It was horrible service and rude desk attendants the rooms were dirt, and you name it they did it. The memory was up sitting. The water was always hot and could not take a shower, and the blankets were thin and not warming. There weren't enough towels and got to the room with no toilet paper, towels. When I called down at the desk she told me that she […] couldn't leave the desk until 11.00p.m. She said she would bring the things to us. I asked her if I could come and get the stuff, and she said no because she couldn't leave the desk and go the the maids quarters. She never showed up that night. The next morning the mess up with the prepaid money we paid in full for the rooms and wouldn't let us back in our rooms until the matter was solved. The slide keys never worked and we had to get them re charge four different times. We had paid and they were wrong. Keep in mine our stuff was in the rooms and they wouldn't let our friend back in his room until I showed up. I was in town and when I got back there they lower the bomb on me. It was the worst experience I have ever had staying in a hotel. There were more episodes and the front desk used bad language and there were younger adults hanging around the desk area. They were kicking it and laughing and hanging out. Very UN-professional to say the least. It was quite a experience boiling hot with steam showers that burnt my head and my husband head. The sink only had hot water coming out. When I told them this they said they sent someone already up to fix it. I told them it wasn't fixed. They said it was, and I lost. At that moment the Purwalup fair was going on and there wasn't anywhere else to stay. Anyways never again, hot showers burning experience. Dirty and bad all together. Læs mere
"Best Night Inn"
The rooms are dark and dank. The toilet didn't work right and wasn't fixed even after I complained. It was very noisy. The location is far away from the city center. I've stayed at better hotels with comparable prices in Fife. The one good thing I can say is that the breakfast is nice.

Comfortable and economical but the decor is tired! The next remodel should include some energy efficient "green" items like low water toilets, paper cups instead of styrofoam etc.
"Not a good place at all!"
This place is bad. Creepy, and just dirty. One thing that i hated too is when we ate our breakfast, they run out of sausage and I asked the receptionist if there's more, she just told me "we run out". So what? Refill the pan then. Gosh. "Cost vs. Quality?"
I wasn't impressed by the overall appearance of the facility. When I first entered the room there was a cockroach scaling the bathroom wall. This is an honest account.
"Weekly & Monthly Rates Are Not A Good Sign"
The relatively low price and area of this hotel didn't leave me expecting much when I reserved a room, but I was completely unprepared for what we found. The first warning sign was the sign at the entrance advertising the weekly, monthly, and trucker rates of the place. The buildings themselves were in pretty ramshackle condition, and the advertised […] restaurant and bar were out of business. The front desk clerk was not particularly professional, and tried to charge me a rate for the room, although I had already paid in advance. We received our room keys, but the clerk neglected to tell us the room number until I prompted her for it. We left to find our room, only to discover that there were two buildings and that our room must have been in the one across the parking lot. A couple of police officers were combing the parking lot, apparently looking for someone. Given the clientele that we had seen hanging out in front of the hotel and in the lobby, this was no surprise. The second building appeared to be largely full of monthly renters based upon the appearance inside - men ambling around in half-dress, doors to rooms casually left open. I'm a smoker, but even I found the stench of cigarettes in the hallway to be unpleasant. We got to our room and the keycards didn't work. I had the feeling that someone was already in the room, but will confess that I didn't stick around to knock. My wife and I decided that this was probably not a place that we wanted to stay for the evening. My wife was uncomfortable enough with the place that she decided to wait in the car while I returned the keycards to the front lobby. When I returned the keys, I explained that they didn't open the door and that we had decided to go somewhere else, the front clerk didn't seem surprised at all and merely said,"Oh, okay!" I'm pretty sure that this place barely qualifies as being a hotel, and I feel like there's probably illegal activity going on there, but that's speculation on my part. If you'r Læs mere

"Needs a Lot of Improvement"
Our room needed maintenance, and was lacking in amenities, such as a blow dryer and the bath towels outside the bathroom. The bathroom linens had melted plastic and long hairs on them and the bed uncomfortable. I'm not sure what was served at the complimentary breakfast but I do know it was uneatable, the toaster was not working, the cearel selection […] was minimal and there was too much liquid in the waffle mix. "Good value"
The Day's Inn was well situated for our needs in our visit to the Tacoma area...especially the outstanding bar and grill next door...their nitely specials were worth driving many miles for even though it was just next door. The amenities and service from the hotel staff was great, the rooms, however, were a bit spartan, but the bed was quite comfortable. […] All in all a good value. Læs mere
"Needs Improvement"
I booked this particular hotel because it had a pool, when we got there the pool was closed and we were told it was only open seasonally, this was on June 15th, when does their season begin ? When I asked the person at front desk even she did not know when the pool opening would begin.
