Quiet rooms, hot water was very hot. It was a little hassle to get another set of key cards to use the indoor pool.

The hotel was exactly as described. My children looked forward to swimming every day. The breakfast was good. The afternoon meals did not follow the calendar but were convenient. There was no chain restaurants nearby. Shuttle can take you to Dulles airport where you can ride Metro bus to Metro station. Expect to pay $6 cash for each person each way […] for rhe bus. Purchase your metro passes online in advance for savings. Prepare to pay for travel in DC. If you drive into town. $1.75 in tolls. $22-30 in parking fees wherever you park. Læs mere

It's a nice a hotel except that there is nothing near you. Most of the stores and restaurants are about 10 minutes away. You have to drive to go and eat.

The pleased with cleanliness of room. Room size was good for 2 adults and 2 children. Only one mirror in room which made getting ready a little difficult in the morning. The hot breakfast was delicious and well stocked. The indoor pool was well mantained and shared with Embassy Suites next door.

The hotel was extremely good value for money. It is a bit a a drive into downtown washigton. However, the rooms were very comfortable for a family of 5. The breakfasts and dinners provided surpassed our high expectations.

We had to have our room changed three times once we checked in to get the correct room configuration based on our reservation. Staff were very accommodating in this regard, but running up and down was annoying after a long road trip. The room was adequate, but after reading the reviews of others who stayed here, we expected a lot more. The room was […] tired and worn and the bed was hard. The main lamp in the living room was broken and the phone was imprinted with the name of a competing hotel chain with incorrect phone numbers. On a positive note, water pressure was great, so the shower was excellent, staff were nice, and the included hot breakfast and dinner were good. While there were a few places to eat within walking distance, the hotel was in an industrial area with office buildings and another hotel next door. The gentleman that helped me at the front desk was super welcoming and accommodating. I was able to get an early check-in without hassle. The shuttle took me to my appointment (just 1.5 miles away) and even picked me up when I was done. Both shuttle drivers were very friendly and professional. The guest room was comfy, very spacious, equipped kitchen. Breakfast had excellent selection. Attached to Embassy Suites which gave access to indoor pool. Exercise room adequate. Public areas in hotel getting a bit worn down. Convenient if you have a car.

We had a nice, large room, very clean, well-maintained and quiet. We liked being able to adjust the room temperature. The hot breakfasts were great, and we were very pleased with our stay.

2 queen 1 king bed but don't expect to get it. we booked for 2 queen 1 king bed but when we arrived we only got 2 queen beds and a roll up bed. Very disappointing.

Overall, very clean and comfortable. The air conditioning made a loud noise when running. The Toaster oven didn't work and the replacement unit they brought to replace it was almost as bad. Minor annoyances -- overall an exceptional value for the money on weekends.

This was our first time here. It felt like being at home. The staff was friendly and courteous, the room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was awesome something for everyone's taste buds.

We have 5 children, ages 10-16, and it is very difficult to find a hotel that will accommodate bedding requests, rooms adjoining, etc. and be friendly about all our requests. This hotel was. It is approximately 30 minutes from DC, but staying outside the city definitely was worth the savings. Hotels in DC run no less than $ 250 ++ a night with small […] rooms and no amenities. Great location. Good Services -- Full Breakfast, Internet (both wired and wireless), Light Dinner. Friendly people. Good layout, etc. Housekeeping needs some work. The floor in my suite was absolutely filthy. There were mysterious stains and spots all over it. My clean white sox were dirty from wearing around inside. I bent down to get something I dropped […] and noticed a sock peaking out from under the dust ruffle left by a previous guest - yuck. Also, the room was on the first floor and the windows were not only unlocked, but they were the kind of windows that can tilt in for cleaning -- and they were not in their tracks, so they could easily be pushed in. Loved the one bedroom suite setup. Great for families even with small children. The continental buffet breakfast was also a wonderful addition & great cost saving each morning. Close to the airport, shops, restaurants & about 30 mins to downtown DC. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Hotel easy to access off of main thorofare, Rented 2 rooms, both were set up properly and our stay was enjoyable, 4 of my grandchildren who accompanied us thoroughly enjoyed the indoor pool and we all enjoyed a well set up and fresh "full breakfast" bar. This hotel suited our need for an inexpensive stay for our family of 4. We stayed here for 5 nights as we visited Washington D.C. and a family member in Baltimore. About a half hour drive to the nearest metro. It would have been nice to be closer, but it was worth the amenities of having a 2 room suite with a kitchenette. We enjoyed the complimentory […] breakfast each morning which had plenty of hot and cold options. We were only at the hotel 1 evening for the complimentary week night dinner, but it was also very good with complimentary beer and wine as well. It saved us the cost of a meal out. The indoor pool is in the connecting Embasy Suites, but still very convenient. The kids loved the pool. My only complaint is that twice we asked for extra bath towells and the front desk said they would have housekeeping deliver to our room and they never did. Excellant courteous staff. Rooms eh...not so nice carpeting worn and stained/dirty. Holes from hangings not patched. very noisy from the hallways...I overheard every conversation held within fifty feet of my room...Clearly. The breakfast and dinner meals were excellant as well.

We got a good deal on Hotels.com. We checked in and found out we were upgraded to an even better room. Our good deal turned into a phenominal deal. We found out how much these rooms usually go for. The room was great; health club and pool great, buffet breakfast normal, very dog friendly. Only one decent restaurant close (Indian - very good). There is a restaurant in the attached Embassy Suites that has a full bar - but you are basically eating in a hotel lobby. Location is "middle of nowhere". The problem is when you ask for information or help […] or directions from the front desk they don't know. When it is the first time in the area you need a little help. This hotel had a clean room (and I'm a freak about that!), and a very nice hot breakfast in the morning. The staff was friendly. It is a long trek into DC for sightseeing, but if you are looking to be close to Dulles (or don't mind a drive) this would be great.

Extremely clean and comfortable - Close enough to the Washington DC Area where it's only a few miles/mins. Reasonable prices. Only flaw was the batteries were dead in one of the remotes. No big deal.
