Ligger klods op af highway 405, hvilket er ret larmende når altan døren er åben, ellers høre med den ikke...

Rimelig god beliggenhed i L.A, især hvis man skal videre til San Diego. Også fint i.f.t Santa Monica, Hollywood m.m Venlig betjening, hyggelig stemning på hotellet, og en rigtig god restaurant West, der serverede dejlig morgenmad til en o.k, pris, og med den bedste friskpressede æblejuice jeg længe har har smagt. Værelserne er lidt små, men o.k, sengene […] var til gengæld virkelig gode. Da hotellet er placeret tæt ved motorvejen, kan støjen høres med åbne vinduer, men generer faktisk ikke. Hotel Angeleno er et lækkert moderne hotel, med lækre værelser, et skønt poolområde med smarte sofaer, palmer og en udendørs pejs. Ligeledes er der også et lille fitnessrum ved poolområdet. Personalet på hotellet er meget imødekommende og smilende. Hvis man har spørgsmål eller et lille problem som man gerne vil have hjælp til, så gør personalet virkeligt […] meget for at hjælpe. På øverste etage på hotellet er der en restaurant hvor man bla. kan købe virkeligt lækker morgenmad, priserne er dog ret høje, specielt efter Amerikanske forhold, men råvarene og smagen er helt i top! Det eneste minus på hotellet er, at det ligger lige ud til en motorvej, og der er virkelig meget trafik! Så sørg for, at undersøge om man kan booke et værelse der vender væk fra motorvejen, det havde vi, men der var dog stadigvæk ret meget støj. Læs mere

Nice, modern style hotel with really nice beds. Rooms at the smaller side, but we were two kids and two andults and that worked ok. Quite a lot af traffic noise from the freeway, which is next to the hotel. Very nice poolarea with very comfortable chairs. Perfectly located if going to Hollywood, Beverly Hills and Santa Monica. The restaurent was quite […] expensive, but there is a cafe in the lobby, where you can buy basics for breakfast. No adjacent cafes or other eating possibilities. The hotel restaurant closed at 10pm so if you check in after that, like I did, room service is not available. There are no stores or restaurants within walking distance either so if you need something late, you're stuck ordering pizza. My room was nice and clean but the shower head was broken. Overall was a great stay, even though i was on a high floor i was still able to hear the highway which was right outside my window.

It is right off the 405 so easy to get to, and with the door to the balcony closed, absolutely no highway noise. Every employee we interacted with was professional, helpful and good-natured. The room itself was lovely and comfortable. Appreciated the convenience of the shuttle to and from the Getty!

Good hotel. Good valets. The hotel bar and restaurant upstairs is pretty cool. I was there on a semi smoggy day. Without the smog, I bet the view is awesome. Freeway noise wasn't really an issue. I've stayed at this hotel even before it was the Angeleno and loved the location. Now that it"s the Angeleno I love it more because of the decorating, colors, style is very chic and the larger back entrance is nice. The addition of the business center is great. Just One thing to say.. The restaurant has a amazing view, however the AM staff / waiter could have been more friendly and patience at the time of my order. Overall I had a wonderful stay.. Highly recommended an A+

Stayed for just one night. Freeway construction makes traffic around the hotel horrible. Ordered dinner thru room service. Very pricy: Hanger steak, Roast chicken and a Caesar salad. Two bottles of water. No booze or desert. Bill was $98.00. Way too expensive for the quality. The steak was a nice medium rare but was very tough and tasteless. The salad […] was very nice. Chick was Ok. Flat panel TV was a piece of junk. Picture quality was not HDTV. Screen was small. Free internet connection was like old dial-up, snail slow. Faster speed was an up charge . I had a sudden change of plans in LA and needed a place to stay for an additional 1-2 nights. Hotel Angeleno was recommended by the local inn where I was staying because they were booked beyond the one night I had originally requested. A mintly upgraded HoJo, I was pleasantly surprised by the comfort, amenities and aesthetics of my room, the hotel lobby […] and other common areas. Other reviewers complained about the noise from the 405, which barely registered for us New Yorkers. With the sliding door closed and the A/C on low, the "noise" was negligible and the view of the city from the 11th floor was fantastic. Located in Brentwood, it is definitely in a more low key and quiet location, but the M2 bus (which takes you to the strip or the beach for $1.50) is right on the corner and within a 10 minute walk are great restaurants in the cute Brentwood village. The hotel restaurant West on the 17th floor is also worth checking out--for drinks and the view. There is an outdoor heated pool and but the fitness facility was rather bare bones. Special thanks and recognition go to the friendly and helpful front desk staff (in particular Chris and ?Jorge/George) who were generous in offering directions, making last minute dinner reservations and helping us secure our room for an extra night. Awesome! Very nice!

This hotel was a great value and has an excellent in-house restaurant (West) on the top floor with a good view of the LA/Hollywood skyline. The location was easy to access and also easy to get out to other main attractions, and is pretty much next door to the Getty Center. We had a terrible visit at this hotel and will never stay there again. Pros: Close to UCLA. Con's: 1. VERY NOISY. It is sandwiched between Sunset Blvd. and the 405 freeway. If you want to open the window you have to listen to traffic. No matter which room you have, you are hanging over traffic on all sides. 2. Customer service was inconsistent. When […] I called and asked for a feather free room, I was told it wasn't a problem at all. Booked the room. When I arrived a week later after having surgery, the lady at the front desk acted as if I was speaking another language. First I was told they can only remove the feather bedding from certain rooms, and my room wasn't one of them. Then she put me in a room right over the freeway. I requested to move rooms, got a slightly quieter room, but she would not have the feathers removed. I finally stayed in the room and consequently woke up with surgery pain and a massive sinus headache from the feathers. We would have moved hotels but this one had already been paid for. 3. The restaurant was VERY EXPENSIVE. The buffet breakfast didn't exist, and you had to drive to go anywhere else to eat. 4. The refrigerator in the room is jam packed with alcohol and drinks, leaving you no where to put your own refrigerated items. 5. They were stingy on the coffee in the room, leaving us one packet for two people. Overall, I would NOT recommend this hotel to anyone. Læs mere

This is a terrific boutique hotel, easy to get into and very centrally located for most of one's LA visits. Staff is attentive and available, the rooms are clean and hip. A nice outdoor pool and a wonderuful valet parking system.

This hotel is very convenient if visiting UCLA. Easy access to beautiful Santa Monica and surrounding areas. Great food, but a little expensive. Service was also great. Rooms were small, but clean and comfortable. TV picture was fair...don't think they have HD. Convenient to my trip (right off the 405) but a bit removed from walkable activities that I'm used to in Santa Monica. I also don't like the idea that still water is outrageously expensive

Rigid Hotel. Horrific Staff. Nobody ever has the answer to a question. Continual passing the buck/ no follow through. Unfair charges.

My wife and I were looking for a place to stay and Hotels.com was offering a deal on the Hotel Angeleno. I'm glad we stayed here. It's a boutique hotel with friendly staff and very nice rooms. Our bed was incredibly comfortable and the toiletries they offer were awesome (I wish I could buy the Mint/Rosemary shampoo at my pharmacy). Every room has a […] balcony so our view was of the highway the hotel is conveniently located on. Not the most beautiful vista LA has to offer but still a nice amenity. Noise was NOT an issue. The only negative I could think of is the traffic we experienced getting back to the hotel at night. There was construction and an endless barrage of detours. Everyone at the hotel is extremely nice and helpful. The rooms are clean and cozy. During one of my stays I didn't have cable in my room and I was stuck watching the news for a week. Other than that the hotel is awesome.

Good for business people, neat tidy boutique hotel out of the way next to the 405 . Polite staff very helpful. Close to UCLA has free shuttle courtesy bus or public bus right at the door.

Will recommend but a few things to know. I love to stay in a hotel and walk the neighborhood to shop and dine. There is no neighborhood to go to. Like L.A. you have to drive everywhere. Easy freeway access from hotel. The freeway noise could be heard (did not bother me) but if you are a light sleeper that might be an issue. It was a nice hotel. No real problems to speak of. However, I did not like the setup of the bathroom. The bathroom is an area with small sink area, and some amenities on shelves, and then door for the toilet and shower/tub. However there's no door for the sink area, and the door for the toilet is the foggy clear effect (like most shower doors), and […] no fan. So anyone you're staying with not only can hear all your business but also see it. (not good especially if you have a child). Also in the name of kids, they have mini-bar stuff throughout the room and not locked up. (Candy bars and chips on the bottom shelf of the nightstand, Evian water by the sink.) Also it was advertised that there was a refrigerator. They have one the size of a regular small hotel fridge. But it's packed with alcohol, so there's no room to put your own food or drinks in there. Also we asked where the ice machine was and the person working there went and got it, because I guess there ain't ice machines on even half of the floors, or they were not working? I don't know for sure. The room was clean, beds were comfortable, nice sheets, everyone has a balcony, free valet parking, and I personally liked the scented lotion. Læs mere

Hotel was very clean, comfortable and in a great location and the staff was friendly and accommodating.

The free valet parking is also very helpful in addition to the free wireless and location. It is a very pretty place with pleasant staff.

The Angeleno is conviently located and the service is wonderful. The restaurant and bar provide a scenic overview of LA. The rooms are spaciious and the beds comfy!!

Thank you to all the staff at Angeleno and restaurant WEST. Fantastic New Year party. Manager Michael you did a great job caring for me and my guests every needs. Your wine and food suggestions were spot on and full of flavor. I have been to the resteraunt in the past and was not impressed like I was this time. Me and my colleagues will be back.

Our room was very clean and comfortable except for the very noisy air conditioning unit in the room. It was quite an old unit and was too noisy to sleep with it running which made it a very uncomfortable hot night. The restaurant was supurb and I would dine there again but would not stay again... I need my sleep.

The Hotel Angeleno was very clean and comfortable. Very close and easy to find when arriving at LAX. The only problem was it was noisy at night due to it's very close proximity to the 405 Freeway.

Great stay, altho noisy b/cause of the freeway traffic. Room service was wonderful....my meals arrived within 5 minutes or less after placing order by phone! Staff all very accommodating!

We have stayed at the Angeleno a few times now and really love the hotel and staff there. The round shape of the hotel and the West restaurant are great too. The only complaint we have ever had is the freeway noise from the 405. Sometimes we hear it (never really seems too loud), at other times we do not hear it at all.
