Adagio City Aparthotel Val d'Europe - Serris

God beliggenhed tæt på kæmpe shoppingcenter, supermarked og restauranter.

Vi har lige været på 5 dages ophold på Adagio i Val D'Europe. Vi var 4 personer i en 4-5 personers lejlighed. Utroligt fint værelse med fin plads til 3 voksne og et 10-årigt barn - dog lidt koldt første nat indtil vi havde fundet ud af el-varmen. Dejligt at vi selv kunne lave mad. Roligt kvarter og dog tæt på både shoppingcentret, Disneyland og station […] med direkte forbindelse til centrum af Paris. Godt hotel til vores store families tur til Paris og Disneyland. Standarden og størrelsen af hotellejligheden var fin i forhold til pris og forventninger. God beliggenhed i forhold til Disneyland og shoppingcenter med godt outlet. Lidt langt til stationen med tog til Paris. Ligger dejlig tæt på Disneyland. Værelserne bærer præg af flere års brug. God morgenbuffet.

Hotellet ligger helt fantastisk lige ved siden af en stort indkøbscenter, med butikker, resturanter og et kæmpe supermarked. Værelset havde køkken hvilket var rigtig dejligt efter en lang dag i disneyland at man selv kunne lave lidt god mad og nyde stille og roligt. Val d´Europe tog st . ligger også i meget kort gå afstand fra hotellet. Der går en gratis […] shuffelbus fra hotellet til disneyland og hjem igen, dette var helt perfekt da det kun tager 5 min at kommer til disney. Dette hotel kan helt klart anbefales, personalet er også super søde og hjælpsomme. Og det ligger helt perfekt i nærheden af tingene, så man ikke føler man er "ude på landet" Læs mere

This hotel is situated close to DL, a shopping center and transport to Paris. Very nice. The rooms are fine, but could be cleaner. The staff ranges from insolent to very nice, understanding and serviceminded

hotellet ligger i rigtige fine omgivelser tæt på disney land og stort shoppingcenter, dette trækker bestemt op i bedømmelsen, men regøring af hotelværelset var ved anskomst meget dårlig, der var meget beskidt i krogene og på væggene.

Hele hotellet trænger til at blive malet,der afskaller maling på vægge i værelserne,gulvtæpper er bekidt,rengøring gøres der ikke meget ud af. Men er man ikke kræsen er det et billg hotel at bo på.

Værelserne var kolde ved ankomst og var svære at nå at få varmede op. Dørene i gangene knirkede hele morgenen, hver gang den blev brugt.

Et dejlig hotel når man skal i disney ligger perfekt, dejlig med bus, kunne måske godt gå lidt tigere til aften, da man kan risikere at man ikke kommer med og så skal vente en time mere,det er tralvs, vi måtte vente en time mere.

We stayed there for a week. The hotel was Close to Disneyland but, a little far from paris since we travel there everyday. Had cleaning twice, plenty of towels everything was good, the only thing I can say bad about the hotel is it needed new paint on the walls and a little far from paris. Hyggelig hotel og yderst børnevenligt. Rigtige gode rum med et lille køkken. Fantastsik belligenhed tæt på et kæmpe stor shoppingcenter. Kan helt klart anbefales.

Er tilfreds med opholdet og deres service i receptionen. Den gratis bus til Disneyland var perfekt! Eneste minus var, at vi kun fik rengjort værelse én gang! Var lidt problematisk, da vi manglede toiletpapir og poser til skrald.

This is NOT a Disney hotel but has the same advantages of proximity and free shuttlebus, but contrary to the Disney hotels, this hotel is perfectly located next to a shopping mall with things to do, when not in Disneyland. They ONLY clean rooms every 7th day during longer stays, it is the only complaint I have.

We chose this hotel for a night before going to Disneyland. It looked really nice on the pictures and from the outside, but I have NEVER seen such a dirty hotelroom before. Not only was it overdue for a renovation - just a coat of paint would help, at least it would cover up some of the dirt on the walls - but it had not been wiped down properly in […] a very long time. Toilet, floor and bed was clean, which is probably the most important, so therefore I chose not to complain. The location is great. Not much else in the area than one of the biggest shopping centre in Europe and Disney Land, but that was why we boked the hotel. The room had a small kichenette & 2 sofa beds in the the living room, OK toilet, tub and a bedroom. We had asked the hotel to arrange taxi from the hotel to CDG airport, they informed us the price would be 60-80 Euro. A not […] registered taxi but a small limo picked us up, 10 minutes later than planned and with a fixed price of 100 Euro :( But the drive was beautiful. Læs mere

Hotel kan anbefales hvis man vil en en tur til disney og Paris. Der afgår gratis bus direkte til disneyland 200 m. fra hotellet.Lige rundt om hjørnet ligger et kæmpe indkøbscenter med butikker, supermarked og spisesteder. Desuden udendørspool på hotellet. Fantastik godt hotel, kan varmt anbefale dette

Fint hotel tæt på Disney og gode spisesteder i det nærliggende center. Lejlighederne virker lidt slidte og rengøringen kunne være bedre. Personalet er søde og hjælpsomme.

problems with hot water

Super beliggendhed når familien skal til Disneyland og shoppe. Ligger 2 min. gang fra et af europas største indkøbscentre + outlet-byen "La Vallé Village". Vi havde handicap lejlighed som fungerede fint med et barn i kørestol, lidt trangt men det gik. fuldstænidg niveaufrit. Badeværelse stort og rummeligt, højt wc ingen armstøtter kun håndtag på væg. […] Badekar ingen bruseniche! Udstyr i køkken var mangelfult, men hvis vi havde reklameret ville vi bestemt have løst problemet. brugte kun til morgenmad, fint med opvaskemaskine (og tabs), microovn, elkedel og kaffemaskine. Folkene i receptionen var meget søde og hjælpsomme - og engelsk talene! meget børnevenligt - stille og roligt om natten. Forholdsvis nyt hotal med rigtig gode faciliteter og kun 5 min. kørsel fra Disneyland

Enjoyed it very much. Convenient location, next to the shopping centre, free bus from the hotel to the Parks. Excellent facilities in the apartment.

Stayed in two hotel for our trip. This was much better than the other. The staff where helpful and polite, offering good advice on the local area. The romm was a duplex with lots of space and a well equiped kitchen area. Plenty of towels and linen. The room was well used but none the less had been well cleaned. We noted a couple of itmes needing attention […] before the next guest. This a great location, only a short drive to Disneyland Paris, a free shuttle bus is available (not used), also just a short walk to Val d'Europe, with lots of shops and restaurants. The apartment hotel mostly lived up to our expectations. Convenient and affordable for Euro Disney. Faulty microwave oven was quickly replaced but a water leak under the carpet was not repairable.

If you have a Large group of people or a family, it is hard to beat the value at this hotel. They only charge for adults and Children over 11 years old. It is very close to Eurodisney and the front desk staff all speak multiple languages and are very helpful. If you want to see Paris, it is very close to a railway station that can take you to the heart […] of Paris. The rooms are fine but certainly not luxurious. There is a stove, microwave, refrigerator and heaters in every room. No TV and no AC. There is free wireless internet though. I have stayed twice at this hotel with my family and it is the best value for the money. It's convenient location is a big plus too. Læs mere

The hotel is situated in a great place as RER and Disneyland are only minutes away. The cleaning of the rooms are not at a very high standard but the price / quality ratio is absolutely acceptable

Hotel is good but the distance is a good 15mins walk from the train station.If the shopping centre is closed walking to the hotel but the road side will be scary at nite .Try to choose a hotel near the train station.Adagio City is just next to a shopping centre which is the only advantage.

We went to ADAGIO due to the fact is an aparthment and is close to the Eurodisney and we have three kids. The emplyees were very friendly and helpfull. The apartment was small, although we use it just to sleep. Had the essential (minus an stove, we tink it would be nice). The worst thing I can point out was the fact it was very durty on arrival, specially […] the toilets. Just returned from a half term break in Paris we stayed at the Adagio City Aparthotel which was a great location as only 5 mins from Disney by car and the Val d'Europe shopping centre was just around the corner. We used the metro located in disney to travel into Paris which was very convenient. Staff were friendly and we enjoyed our stay.

I was at first very skeptical when I made my reservations. All the reviews were not in favor of this hotel. When we arrived and it was 5 of us we were really satisfied with the quality and all the features. Apartment had fully equipped kitchen, fridge, microwave and all necessary dishes. We booked 2 room apartment as other reviews said that apartments […] are small. It is true, if there is 4 persons traveling together you should definitely book apartment with 2 rooms (fits up to 6 people). It is small but it is very close to Disneyland Paris, free shuttle bus is available, and about shopping not to talk about. From RER station you have to walk through big shopping mall in order to reach the hotel. Great isn't it. There is big grocery store Auchan in the mall open every day till 10.00pm. Excellent location where it's just 10 min walking distance to La Valee Village, branded stuffs discounted village! me n friends bought lots of branded stuffs with a very cheap price! metro station is nearby, there's a free shuttle bus service to disneyland, ask d bus timetable for it. everything's is perfect for us.

We stayed here for 4 nights and found the location to Disneyland Paris great. It was 5 minutes on the bus or we could walk it in 15 minutes. Rooms were spacious, cleanliness was fine apart from we did have a smell of damp in the bathroom but for the price and location it was great. Would definetely stay again.

This hotel was very convenient to Disneyland Paris with the free shuttle which only took 10 mins. It was great value for money. I would definitely stay there again

The hotel itself is good on the whole. Unfortunately we were given room 143 which has a leak (presumably from the toilet?) which has made the carpet in the hallway damp and very smelly; this spoilt our experience but since it was late evening, we were all cold & hungry and the kids were all tired, we just put up with it rather than start re-packing […] to move rooms. We didn't mind the marks on the walls or chip marks here & there but a strong odour that we couldn't mask with products certainly took the edge off our experience! Location is superb - 7 minutes in the car from DLP, with loads of free parking on the streets around the building, saving the 10Euro per night charge for the hotel's car park. Also it is maybe 3-400 yards from Auchan hypermarket to stock up on your provisions. All of the room equipment is good and more than sufficient for taking all your own breakfast & evening meals, plus dishwasher tablets, teatowel, loads of towels, room heaters, etc. We booked a 2 bedroom apartment but the 2nd bedroom was the 'cabin' with kids' bunk beds, which the hotel's own website classes as a 1 bedroom apartment - be sure of what you're booking. The apartments are good, and have facility that u can cook something yourself as well. The staff especially Mr.Fida, was quite nice and greeted us very well.

The hotel reception is impressive and staff were polite and helpful, however our room was quite a different story. There were stains on walls and carpets, the toilet stunk of urine, the bathroom smelt of dampness, there were chunks of plaster missing from the wall, the wardrobe sliding doors didn't work/fell off etc etc etc. However, the location was […] perfect for disneyland with the free shuttle bus and the shopping centre next door was fantastic. We where very happy with our stay here. It is close to Disney and the shuttlebus service was excellent. The shopping centre next door offered a wonderful selection of restaurants etc (even a McDonalds, if you like it ). We will definately be booking here again for next year.
