The room was booked on Hotels.com. I populated the correct date but the system recorded the wrong day. The room was supposed to be a smoke free room. But it wreaked with cigarette smoke. This hotel billed as something like a residence inn. It was more like a run down ill maintained 3rd rate hotel.

They require a 250.00 deposit when you arrive. It will released the next day. But if you use a debit card your bank will hold it for a while and they will not accept cash for the deposit. So use a credit card if you have one.

there was period stain on the sheet, switched the room and it smelled so bad that I could not have a sound sleep. I will never trust no name motels like this in the future. the photos on the website is very misleading. I stay the previous night at the Homegoods suite right next to this and it was much better.

Nice clean place with good ammenities & location close to many activities.The staff is always helpful & friendly with any requests that can fill for guests. I have stayed there many times & enjoy it always. Would highly recommend it for short, or long stays. Breakfast is good too.

Very impressed w/ check-in clerk, (Luis)..rooms were phenomenal.place was extremely clean,the king side was so comfortable did'nt want to get out off the bed...will re-visit this hotel in near future..

All rooms should be updated as they are all old and has an old smell to them. Good if you are only staying for a night or two but not over that. The staff was great!

The room smelled old and musty. I didnt feel comfortable. There was enough sleeping accomodations for 2 adults and 2 kids. The heater was old and loud so we didnt use it. I would not come back.

Very nice room, especially if you are staying for a while. The breakfast was good, they always had something hot. Close to the freeway but far enough away so it was very quiet. No work out room but close toa 24 hour fitness. Didn't use jacuzzi or pool. Only negative was the heating system, it took a while to heat up - about 20 minutes. Otherwise a very […] good value. Being a frequent traveller, I would rate Chase hotels and suites among the best.. The hotel is well laid out, all units are spacious and very big. Rooms are clean with daily housekeeping. Utensils and other facilities are good too.. They serve lovely complimentary breakfast in the morning and have a very courteous staff.. To top it, they also have a […] Happy hour on weekday evenings.. There are lots of shops and eating places around... it is in a good location and it feels safe.. They also adjusted my reservation so I could leave earlier than planned without any problem. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone. The only downside is it is in Newark so if you work in Mtn View/SunnyVale, you may have to drive few extra miles.... But that is a small price for a good hotel.. Læs mere

The area around is quite shabby and the hotel condition is not top notch. But for the price it is an OK value.

This hotel was a great surprise. The breakfast and happy hour was pleasant and simple. We were quite surprised at how large the suite room was. Had a full kitchen and all utensils and cooking ware. The living room was large and comfortable. We only needed the room for the night but if we had to stay longer - we would definitely pick this place.

I travel for business and this property was a breath of fresh air. Very roomy, comfortable, safe, clean and the staff was very helpful. I can highly recommend the hotel. I will stay there again and at their other properties. They saved me.

We found the Chase Hotel in Fremont to be a good headquarters for a family visit. Our son and daughter-in-law live in the area, and it was clean, friendly, and convenient. Staying with them while they were moving wasn't a possibility and we found the Chase a good place to start and end our day comfortably.

The room was clean and comfortable. It was very spacious for my family(4yr old and 8 mo old). The only complaint was that the walls were so thin we heard everything! But a great hotel overall

We went to the hotel to spend Christmas Eve. We were hoping to go swimming in the afternoon but the pool was not heated and it was cold outside so we didn't get to do that. The room was comfortable with a little sitting area, nice sized kitchen with all regular sized appliances, all dishes, etc. The king-sized bed was very comfortable. The main problem were strands of hair stuck to the bathroom door. Also the same type of hair was in the bed. Thankfully I had the thought to first examine the bed beforehand. But that had me wondering what else was not clean; so I never really felt comfortable.

My stay was for a few weeks in order to start a new job in the area. The wireless did work but was extremely slow. The service regarding the wireless was excellent but 28kbs ..really???!. The staff was very friendly and efficient, the breakfast was hot and the staff attentive. Parking was ample and there are some good eateries nearby. My head got cold […] so I was able to walk to the nearby mall and purchase a few hats. Over all I would stay there again There are a few other extended stay areas nearby which are top notch but for the price Chase is a very good buy. Læs mere

Kitchen was in need of repair. Draws were falling apart along with the stove drawer. Hot tub was not heated majority of the stay when they finally turned on the heat it was lukewarm. The customer service was low to non-existent.

My wife and I recently drove to the Bay area to spend time with our new granddaughter. We had booked four nights at the Chase Suites, but my wife got sick and we needed to leave immediately to return home for dental attention. The front desk attendants were extremely understanding and let us cancel the last two days of our stay, and Hotels.com also […] helped us with a two day refund. The tooth is now better, and we will use this hotel and Hotels.com again. Læs mere

Hotel backs up to a large shopping mall. The rooms are set up just like a time share type of facility. Had a full kitchen with all you need to stay for a week. Outside of hotel is a little old but looked like they were inprocess of a lot of repairs. Parking is a little tight.

We enjoyed our stay at Chase Suites hotel in Newark, CA. Any request we made for assistance or services was filled within 15 minutes time. The room was cleaned well daily. The options for hot breakfast in the morning were good - even allowing choices for our food allergy limitations. Will definitely stay here again when in the area!!

We always enjoy our stay at Chase suites. Great value for a hotel. Comfortable, roomy, and breakfast is very good as well.

My wife and I think this is by far the best hotel when comparing the price and location. The staff is great and very friendly, plus they only charge about 10 bucks a night for our dog. I would totaly recomend this place to anyone.

The check-in was a long and laborious procedure. Two attendants were handling the desk, exactly at 3:00PM despite the line of people at the counter, bolted out the door, "I'm outta here!". I stood in line for 30 minutes as the attendant was working at the pace of a tortoise. Guest were lining up behind me and a line was forming and getting longer. […] Everybody was getting restless and mumbling expletives under their breath. Then, people coming in look at the line and proceeded to step up to the desk "what i have won't take long' then they would occupy at least 10 additional minutes of delay. The attendant had no backbone and appeared to be frightened, nervous and scared. I stood for 30 minutes, I am handicap, i was in so much pain and i stumbled backwards. Love the rooms, they are spacious and comfy! Wish that they were updated with bigger LCD tv's. Tubes are so out dated.

This was a really cool hotel. Front desk staff responded promptly when our reservation wasn't correct. Housekeeping was spot on with extras we needed. Located in a multi-cultural neighborhood, the nearby shops and restuarants were a bonus we weren't expecting.

Very good

We actually had a very comfortable stay. All the rooms were really big. The staff was wonderful as well. The breakfast was not all that but ok for it being free! We will stay there again!

overall this was a very good hotel to stay overnight or weekend.

We had required a 2-bdrm suite w/ a sofa bed and we got that, plus a fireplace, and a fully functional kitchen w/ everything but food. (They can even help you stock the kitchen w/ food & supplies.) We had an issue with the broken latch on the door and they came right away to fix it, even @ 10pm! The second bath had rust at the sink and that was the […] only negative of our stay. Enjoyed my stay there for a week. Not noisy very quite. It was very safe for my family and children. Very accommodating. Near by shopping center and food.. Highly recommended!!!
