Hotellet var rigtig pænt og værelserne også, flot pool. Det tog dog længere tid end forventet at køre ind til byen, ca 25 min, hvilket var lidt ærgeligt ikke at bo inde i selve New Orleans. Området var dog udemærket, mange restauranter og et kæmpe shoppingcenter i nærheden! Men en forstad, ikke en del af New Orleans by. Vi spiste morgenmad på Ihop der ligger i forlængelse af hotellet, og det var rigtig godt og belejligt! Hotellets ansatte var behjælpelige men ikke super servicemindede.

Hel fantastisk hjælpsomhed i receptionen.Kan lade bilen stå og gå rundt og se alt i byen.Udflugtturen til plantagerne er en stor oplevelse men man kan spare ca det halve hvis man kører selv.

fint stort værelse til familie med 2 børn. God hjælp til turplanlægning, billetbestilling til hjuldamperbåden. Gratis drinks i baren fra 17.30-19.30 med snacks.Ligger 5 min. gang fra criuse terminalen, gå afstand til seværdighederne I New Orleans.

Et lille fint hotel ca 10 km udenfor centrum. Der er dog imgen udenomsarealer, hvor man kan sidde og slappe af. Fint som stop og go hotel

"All around excellent hotel"
Was a little apprehensive due to the lower price compared to surrounding hotels but was persuaded due to size of suite and breakfast included. Everything was fantastic, the staff is very friendly and accomodating and the location couldnt be better. Far enough from the bars of Bourbon to escape the noise but close enough for a short walk. Extremely helpful and cordial staff. The concierge was very knowledgeable and friendly. The hotel is beautful and clean. It definitely exceeded my expectations. The location is central to most areas of interest and I would stay here again if ever in New Orleans.

Little reservation before the stay, but once I arrived I was relieved. Overall, very clean and very central in location. PROS: location, clean, gym is well kept, and free cookies & daily breakfast. CONS: walls are thin (able to hear the next door guest). Would stay again...
"Close to important sites yet room was quiet"
This worked out really quite well. The hotel was at walking distance from the convention center as well as the French quarter. However, the room was quiet without noise from the unavoidable partiers. Valet parking at $28/night was at market price and doable. Staff was friendly and helpful.

We stayed for 2 nights and we are very pleased with the hotel, staff, and service. Breakfast was good. The size of our suite room can be made a little bit bigger. Robert at the front office was very helpful. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

I have stayed in many hotels in downtown New Orleans and think this is one of the best. The larger ones are nice and fancy but this one had all the amenities with half the cost. And the location is perfect for walking to all the area attractions.

The hotel is very central and in close proximity to all the places we wanted to see. Hotel is very comfortable and service is superb.
"Not a great stay for me"
I was unhappy about the fact the hotel do not allow smoking. They do not have somewhere outside for guest to sit while smoking. The front desk was asked for a "late departure" and it was confirmed. However, when I went to use my room key at 12:15pm it did not work. I then went down to the front desk to have them activate the key. "Country Inn & Suites- French Quarter"
This was my second stay here and it remains excellent in every respect. The front lobby is spaceous and attractive and service at the desk is courteous and enthusiastic. Located at the edge of the French Quarter, it is nevertheless quiet. Free buffet breakfast is included.
"Great Hotel to stay in the heart of New Orleans"
Such a great location and interesting hotel. The history is amazing, very easy to get everywhere, and nice staff. We were cruising, so it was a great spot to hop in a cab and head to the port. Beware the cab is $7 per person to get to the boat. You wouldn't regret staying in this hotel at all!!

Loved this hotel and will definitely stay again. It was centrally located to everything (the Convention Center, The Riverwalk, The French Quarter, Bourbon St, etc); only about a 10-15 min walk to most places. The breakfast was GREAT. My sister and I had a burned light bulb, not enough shampoo, conditioner and lotion and hangers. The hotel supplied and fixed everything immediately. Everyone had first class southern hospitality at the hotel. Thank you very much.

"Country Inn New Orleans - close to French Quarter"
Great location - just 3 mins to walk into the "Life". But not that low-cost on weekends with special events - e.g. St. Patrick's Day or Mardi Gras.

This is a beautiful hotel at a great price. It's near the French Quarter, the trolley lines, the casino, the River Walk, and many other attractions, but you avoid the high cost of staying in the French Quarter. The staff is friendly and helpful. There is a guest laundry, concierge service, and free breakfast.

We were happy with the accommodations, clean, food, staff was friendly, overall we were very happy with the Country Inn & Suites.
The place was great. The breakfast area was very busy, employees tried very hard to keep food flowing and have clean dishes. You only have valet parking but in the area that is all you can get!

"Nice hotel with good location"
I was here on business, very happy with the central location of this hotel, easy to get in and out of New Orleans from here by car, parking is valet and quick enough. Thought it was very good value given the price we paid. Internet is free but could be a bit slow, using the cable in the room vs wireless seemed to be the way to go.

"Country Inn & Suites, French Quarter"
This hotel is in good location and is a short walk to popular sites. The staff is very friendly, and breakfast is good. If you have a car expect to pay a premium for parking, and there is a less expensive lot two blocks away. I recommend the Country Inn & Suites and would stay there again.

I was in town on business and this hotel was the perfect place - nestled in on Magazine - easy access to the freeway. Perfect in every way! The people were wonderful and went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable. The downside--though it's considerable--is the noise: the walls are thin, and that first night a party of drunks in the next room made it almost impossible to sleep.
