"PROXIMITY"
Very convenient to my destination. The only problem I have is the NOISE!!! It seems there's not a lot of sound proofing between rooms. I could hear the soft conversations on the next room, and some one's yawning on the other rooms. It was okay all in all as I only need a place to stay for a night.

"Clean and peaceful"
Was surprised to find an actual hotel, not the "boarding house" we were thinking. Very courteous staff, everthing was clean and crisp. It was so quiet and restful. No loud parties and high traffic. Would definitely recommend.

We we revisiting the CC med ctr for my father's treatment. This hotel was very convienent and quite well kept. The staff was polite, professional, and helpful.

"Probably best for those with hospital business"
Hotel was clean and staff were friendly and helpful. We were attending a concert at the State Theater uptown from the hospital and had to drive through a rough area in order to get there. Although they are open to anyone needing lodging, this is probably more suited to those who have family members as patients at the Cleveland Clinic.
"Make Sure You're Not in an Adjoining Room"
I didn't go into this expecting a five star hotel so my gripes are minimal. The folks in the adjoining room to ours were very loud though. I was too tired the first night to complain, but we were awakened numerous times throughout the night with yelling, banging on doors, and swearing. When I inquired at the front desk the next morning, they seemed […] unaware of the disturbance. I'm hoping it wasn't ignored and just seemed louder to us because the rooms were adjoining with a thin door between us. "Could have been better"
The Guest House at Cleveland Clinic is, for the most part, a good place to stay, especially when visiting the clinic for treatment. The air conditioning was not working in our room during our stay (April 19-20, 2012) and the temperature was uncomfortable for me, espceially when getting ready in the morning. The sink in the bathroom was slow-draining. […] The complimentary breakfast left something to be desired. There needs to be some protein choices added, such as eggs or breakfast meat. overall review of the hotel is good. but the carpets were so filthy i walked in the room with my socks on and they are still black on the bottom even after being washed with clorox. towels are almost paper thin as are the washcloths. the front desk help are great asthey had to fix the keys every night as we could not open the doors when we came back […] at night. This nutty hotel has no internet in the rooms! The connection in the lobby and 'internet lounge' is sooooo slow! How can they do this to people who are there for medical reasons?

"CC Guesthouse Hotel"
The only issue that we had with the hotel was that it didn't appear that air conditioning was on in the guest rooms. The hallways and lobby were very comfortable, but the guest room was miserably hot. We were told that it wasn't "time" to flip over to air conditioning in the guest rooms. Certainly the weather has been freakishly warm, but the hotel […] should be able to turn the air on in the guest rooms at will. When I asked for a fan, they brought one up....that didn't work. This is not really a hotel at all. It's a place for hospital patients and their families who are getting or awaiting treatment to stay. If you're on a vacation or visiting local colleges stay away.

What a nice convenience to find this quality "hotel" in a superb location! Would definitely stay there again if in the area.
It was good except for the fire alarm that went off on Saturday afternoon. No one came to knock on the guests doors to make sure they had evacuated the hotel. All of the workers in the hotel were already outside when I got out.

"Needs some changes"
Only thing I would say is they need to upgrade the mattresses to something more comfortable. If you are recovering from the clinic, they are not the best thing to sleep on. Also, they heat in the room was horrible. Couldn't turn it down and my husband had to open the window

Convenient location, average condition, no in-room internet access

The Guest House is very convenient to the Cleveland Clinic, but it needs to be taken better care of by the housekeeping department. Some of the rooms have been up-dated and housekeeping should keep them clean instead of letting them become as they were before the renovation.

"Worth IT"
We found the staff willing to help. The room was very nice and the convenience to the hospital was great. We will stay there again. The Deli connected to the hotel was very good.

The hotel staff were wonderful, especially Ray, the concierge. But the building is very old, elevators were very slow and room keys were a major issue (many trips back to desk because they didn't work...). Front desk was understaffed (only one on duty during peak check-in and check-out periods). They were nice and worked as quickly as possible, but […] only one??? "cleveland clinic questhouse"
Decided to treat ourselves to a night out of the house after a concert at Severance. Got a great rate, our room was ready early and clean. The lobby was not crowded or noisy as some have mentioned. It was however as hot as Abu Dhabi but opening a window solved that. Not a luxury hotel but quiet and comfortable.

My specific requests were met satisfactory by the hotel staff. We visit because of medical appointments at the Cleveland Clinic and I am glad this hotel is available on campus.
the toilet flush flap was leaking,every 40mn the toilet will fill up,making lot of noise .the handle on the face bowl cold water was loose because the tread was worn.the house keepers does not have a hose on the vacuum to clean corners ,and does not report any malfunction so nobody know about little problem..when I left ,it was still no repaired. you […] should let the hotel know,because I did let the front desk know about it. The hotel was great as far as getting to and from the hosp(shuttle service great) My main complaint was the noise of housekeeping....when one is exhausted due to spending a day in the hosp. waiting for a loved ones operation they need to rest at the hotel. Maybe it was because of the location of our room(close to where they get their supplies etc) there […] was still no excuse for the LOUD talking and LAUGHING in the morning. On the day I was to check out at noon and had planned to spend some extra time sleeping etc. there was the typical loud noise outside....and then a knocking on the door about 7:45).to which I replied I am still in bed----since the deadbolt was on and I am sure they have a list of checkouts wouldn't it behoove them to know the room is still in use. it a shame for a hotel of that size with no internet service in rooms i had to travel 5hr to get there for my apointment and my wife had to do home work, we did not know there were no internet.

"Lock your door"
I don't know if it was staff or another guest because they were saying sorry and walking briskly away, but someone other than use had a key and opened our door to come in. Fortunately, we had latched the door and it only opened a couple of inches. Just know that you are not the only one walking around with a key to your room.

Great place to stay if you or your family member is being seen or a patient at the Cleveland Clinic. They have a shuttle service to the hospital and other location. Wonderful staff and a very helpful.

I stayed at this motel when I was visiting Cleveland for a wedding. If I ever end up in Cleveland again, I will definitely stay there again.

Its close to the hospital that's why we choose this place. Front desk are really nice. The Guesthouse Internet are very poor and their continental breakfast too. Hope they will add more choices. I own a 60 rooms hotel and my services are a lot nicer and a reasonable prices.

I would reccomend this hotel only because of the location. We were nearly charged double for one night that had been prepaid through hotels.com. I was asked to move from original room because they wanted to change the mattresses. Had to add additional nights to original reservation from day to day and the woman on duty did not appreciate that. Our 5-day […] stay turned into 11 days. The people at the desk need to be more considerate. Thankfully, there is a deli at the rear of the hotel where the food and waitresses were wonderful. I felt handicapped by no internet connection in the hotel room. The rooms were fine otherwise, with a refrigerator and microwave. Some cigarette smoke in the hallways, which I did not appreciate. Had to beg to have room cleaned.no coffee in room. Light bulbs out and were not replaced even after mentioning several times. Bathrooms was not cleaned Properly.housekeeper was very pregnant, was due Any day. How could she properly clean a room? Had to "rent" a microwave? Not a good experience at all!
