Fint hotel til prisen. Der blev gjort rent og holdt hele tiden under morgenmåltidet, meget flot - modsat andre hoteller. Vaskemaskine virkede desværre ikke, men i nabolaget var der et fint vaskeri.
Placering.
The Lodge at Sawmill Creek Resort ligger i nærheden af stranden i Huron og er også tæt på Keys Golf Course. Ekstra attraktioner i omegnen er bl.a. Pipe Creek Wilderness Area og Rain Water Park Complex.

"The Lodge at Saw Mill Creek - a great place!!"
The Lodge at Saw Mill Creek - a great place for a reunion!! Close to golfing, swimming, the islands, great dining and night life. Plenty to do for all at the Lodge and in the surrounding areas.
Our stay included a round of golf, which was very challenging and enjoyable. The food service at the golf course and in the hotel was quite good, with very good servers. Overall, we had a pleasant stay at Sawmill Creek Resort.

I would definitely stay at this resort the next time I plan my trip to Ohio. The staff there is accomodating to your needs and very friendly.
"Great family get away"
We had a great time at the Lodge. The kids loved the beach (and so did we). They drive you there in a golf cart, or you can take a very long walk. We used both the indoor and outdoor pool and they were a lot of fun. The rooms were nicer than I expected based on some of the other reviews. Ours looked much newer than I expected so maybe some have been […] renovated. We rented jet skis from the marina and had a great time! They were very friendly there. Lots of restaurant choices on site, and also very close by to many options. Close to Cedar Point - take the back way in if you go and you will see some amazing houses (and avoid traffic). "Close to Cedar Point and other area attractions"
Perfect little resort with a great outdoor pool and golf on the premises. We loved the private beach, but it was more rocky than sandy. The restaurants were pricey and didn't have a good variety of food to choose from. The room was nothing special, and the beds were very small. All said, we would definitely stay here again:-)

We decided to stay here last minute, which was ok, but it is not worth the price they charge. If the hotel was $100.00 a night, I would stay again, but not for $158.00, it was not worth that. "given the area itself... i would stay here again"
Keep in mind this is more rural area. I knew that going there. The place was clean which was my biggest sticking point. New carpet would make a huge impact statmment as it looks a bit worn. IN the main lobby and hallway areas. I would stay again and thought the staff were very very nice and profesional.
"Not worth the price."
Unless you go specifically for golf - it's not worth the price. The rooms are outdated and old. The place reminds me of a summer camp that was taken hostage by some wealthy golfers. For that price I expected much better from the rooms. The staff and food were great - but the rooms are terrible.

"sawmill creek resort"
this hotel is under rated. its a 5 star all the way. easy check in and easy check out. the place was beautiful with clean up to date rooms. staff was great and no issues at all. the pool was over the top and the kids loved all of it. easy in and out. i will definitely go back. it was awesome. highly recommended.

Nice resort hotel but I would expect more for the price. The swimming pool was great and the secluded beach was nice. The extra fee for internet service was unexpected. The menu could use an update especially to include healthier foods but this is not unusual in Ohio. This place needs an updated look but was very clean and comfortable.

quick nice check in & out. nice looking lobby. place was almost empty in mid july. very quiet 2 pools close walk to lk erie rooms were semi clean beds were wore out room was good sized, 1st fl easy parking, no frills, decent, Expensive rm srvce it was worth what I pd. I used hotel.com got 1/2 off.
"Pretty good choice in Sandusky Area"
This hotel was moderately nice, had a friendly helpful staff, and overall very satisfactory. We had a VERY noisy exhaust fan in our bathroom which the hotel never got around to fixing in three days time, but I was able to disconnect it, so it wasn't a problem for me, but they should have been more proactive about it. Shuttles to Cedar Point are pricey […] and scheduling is based on availability, so it's hard to know if you will be able to get a shuttle at a specific time or not. The facility is nice, they have a great outdoor pool and an okay indoor pool. The restaurant is nice with good service and food. If Cedar Point or the lake is your destination, there are closer hotels, but if you're coming to golf or hang out at a resort (that looks like it would be fun for kids) you should consider staying here. "Excellent Value"
This hotel was less than 10 minutes from Cedar Point, but not on the main strip so it was close enough to get everything we needed on the way to the park and quiet enough surroundings for a calm night after a long day at the park. We even got our hands stamped and returned to the park after a two hour midday lunch break and nap at the hotel.
