Close to beaches and towns. Very friendly staff. The motel suited our purpose of a short visit to Cape Cod.

The hostess/clerk/Mgr was very cordial and kind. Very helpful. Loved the town and it's surroundings. The rooms were typical Motel fashion with hard beds, otherwise clean. The TV is the old school solid state, but hey, there was a remote control and cable channels. Close to the Cape's tip and Close to Groceries. Great location if you are planning to cycle or run on the bike trail and close to the Idle Times Bike Shop. We stayed there during April school vacation, very early in the season, so it was too soon to even think about using the pool. The motel was clean and newly painted. The bed was comfortable. The continental breakfast was very basic. My husband said the coffee wasn't bad. Helen, the proprietor was very friendly and sweet. The price was right. We stayed here for Wellfleet Oyster Fest and would stay here again next year.

We were pleased with the very reasonable room rate and so were willing to overlook the somewhat "tired" decor of the room. I thought the web showed coffee-maker "in-room" as an amenity and found no such machine in the room. Checked at front desk and was informed that it is NOT provided. Oh well. The trek to the continental breakfast room wasn't too […] far, but my husband did the coffee-run - so I can't comment on whether the offerings were so good. The toasted bagel he brought back was not great. The best news was the friendly customer service: i.e., I left a favorite pillow behind and when I called from the road, I was assured that it would be mailed back to me - no problem. I think the Motel was an adequate place. The free continental breakfast was ok, no different from most places. My major complaint is the room deodorizer, it was so strong that it kept me awake. Nice size room which was clean and contained all of the necessities. The staff was very friendly and extremely helpful. The breakfast was good and the coffee and juices were available all day. The room was very clean but dated. Very basic with no frills but worth staying at if all you want is a clean bed and shower. Staff was very nice. A simple continental breakfast was included. A great central location for the bay or ocean beaches, and exploring the cape. The pool is heated.

Captians Quarters was a reasonablely priced hotel with good amenities for the price. They are located between Provenctown and Orleans so siteseeing is easy on the arm of the Cape Cod. I say for the price it can't be beat.

This motel is a comfortable place to stay if you're looking for a beautiful and peaceful experience. Although large it still has a country feel. The beds are comfortable and it is quiet at night. The continental breakfast offered is adequate, plus coffee, tea and juice are available all day. The staff was courteous and helpful.

This hotel is very well located for all of the National Seashore beaches. We love Eastham but also want to be able to get to Orleans, Wellfleet and Truro. Helen at the front desk is pleasant, helpful and a "workhorse". She helps to make the stay very pleasant. The continental breakfast is o.k. Deep swimming pool, great help with all our questions by owner Miss Helen. Besides the older rooms nothing to complaint about our stay. The kids love to stay here so we extended our stay from 3 till 4 days. Good place to visit several beaches in the surrounding area.

The Captain's Quarters was comfortable and well maintained. Management is friendly and helpful. Location is great; right next to the rail trail and convenient to many restaurants. You will have to drive or bike to the beaches, though. Continental breakfast included is a plus.

Good, clean room, and while it is a little dark, we stayed there to go to the beach and were gone most of the time, so it wasn't a big deal to us. The staff was super nice. The rooms were a little outdated but clean. But 2 of the lights in the room didn't work. But we got the place last minute and the price was right. I would recommend it but for out of towners, know that it's not the Hilton - it's your typical Cape Cod style motel.

THE ROOM WE WERE ASSIGNED WAS CLEAN AND ODOR FREE, ALTHOUGH SOME OTHERS COMPLAINING OF PET ODORS(SOME ARE PET FRIENDLY, AND IT WAS VERY VERY HOT AND HUMID). THE FACILITY OVERALL WAS CLEAN AND NEAT, JUST NEEDS TO BE MODERNIZED.. BREAKFAST WAS OK.

We stayed at Captain's Quarter's 2 years ago and by mistake booked it again this year. It is close to Nauset Beach and Light where we wanted to be and the price was reasonable as it was 2 years ago. The hotel is on busy rte 6 but set far enough back so that you don't hear the traffic. There is no way to walk to very much. On the other hand, the motel […] had improved --new beds in the bedroom, clean, functional furniture, wifi, refridgerator; and service seemed better, pool was cleaner and opened longer hours. Breakfast service was adequate and opened early. It is a place to come in and drop your things and then go out for the day. It would be nice if there were chairs outside of the rooms to sit in the evening, even if it is just overlooking a parking lot. Læs mere

I gave it all fives, compared to other hotels in the area in the same price range, this place had the 3 C's going for it. Clean - perfectly respectable room with no funny odors or stains - reasonably new decor, that was not too loud/tacky/ocean-ey - the pool water was crystal clear, and not too chlorinated Cwiet (Quiet) - I think it was mostly, if not […] fully, booked, and I detected no noises from neighbors - the grounds are slightly set back from the highway. Comfortable - the beds were firm and newish - the pillows were fine - we rented a cot, which had a nice big twin mattress on it. - the bed coverings were nice, and not too excessive The only potential issues are (1) that the continental breakfast area got a little cramped once more than a few parties entered, (2) the A/C was fine, but it wasn't really hot when we were there - I would be concerned that it might not be strong enough if a true heat wave hit. No way to tell though. And (3) a decidedly Old School TV, but had satellite, so lots of low-res 25" channels to sort through. wasn't an issue for us, but worth mentioning. Another bonus - Pet Friendly. We didn't partake, but I would feel ok about bringing a pooch here. Læs mere
