Små værelser men flotte badeværelser. Godt hotel til prisen. Vi valgte 5 dage her mod 3 dage i mid town . Godt valg. Mange restauranter og cafeterier rund om hjørnet. Få minutter til linie 1-2-3. Line 2 og 3- kører expres til Time SQ på 7 minutter. Kan anbefales.

Fedt hotel, til den pris! Dejlig tæt på Times suares og central park. Der er pænt, rent og alletiders service! Det eneste minus er at de er dyre med deres internet!

"Udemærket"
Vi valgte det hotel fordi det ligger uden for NY, det eneste man kan påpege er at der er forholdvis mange arrangementer, hvilke betyder rigtige mange mennesker og løbende børn på gangene langt ud på aften, hvilke er lidt generende Motgenmaden er slet ikke varierende, det er det samme, braset kartofler, pølser, 2 slags brød, kage, og lidt ekstra, lidt […] trist :-( Læs mere
"Easy access to major highways, and shopping malls"
The room was clean, the hotel is pretty, and we enjoyed the complimentary breakfast. The microwave, and refrigerator was important to our comfort. We found the lighting very poor for reading, and applying make-up. "Pit Stop in Travel"
We stayed here on our way to Wildwood just for a quick sleep-over and to cut down driving time the next day. It was very affordable, clean and a nice room. Would definitely stay here again.

The nobs on the jetted bathtub were hard to use at times. The distance from the lobby to our room was a minor inconvenient.

Great hotel. Only negative was (being neat picky here) the hot tub knobs. Very bad design. Very hard to turn, hard to open and close. Everything else was great. Good breakfast, nice rooms.

It was aclean place rooms were clean and cozy had a hard time figuring out the shower but we manage good breakfast.

Free breakfast buffet and clean rooms. For the price, it was excellent. I accidently broke the folding suitcase stand thing and they did not charge me for it. Awesome stay, can't say enough.
"Relaxing Weekend"
The hotel was great the staff was awesome and the room was very spacious. The only think that was disappointment was that our room had 2 phones and neither of them worked. We did bring it to the hotels attention the 1st night and they assured us that it would be fixed but it never was. Other than that little issue I had a good time.

"No hot water in shower..."
I came from PA. My Sister meet me there from FL. for a furnel, we got in late from being at services, sleep, to get up to no HOT WATER in the shower, that was alfull, no saower and off to furnel, not a good stay !!!!
"Not Terrible"
The hotel was nice, but there were a couple major drawbacks. The two entrances closest to my room were roped off for repair/updates. The next closest door had key swipe access, but it didn't work. This door was completely unlocked and led out to an area that looked like vagrants would congregate if it weren't so cold outside. Also, while many big things […] about the room were nice the details were pretty ratty. For example, the headboard was separating and peeling from the wall. "Fine for a quick stay - cigarette smoke throughout"
This hotel seems to be the best in the area and was fine for a quick, one-night stay. The room was clean and big. The lobby and all common area hallways smelled of cigarette smoke, as if there was a smoking ban in the rooms, so people just smoked outside of the rooms. Other than that, all was okay.
"Heart break hotel"
This hotel is located in the middle of nowhere on the side of a hwy with a middle barrier in the middle making it frustrating to even go out to eat. The first floor was flooded out with bad conditions. My room stunk terribly of stale smoke, even though I reserved non-smoking. "Check first"
The hotel had just recently reopened after apparent severe flooding during a hurricane. I was aware of the opening date but not aware that the hotel amenities were not back to "normal". All rooms were on the second floor, the elevator was non-functioning. The "hot" breakfast was not available as the restaurant was still under construction. "Hidden Gem"
This hotel is not exactly in an ideal location, however once you walk into the front doors, the decor and style boasts high quality hotel. The rooms are very clean, however quite small. The room and bathroom have very little walking space. (It reminds me of a extra small efficiency, to which the hotel put multiple mirrors in the room to give the look […] of a bigger room. ) You do not notice the size of the rooms based on the photos. Excellent place to stay, Staffs are very friendly and only thing is location of the place. The holel is located on one way route and if you missed first time, you have to go very far to go into the hotel
"Best Western Pompton Plains - the best breakfast"
The hotel was very nice and the rooms were large and very comfortable. The breakfast was the best I have ever seen at a hotel. Hot choices everyday and lots of fruit and hot beverages. Well, everything was great: check-in, service, room (beautiful washroom), bar, food, and pool. Beds were very comfortable, ample of parking. Great hot buffet breakfast. Absolutely fantastic. Great value for the family. Start the day with a great buffet breakfast. Front desk staff werea great help in assisting me on how to take the transit into NYC. I would highly recommend. It took me a bit to locate places to eat (you have to drive) but enough in the area to choose from. My only complaint has nothing to do with the hotel but the Uturn […] system along the main roadway. "Great hotel but really bad in service"
the hotel itself was fine except the fact that it had no elevator and I had a long stay and I had to carry all my stuff up the stairs. The staff was very rude, we booked a non smoking room but got a smoking room and the person at the reception kept arguing saying it was a non smoking room even though it smelled like smoke and like the other non smoking […] rooms it had no sign on the door number. after constant arguing I got a different room. Later during the day I asked them for towels since the pool had no towels and I was told there is no one to bring them up and I should go down to reception to pick it up. Next day when I went to have diner in their in house lounge they said they are not serving more than half the dishes on the menu. Any how I had a really bad experience, won't recommend this place, and yea the guy at three reception told me breakfast was till 11 and when I got there at 10:15 I was told it was til 10 and they are picking up everything, the lady was nice there so she got us some stuff from the back. "Regency House Hotel Best Western Plus"
Travelers need to be aware to look for Regency House and not Best Western. GPS helped us find it. The hotel has recently had a fire and the restaurant was not available. The continental breakfast was great with lots of hot and cold options. The entry and lobby are beautiful, but the hall was very dirty and smelled!! Our room was very nice and we enjoyed […] our stay. Clearly a first class stay in its time, that time has passed. it is an interesting mix of extra features (ex. whirlpool bath), and items from a re-model that were not done well. The trim had large gaps between it, the taping job was hanging from the ceiling in the bathroom, etc. The staff was nice, the room was clean and the breakfast was excellent […] . Læs mere
"Did not hold a rollaway bed."
I guess this is par for the course, but we called the hotel explicitly to find out if we could get a room with two queens and a rollaway, they said yes for the night we asked about, we booked online and left a note that we needed a rollaway and that we would arrive at 1AM. When we arrived, they were out of rollaways. This seems to be the norm - families […] are on their own in terms of actually arranging to have beds to match their head count, unless they reserve multiple rooms.
