"Front Desk Service is the BEST"
Hotel very nice, the rooms are spacious and well kept. The high point however is the quality of the service from the staff. From the front desk staff to the gentleman in charge of the breakfast service, they do a wonderful job! Planning on coming back. The best place to stay in Eau Claire...

"Grandstay is my go-to place in Eau Claire"
My family started using this motel a couple of years ago when we were making frequent trips for family business in the area. Now we chose it whenever we get together because its the best in Eau Claire! Everything was great with the hotel, however when I booked with hotels.com I asked for a room with two beds and a pull out couch and only got one bed. It was tough with three adults and three kids.
The phone number for the hotel was incorrect on the hotels.com confirmation. It was difficult to contact hotel for directions. Stay was fantastic,

I've stayed in many hotels in my life, this hotel was by far the nicest and most convienent I've ever been to. Dishes, full kitchen, and the most comfortable bed and bedding I could imagine. I will definetly go there again and I would reccomend it to others.

I was very pleased with my overall stay here. Highly recommend staying here if you visit the EAU CLAIRE area. Amazing free breakfast selection. NIce small pool and hot tub. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Very clean and awesome beds!!

We very much enjoyed our stay at the Grand Stay. The room was gorgeous and it was similar to a mini condo. Would have liked to have stayed another night. Only problem was the noise in the hallway in the morning.

Had the whirlpool suite. The room was enormous and wonderful like a very nice 1 br apartment. I think there were 3 tv's!!! The staff were exceptionally helpful and courteous. This hotel provides a very comfortable, clean room with very good breakfast. The back grounds provide a nice place for kids to run around- small playscape, golfing green, and basketball court. "Grandstay Residential Suites"
We chose this hotel so that we'd have the kitchenette and private bedroom. The living room had a comfortable fold-out sofa bed (our son slept there). The room was clean, mattress and bedding was high quality, breakfast was good. A pleasant suprise. We'd definitely choose this chain again.

The staff was very nice and friendly, and the room was fantastic. The bathroom was very nice, and they had two televisions in the room, one in the living room and one in the bedroom. The hotel was very convinent to everything.

We booked a two-bedroom suite, which was great for privacy...we couldn't hear my in-laws snore and they couldn't hear our infant cry during the night. The living room space was handy for those who wanted to stay up later without disturbing others' sleep, and we especially enjoyed having a DVD player to watch movies. "Great Value For More Than You'd Expect"
I had a fantastic room with my own kitchen, whirlpool and separate sitting area for as much as I would pay for a night at the Holiday Inn. AND I got a better breakfast for free. I would happily come here again.
"A decent room for the price"
The room was nice,(except for the long walk to the room, room was the farthest away from the elevator) the only other issue was a loud door to the staircase that would slam shut. Other than those bullet points, it was a good room for the price.

My only complaint about this hotel would be the size of the pool. It is super tiny and with more than 10 people in there at a time, it would seem quite crowded. Otherwise the room was great, breakfast was delicious and the service was great. I would definitely stay here again!
