Vi ankom om eftermiddagen, og skulle blot overnatte til næste dag, hvor vi skulle rejse hjem. Vi var meget tilfredse med opholdet. Meget god service og meget god information. Kan absolut anbefales.

This is a large hotel with many facilities. It is also a very busy hotel, so there is nothing personalized about it. The rooms are large and comfortable with own terrace or balcony. The breakfast buffet is excellent. The parking is easy and the access by car to the hotel is also very good (multiple entrances). There were several large conventions or activities at the time of our stay which made us feel somewhat "forgotten" as ordinary guests. Every was very cheerful and pleasant.

Venlig betjening i receptionen. Værelserne er i top. Stor swimmingpool for dem, som ønsker at benytte sig af det, og det samme må siges om deres motionsrum, som absolut dækker behov, for folk, som er på rejse. Good location med indkøbsmuligheder og restauranter meget tæt på. Absolut god til den pris vi fik i september.
"Use to be nice"
We have stayed here many times because it was very nice for the price but......... the mangement or lack there of has let this place slide. Coffee was always empty. The chairs and tables at the pool area were filthy. No music or bar at the pool anymore. We were here for 3 days. "Hanady to Scottsdale, AZ"
The room wasn't ready until a half hour after check in time. They gave us admission to the guest lounge which didn't even have coffee. At 8 a.m. the next day, all they had was decaf coffee. Still, for the money it was a clean room in a reasonably quiet neighborhood.
The room was wonderful! Best bed I've slept in by far. The staff was very kind, but very slow on check-in and absent on check-out. I had to leave a note that I was checking out because the desk was unstaffed and I had a flight to catch. Over all, we really enjoyed our stay.

After reading the reviews on Hotels.com, our accommodations were even better than we expected! Paul at the front desk was very helpful and set us up in an upstairs room park side per our request. We would definitely stay again.

Just had a very nice stay at the 3 Palms. Excellent value for the money. Great staff, very friendly and helpful. The hotel is clearly an older 50s or 60s motel that's been updated to give it that mid-century modern vibe but they've done an excellent job. The room is not huge but the bed, in particular, must be praised. Very comfortable. And the other […] amenities--fridge and microwave, real glass glasses, big flat screen TV--are spot-on. The pool and guest lounge are good, too. I didn't bring my laptop but I think they have complimentary WiFi. The location is next to a very nice city park--good for an early morning run. And it's not far from the Desert Botanical Garden, downtown Scottsdale, downtown Tempe, a nice shopping center called the Tempe Marketplace, and a good branch of my gym in Tempe. Good hotel for value. No breakfast but clean, convenient and quite. Good pool and plenty of parking. Great bed.

For the price, everything was very good. Very clean. Jamie was very helpful with my bags and answering questions. I could hear a little noise from guests next door one morning, but not bad.

"great place for a getaway"
We loved the tub in the room, the comfy bed, the dvd player was a nice feature--We WIll stay again!!
I had 2 rooms reserved for my family. In my son's room there was yelling and foul language coming thru the door. We complained and they accomodated a move to another room. Unfortunately, the new room had fruit flies. We wanted something to eat upon arrival and the next day. "Glorified Motel 6"
I am extremely disappointed with Hotels.com for allowing a rating of 4.1 out of 5 for this glorified Motel 6 or Super 8, 3 Palms. 3 Palms is not a hotel. It is glorified motel. Don't be fooled by Hotels.com rating system. While this motel has been given an extensive facelift, trust me, don't expect anything more than a bed and a few cable channels.

I've stayed here three times and have always found this hotel to be an excellent value. The rooms are rather small, but are clean and classy. The pool area is great. My only complaint concerns the television service. The rooms have nice large flat screen TVs, but offer no high-definition channels. It was ok , the room did have a moldy smell shower, sink ect..checkout wasn't until 12 pm and we were woken up by the housekeeper at 9am .dont think I will stay here again ..
"Nice place to stay"
It's not a Westin but for a nicely run, clean and even semi-groovy place it can't be beat. Right near the park and ASU and the staff can't be beat.

They gave us a room adjacent to the pool, which was noisy during the night during the first night's stay. We checked in on a Monday and discovered the that the restaurant was closed Monday night - as well as Tuesday morning for breakfast. "Great Room, Great Price"
OK, some of the reviews here are too harsh. While this is basically a converted motel, the rooms are great, marble, granite, nice beds, pillows and VERY clean. It's not the Hyatt, but it's a great comfortable room at a great price. I would recommend it highly.

"awful neighbors remedied by hotel"
our next door neighbors, all young adults were using all sort of profanity, screamin it at the top of their lungs, which I did not need to hear my 3-year-old hear. They would not stop after I confronted them. I told the front desk that either I could handle the situation personally by calling the police, or the hotel could fix it. Great looking hotel! Right as we walked in the front desk person was very helpful and friendly. Gave a good start to a long day. Beds are not very comfortable. "Didn"t meet expectations."
The hotel was really ok, however, after the reviews we had seen we were expecting more.

It seemed more like a hotel instead of a resort but very nice. Rooms are a little small but very nice! Couldn't just walk out the door to walk around Scottsdale. You need a car to get into good shopping and to do tourism of Scottsdale but only about a 7-0 min drive. As long as we have a car, my husband and I would definitely stay again.

Shower very slippery. Bathroom very small. Hard to enter and close door. Bed not comfortable. Housekeeping did not refill tissue. Fridge either froze item or not cold on setting1-2. Did not know where fridge and micro were stored. Nice park across the street. Dennys nearby as well as grocery store.

Great hotel and easy to get to all places in the area. Really quiet and comfortable.

I love the linens! It's always a great night's sleep. My only complaint is the iron. I forgot to tell the staff at checkout but the iron in room 250 had deposits in it and stained my white shorts with black spots. PleaseSclean them on a regular basis. The staff is friendly and accomodating.
