Vi boede én nat på hotellet, der var lidt slidt og med en larmende aircondition, men ellers OK og med en god service. Beliggenheden er OK i et hyggeligt kavrter, men uden for det store turiststrøg. Tæt på 3 metro-stationer. Hotellet har restaurant, men vi vil anbefale at spise morgenmad på én af de mange fine barer i kvarteret.

The hotel rooms has a musky moisture odor inside of them. I felt like I was breathing in mold that was attempted to be covered up with wallpaper and other cosmetic fixings.

Nice location and convenient to many restaurants and activities. Hotel room was nice but could use a refreshing. Staff very pleasant. Overall a good experience.

Went to NYC for a weekend trip with my son. It's not so easy to find a room with 2 beds- this place was roomy ( for NYC) , great location & service. Definitely recommended

The location was handy to many of the areas we were scheduled for a weekend wedding. Probably would be good for visiting art galleries. The staff ws friendly and petty well-trained, but the property needs an upgrade. Scuffed furniture, rattly elevator. A little tired, but a good value for the money.

We had a great time at this hotel. The rate was very affordable, staff friendly, room clean, bed comfortable -- and we were right in the middle of Chelsea and close to everything NYC has to offer.

We chose for price and location and are very pleased with the value we received. The room was small but as expected, and reasonably comfortable. Primarily a rooftop and water tower view, but plenty of space and light looking southward from the 19th floor, and outstandingly quiet for NYC. Hotel seems well maintained. The Hotel was in a very good posion with regard to my business cmmitments and the Staff, some of the most helpful and welcoming that I have experienced in any New York Hotel. However the hotels is exremly tired and relaly could do with a bit of attention, it is a shame that this really lets it down.

Clean but tiny room. My wife had to sleep with our son cause we would not fit in the same bed. This is Manhattan. You will surely pay the price for the location. Room had old furniture and the hotel needs renovation. But the staff was kind, allowing an early check in and late check out.

Best place to stay in Chelsea price for room was 300.00 by the time of taxes and fees. That was about 100 too much though.

Was able to get an early check in on a Friday in March! Got a clean & big room for the city. Just wish we had normal size pillows on beds. Great hospitality from front desk and all employees we came in contact with. This is the 2nd time we stayed in Four Points, we did so in DC last year also. Thank you all.

I THOUGHT THE STAFF TRIED VERY HARD TO ACCOMODATE US. I WANTED A LUGGAGE RACK TO PUT MY SUITCASE ON BUT THEY DIDN'T HAVE ANY SO THEY BROUGHT UP SOMETHING ELSE WHICH WORKED BUT I THINK THERE SHOULD BE LUGGAGE RACKS IN THE ROOM. Shocked at the poor quality of the accommodations. Will not choose this hotel again, period. Parking lot was full and had to drive to two other locations to find availability and then argue with the garage attendant to get the hotel's advertised rate. The room had dirty, stained carpets, and was in an overall shabby state. I was looking for a hotel […] to use frequently on business and this will certainly not be on the list. I have stayed there before and was much more satisfied. This room was on the 2d floor and was smaller than the others and very noisy. Also, why should you have to wait for an elevator when you are only one flight up? There is no stairwell access from the lobby. The location is convenient, 20mins walk to Time Square and close to all major attractions. The hotel staffs were very friendly, even though the room key was not working at the first time, they immediately changed me to another room and helped me with temp. parking just outside of the hotel.

This hotel never disappoints. Although the rooms are small (welcome to NYC), the beds are very comfortable. The staff is also friendly and accommodating.

Found dried blood on pillow case and ball of hair on bed frame. When I told the manager on duty he was quite rude and unresponsive. No apologies were made. When I left the hotel I asked for an envelope same manager in duty Ali said there are no envelopes in the hotel. When I asked for a login or password for the computer he had walked away from me. […] When I asked again he was extremely unhelpful I don't know I don't know I rebooted the computer I asked if he could help me print my boarding pass since the other staff member said ski could do it. Instead Ali started lecturing me if it was thst important you should have did it last night or earlier. What kind of service is that. On top of that Ali didnt even help me get a cab. It was 6 am. I would never go back to this hotel again or recommend this hotel. It was dirty and did not meet my expectations of a Starwood property Læs mere

I was very disappointed with this hotel for valentines day. I specifically wanted an open city view, not a view of the building across the street. The pictures shown were certainly a false representation and none of the rooms could possibly have had the views shown as it was boxed in by other bigger buildings. Nobody to greet you outside, never saw the valet. The room was small but clean. Staff is friendly. Food was inedible at the restaurant. Overpriced.

I'm picky but I'd stay here again. Great location, entertainment and nightlife nearby, food on site and within walking distance and very reasonable rates for NYC...CLEAN!! and comfy beds...what more can you ask for?

This hotel was in need of an upgrade. Bathroom tiles had mold, lights did not work, door lock was broken, rug was filthy. I woke up at 4:30 when 2 drunks opened my door with their key, they did not get in because of the upper lock. When I called the desk all he said was "sorry about that"...... I would NEVER stay here again.......

My son and I had an opportunity to grab a four day weekend in New York and picked a Four Points hotel because of the inexpensive yet reliable quality that the brand offers. We had a nice small room that was tidy, and offered the basics (clean washroom, fresh linens, etc.) The main benefits were the location (central to subways, various neighbourhood […] restaurants, within walking distance of Times Square, Madison Square Gardens), and reasonable price. The staff were very pleasant, and the only down side to the weekend was the sounds of doors closing in the hallway overnight - which was more a function of a light sleeper (me) rather than a complaint about the hotel per se.
