Meget mondænt hotel med god service. Dyrt men man får ogaå noget for pengene. Fantastisk morgenmads buffet og venligt personale der ikke render en på dørene konstant, som man ellers kan blive udsat for her i Indien.

Very good rooms, fantastic food and very friendly staff. I have stayed at this hotel many times and enjoy my stay without fail. The only negative is their rigid/ inflexible online booking rules. In the latest incident, by mistake I booked a room for two adults(the default setting) and all that I wanted was to correct it to single adult. The whole experience was amazing. The hotel is located in an excellent position to enable easy access to South and North Mumbai. The hotel staff was extremely helpful; however I did find the reception could have been slightly more organized. My husband had emailed the hotel to request flowers and chocolates on arrival for me, which I did not find. So […] after a few queries and emails I received these 2 days later with the wrong message printed on the cake. Other than that the staff as a whole was very helpful and pleasant. The Chinese restaurant was great, possibly the best Chinese food I have tasted ever!!! That is saying something after coming from Hong Kong! So well done to the Chef. All in All the hotel was well presented, clean and well priced. I would definately go back to this hotel again and recmonned to any firends thinking of staying in Mumbai. Overall a very pleasant stay at the hotel. (A remark on the negative side concerns not the hotel itself, but its surrounding area: strolling around is very unpleasant, the nearest place worth visiting is about 4 kms away.)

Stunning hotel room. Not the most impressive views unfortunately because of the location. Stayed in the Towers so had access to Point of View lounge, which is as impressive in the day as it is at night. Breakfast was very good with a lot of variety. Great stay, will return

Stay was pretty good, being a member of this hotel, the hotel is dam strict with the check out procedures. Though, I made a 12 hour late check in the previous day.

Quite a lengthy checkin procedure but that's thanks to Govt regulations. Brilliant hotel. Very comfortable, clean and wonderful food options. Excellent breakfast buffet and amazing dinner buffet choices...excellent quality. Adjoining room for our children. Good location for us as we needed to be near Tardeo. Would happily stay again.

The breakfast buffet is one of the best I've ever had, was very surprised. Clean rooms, not very modern but nice otherwise. We had a small check-in snafu (they didnt have the two twin beds that we requested, but later accommodated us) but great service overall

One of the best Hotel I have stayed at in recent times. Price, location, and quality was definitely there. Close enough to the activities of Mumbai. All the facilities and treatment centers were available. Pool, sauna, Massages etc.

Room, cleanliness & gym very good. Staff good except check in (went twice both delays) & room service were 20-25mins is at least 40 and even 50m.+. One meal had been cooked straight away & was cold on delivery, the other one was hot. The cricket was on at this time but if they were honest about the times would not have used it. The hotel has beautiful features and amenities but the level of service is definitely not the one of a 5*. They did not refill the shampoos/shower gels in the bathroom when cleaning the room and we had to call them twice to deliver them. I would suggest to stay in this hotel but the only problem i faced is the follow up. I had forgotten my shoes in the room after i checked out in the afternoon. I called them up in the evening for recovery of my shoes but neither they bother to call me up or reply to my loss. I am bit disappointed about the recovery they couldnt make in so less time […] . I would not recommend walking around outside of the hotel grounds in any Mumbai' hotels. Too many wild dogs roaming the streets and guests/tourists become an instant curiosity. ITC Grand Central is located in the heart of Mumbai, easily connected to most parts of mumbai. I stayed for 5 nights, I stayed on the 17th and the view was unreal. The staff were extremely warm and friendly. Food at Kebabs and Kurries was great and so was the breakfast.

Good but no WiFi was a huge dissapointment. Hotels.com website states wifi is free, only upon arrival to hotel we realised that this was not the case. Being a 5star business hotel, providing free WiFi should be the norm as per all other Mumbai hotels of same standard.

The welcoming smiles on the faces of the staff made you feel that you were coming back home and not a hotel. Excellent service.

The Stay Experience at the ITC Grand Central , Mumbai had been pleasing as before . However I did notice that the Shower Faucet in room 1506 was not in good working order and so was the electronic Weighing Scale.. Possibly the batteries needed replacement.. The Check in and Check Out was effecient and so was the concierge services..

They went right in and appeared to clean my room even though I had a do not disturb sign on the door. Reasons being, people's safety! people have died! there is a musty smell if they on't service in 2 hours!! What? Really?? And after all that they did not seem to care about people's privacy. Bad service, lots of noise above our room & in the lobby (repairs and construction), and many promises with no results. I don't recommend this hotel. It is not the one near the airport.

Excellent food. Terrific location. This is an elegant hotel, but seems somewhat dated. There is currently some construction work being done around the hotel, which makes access a bit difficult.
