choices but we were satisfied with it anyway as at least it had cold and hot bfast choices. we wished though that they had newspapers (even if not for free) in the lobby. another downside was the old and sad looking, dark colored carpet in the hallways and the room. otherwise this hotel was accessible. p.s. there's a really good crabcake restaurant right up the road but i can't mention the name cause i am not sure it is allowed. "At least there's a starbuck's across the street!"
This hotel offered a very spacious suite-more like an apt really. Also, the location near the airport was excellent. However, the service and maintenance issues were a problem. Traveled with a toddler and requested a crib in the room. It required 3 calls to the front desk at 11pm to finally get them to bring one up. Our room key didn't work the first […] time. "Nice Hotel"
This hotel is in a very quite neighborhood called "The Hotel District". It was very convenient to where we were going, including downtown Baltimore. The staff was very nice and the room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was OK but it filled us up.
"Convenient for BWI"
The Country Inn and Suites is clean and the rooms are comfortable. The location is convenient to BWI Airport. I have stayed at several other hotels near BWI when flying and I would recommend shopping around before selecting. Remember to price the charge for leaving your vehicle if you are traveling. Some hotels will charge less.

"The Inn with the country feel atmosphere"
After going over 200 miles out of the way through Ohio and West Virginia, due to my niece not really understanding her Adroid GPS; it was a relief to get to the Country Inn at BWI, my first time there. The service was accomodating and a roll away bed was installed in my room for further comfort. The continental breakfast was similar to what is served […] in upscaled New York hotels. "Outstanding service and comfort at the Country Inn"
I have stayed at multiple hotels and I must say the staff, food, location, comfort, service, price, ammendities, etc., were excellent at the Country Inn & Suites By Carlson - BWI Airport. Not one single complaint. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.
"Room needs to be painted"
When we arrived they had overbooked and said that they did not have a room for us. We had booked a double bed and for some reason "someone overbooked". It did not matter that we had a confirmation number. The tub did not have a plug, the printer to print out your boarding pass did not work, the walls in the room needed to be painted. Our stay was pleasant. The staff was helpful, the room was clean, and the complimentary breakfast was ourstanding. The only thing was the pool was cold! But my kids didn't seem to mind!

"Nice for short stay"
The only flaw with this hotel was the front desk worker. He was rude to me at check in, rude when I asked for a luggage cart & the hotel had ran out, rude when I called front desk to ask about the pool hours, & finally rude to me at check out. But he was very friendly to "others." Only in America.

"Great Hotel"
We stayed at the Country Inn & Suites while visiting family in the area. The rooms and lobby were very clean and comfortable. The staff was excellent and extremely helpful. It has a great location, next to Chilis Restaurant, across the street from a food mart and free shuttle to the airport. The breakfast was hot and plentiful along with being delicious. […] The only difficult part was finding a parking space on the weekends. We overheard one family saying they park their car here, take the shuttle to the airport and return in a few days. It would be helpful, if the vehicles had cards with the dates of each stay listed to allow for the paying guests to have room to park. I was extremely pleased to have real silverware and China with the complementary breakfast at the Country Inn near BWI airport. The sign suggested that this is a new service in Country Inns. "okay, but wouldn't recommend"
The hotel staff were very friendly, the room itself was clean, but smelled like an old musky mans cologne, i was very disappointed as the only reason we went there was for the indoor pool and jacuzzi, but both were unusable. I enjoy this motel because the staff are always warm and welcoming, even when I arrive at midnight. The rooms are spacious and clean, with plenty of towels and pillows.

"Not the best Country I've stayed @"
It was mediocre for a Country. The service was so-so & when I informed them the printer for their guest cpu's wasn't working it was a shrug 'oh well' attitude. No one in any hurry to go out of their way. Good b-fast, clean usable room just not top tier.

This was a nice hotel that we used for a park and fly. When I booked the room with Hotel.com, I told them I needed a room for 2 adults and 3 kids. (Room with 2 doubles or queens and a roll away or pull out couch). I checked in and they had us in a room with 2 queens sixe beds but was told that the room would be to small for a roll away. The clerk told […] us that if we booked with hotels.com that we may not have the room for 5 people and it is considered a request for a roll away or couch. But, since the clerk saw our problem, she upgraded us to a suite which fit our family perfect. The park and fly also wasn't part of our original price that I was given at booking with Hotels.com. It was $30 for the 6 days. Note: there is a long term parking with shuttle across the street. Not sure what the price it though. The breakfast was perfect for the park and fly. "Surprisingly Nice Stay"
I took the 5 minute hotel shuttle to the BWI airport, which leaves every half hour. Even though the breakfast buffet wasn't open at 5am when I was leaving, they had fruit, breakfast bars, and oatmeal, as well as a juice machine available. For such an inexpensive rate and proximity to the airport....this WAS A GREAT FIND. Nice breakfast with hot and cold dishes... charming fireplace in lobby, free computers to use in lobby, and free wifi throughout! Staff was very pleasant! I definitely recommend it!!!!

Great hotel. courteous staff, very clean and comfortable. We were a bit disappointed that the pool was only open from 3pm until 9pm. We got in at 9:30 and missed the one thing we wanted from the hotel. We would have liked to be able to rent an in-room movie, but that service was unavailable.

My family has stayed at the Country Inn & Suites several times. Long term parking was always included, which is one of the key reasons we stayed there...plus we have always loved the hotel. They have great hospitality cookies, tea, coffee, hot chocolate and a great breakfast for guests. In Oct 2011 we booked at the hotel again through Hotels.com. Upon […] check in we were told we had to pay $50 additional to leave our car at the hotel. This was a very unexpected charge and not well received by my family. I hadn't checked the hotel's website before booking through hotels.com , so if this new charge was listed on their website, I was not aware of it. We unfortunately will no longer be staying at this Country Inn & Suites because of this additional charge. There are other hotels in the area that still provide free parking. "Great hotel with plenty to offer"
Had a great stay with a group of 12. Check in was speedy, parking cost for the week was favorable to staying long term at BWI. We arrived on a Saturday night, shuttle driver took our group to train station for a trip to the Inner Harbor area. He was a pleasant driver, who told us to call when we were returning. Last train left the Harbor area at 11 […] and we were on it. We called and driver was there in just a few minutes. Bed was very comfortable, then woke up to a very good breakfast. Took their shuttle to the airport with our full group. Upon returning from our trip, called and a shuttle was there to pick us up in just a few minutes. Very close to BWI airport with convenient shuttle bus. Next door to Chilli's restaurant. Very good hot breakfast. Cookies and coffee available in lobby at all time. Only thing missing from room was a fridge. Otherwise very comfortable and very well maintained, would stay there again and definitely recommend this hotel.

Only a couple of disappointments... thought that since it was considered a suite, there would be a fridge in the room (needed 1 for son's medicines) & front desk could've been a bit more helpful when approached with questions. Other than those... it was a very nice, clean hotel and met our needs.
"Near BWI"
Overall I felt this was a comfortable motel. A restaurant is next door. It has very good shuttle service to airport. However, I was surprised they charged an additional fee to leave our car there while we vacationed out west. This was a first time experience for me.

The Country Inn and Suite is in the Hotel district of BWI. I used it to stay the night before my flight. Staff was very friendly and helpful, teh shuttel servcie was very efficient (first picking me up from the Car Rental Facility and in the morning, when I missed the 9 o'clock shuttle, they immediately called a second shuttle). There is a Chilies next […] door conveniently for dinner or lunch, other restaurants are close by. The breakfast is mediocre, plastic plates and cups, lots of sweet stuff, some toasts, processed breakfast things, however, many people live of that and one day does not cause too much harm. Læs mere

A clean, comfortable, mid-range, business hotel. It could have just as easily been a Comfort Suites or similar type hotel. The layout is typical.
