Seminole Hard Rock Hotel and Casino - Davie

Indcheckningen var fin. Værelset er lidt gammeldags indrettet. Rengøringen var lidt mangelfuld, der var 2 badekåber på værelset som vi brugte hver især men da der blev skiftet fik vi kun én tilbage og vi måtte skiftes til at bruge den ene kåbe resten af ugen. Der stod også 2 stk. engangsbægre til kaffe, hvor vi ikke hver dag fik nye, så ingen morgenkaffe […] hver dag. Det er fint man kan blive charged på sit værelsesnummer så man ikke behøver at have pungen med hele tiden, men hvad nytter det når de forlanger legitimation hver gang man skal betale på denne måde, så er det ikke så praktisk længere. Der er en lille kaffebar på hotellet, hvor vi købte vores morgenmad de fleste dage, men personalet trænger til at lære om kundeservice, de var uopmærksomme og havde travlt med at tale indbyrdes så vi skulle gentage vores bestilling igen. Der er en Spa afdeling på hotellet hvor vi prøvede en behandling. I deres brochure stod der at behandlingen varede 55 min. men allerede efter 30 min. var vi færdige samtidig med at noget af det som stod beskrevet ikke blev gjort. og det var stadig til fuld pris, det var meget skuffende. Man spiser godt på hotellets restauranter og der er et godt udvalg. Pool området er lækkert med en dejlig stor pool som har en sjov vandrutchebane, spaen er også lækker at sidde i. Der er gode muligheder for at ligge rundt om poolen på solstole og det er rart at man får 2 håndklæder udleveret til formålet. Hotellet har et stort casino med en stor food court. Læs mere

For the price the room not luxurious, no extra towels, sink filled because slow drain. Enjoyed balcony that overlooked beautiful and relaxing pool. Check in was excellent & front desk staff caring & helpful. Appreciated the security at hotel elevators

It is a nice place,excellent pool, nice casino and terrific area outside the hotel with a lot of bars ,restaurNts and clubs with outstanding night life only bad thing is rooms are too expensive

For our overnight mini get away, we were greeted promptly and given a room with a not so great view of the rooftop. Not a big deal to us though, since we were there to look out the window. The room was huge & the bathroom was gorgeous! We cashed in our drink vouchers at the pool side bar and had some snacks. At least we didn't do home broke!

Nice place,comfortable rooms,pool is very nice. Not for kids in the evening,very smokey. Got a coffee at coffee shop and asked for a refill all I got was a NO. Would not stay there again :(

This hotel is wonderful. We were treated so well, the staff goes beyond their duties to make your stay very comforting and stressfree. Honestly was much better than our stay at the Marriott on Singer Island, Florida. The staff was so friendly and welcoming.

Stayed mid week. No live entertainment in casino, comedy club not open, even the pool closed at about 6pm...very disappointing in that respect. Don't get me wrong, the pool is VERY nice, but it closes way too early. Must have been keeping too many people from the machines in the evening. Great hotel, great amenities and extremely clean. Lots of food choices. Don't need to leave your hotel, although it would be a shame to miss the beach!

The hotel is beautiful but unfortunately I had a bad neighbor! I stayed in the room with 3 other friends and we received 2 complaints from security saying they received complaints about the noise. We were not speaking loud. It was a Saturday night at the Hard Rock at 10:30pm. People go to the Hard Rock to relax and party. To receive these complaints […] not only once but twice ruined my night not to mention the hotel manager and 2 other security guards came and were stalking our room to see if we were being loud. One of the security guards was extremely rude. The other security guard was really cool about everything and told me honestly that we got stuck with rude neighbors. Hotel is located in a dreadful area of florida. If you are staying here as a home base for traveling to tourist sights, i would stay elsewhere. The pool is great and the rooms are nice. The restaurants have lazy staff and poor tasting food. Don't drink tap water if you have never been to south florida. The casino is limited, dirty, and full of trashy […] people. MY DAUGHTER CELEBRATED HER 21ST BIRTHDAY. OUR ROOM WAS FANTASTIC, POOL SIDE, THE HOTEL WAS A KEY FACTOR IN HELPING ME HAVE IT DECORATED. It was a special day for my parent's 48th wedding anniversary so we decided to go to the Hard Rock Hotel Seminole Hollywood FL, as they just came to visit from here in the US. They love it! We took all of our employees to the Hardrock Restort and Casino, just to say thank you for such hard work. The rooms were fabulous!! Comfortable, upscale and modern. The resort is a town in its self. There are about 8 resteraunts on the property, about 3 night/dance clubs. Shops galore and even a festival going on with arts and crafts. The pool and […] the waterslide were a blast! We never had to leave the resort! Oh and the casino has non smoking gaming rooms too, however, you cant even smell the smoke in the large part of the casino like you can in other casinos! THIS WAS MY 4TH STAY AT THE HARD ROCK SEMINOLE IN HOLLYWOOD, FL. THE HOTEL IS OFF THE BEATEN PATH, BUT A GREAT PLACE TO STAY AND PLAY. THE STAFF HAS ALWAYS BEEN OUTSTANDING... EVERYONE GREETS YOU WITH A SMILE AND REQUESTS ARE NEVER A PROBLEM. YOU TRULY FEEL LIKE A VALUED GUEST. I'M NOT EVEN A GAMBLER, BUT I LOVE HOTEL BECAUSE IT HAS A FANTASTIC POOL, […] AND THERE ARE MANY DIFFERENT RESTAURANTS IN THE HOTEL AND IN THE NEIGHBORING OUTDOOR MALL. I PARTICULARLY LIKE THE OPTION OF VALET PARKING OR FREE SELF PARKING. THE BEACHES ARE ONLY 10-15 MINUTES AWAY IF YOU WANT TO GO TO FT. LAUDERDALE. What a wonderful, beautiful place! Everyone was extremely helpful and courteous, everything was so lavish and posh...even though I thought the price of the room was so expensive, I left there knowing I got every penny's worth. Wonderful time, great place to get away, lots of fun stuff just waiting for you!!! Well worth it.

The Hotel was very nice and it smells great, the only thing that bothered me was the smell of cigarette smoking on the first floor, the Casino area. The hotel has a beautiful pool with a water slide. It was a nice place to relax for an evening. Lots of night-life choices. The only thing we did not like was all the smoking - I was prepared for the smoking in the casino but people are allowed to smoke in the hallways, in the lobby and even in the restaurants. Yuk! The pool area was really nice and enjoyable.

I love staying here, my only complaint is the Blue Point Ocean Grill food and service was terrible. My wife is also gluten free and we had some issues on getting food for here. I used room service twice for her and everything was on the extreme for being safe. Very bland food for her but over all very satisfied. We will come back.
