The rooms were old and not like what you see on the internet. The internet says it came with hair dryer, iron and ironing board and it didnt The sink was clogged I think they have these cheap rooms set aside for the people that want a deal on the net

There's dozen of others hotels around, probably not more expensive, this one is crappy. Don't trust the "fully equipped kitchen", you won't use the stove, because there's no pan/saucer/silverware. Not horrible, but disappointing.

The entire hotel smells of cigarette smoke. The floors were very dirty and the appliances and general accomodations were run down. Comfy bed, very nice staff though.

When I saw the other bad reviews when I booked the Hotel I didn't believe them, but from now on I will. There was no hot water. The toilet seat was broke. Just needed a cheap place to sleep between flights and driving. Def got what I paid for. Pros: Bed was comfortable, Cable TV, accommodated early check in (7am). Cons: No hair dryer, towels were tiny, cockroach in shower.

Wasnt in the greatest of areas staff was nice tho and upgraded our room because we were first time guests however we were never brought clean towels even tho we asked at the desk we only stayed three of the four nights we had reserved because we didn't trust the area........seemed kinda sketch and hears from famly that are locals a lot of people live […] there since it is extended stay the bar rucas located right near the hotel was great for shots tho and the mecca restaurant behindon harry Hines was with the trip alone tho Læs mere

Looks nice from the outside but in the inside it loks like there is drug dealing inside. To tell you that the soap has a sticker that says please report prostitution and if you are being hold against your will!! Would not recommend.

bad neighborhood. Cops showed up cause I was sitting in my car. Toilet ran. Doors are broken to outside. This is a tear down and start over. Knights inn is a better bet on a budget in the same area. Almost anything is.

I can't say enough about how horrible this hotel is. The first thing I noticed was the ants in the bathroom, cockroaches in the kitchen and the smell of the place. But the real kicker was when I got out of the shower and found some stranger had THROWN A BEER BOTTLE THRU MY WINDOW. I called the office immediately and told them what happened. They apologized, […] but I checked out anyway. Then the next day I got a message from the manager saying "you need to pay for the window you broke, this is being turned over to the police" needless to say I was completely outraged. Suburban Hotel was close to many community and business locations. I was very impressed with the customer service, the quietness, and the cleanliness of the Hotel, especially for the reduced rate. Well where should I start, 1st I check in go to the room open the door to room 247 its tiny like a walk-in closet but add a little kitchen a bathroom and a bed. Ok I booked a room with double beds but I get there and its one single bed. When does 2 ever equal 1? Then I pull back sheets and covers I see 3 rather nasty looking bugs that scurry off into […] the darkness behind the headboard. I quickly ask for a new room I get 241 to be exact. My family and I have stayed at this hotel a few times, mainly because it's nice to have the mini-kitchen for the kiddoes, but also because it's centrally located to everywhere we need to go. Being right next to the highway is also a plus because you can get where you're going quickly. The bad part about it is that it's not a daily cleaning and maid […] service like other hotels. I saw a baby roach.. which means, there are others. Bathrooms were disgusting and discolored stains everywhere. Carpet matted with black stains..curtains ripped, tv barely worked. Not even worth the money..

I was a student doing a rotation in Dallas. I went for an affordable hotel because I was rarely going to be there. Unfortunately the local pimps also like cheap hotels. The front doors were propped open at night. My first night there, someone opened my room with a functioning key at Midnight. Security never came. I confronted the person in the hallway […] who claimed they were doing an empty room check at midnight. Bugs in the room, and a very large mirror next to the bed for the most common occupants. 1st room bugs and ants everywhere, even in bed. Second room stunk so bad with cigarette smoke and burn holes everywhere !!!!! Trash and beer cans filled the elevators. All doors leading in and out of hotel were proped open all night long (really didn't matter because they were all broken in to anyway). Looks very nice on the outside, but do not be deceived […] !!!! What you see is not what you get. This hotel room had cobwebs, insects, towels were dirty, room stunk, the beddings were old and awful. We had to cancel the reservation upon arrival. The overall price for the room was really cheap. The only complaint i had was that their were a lot of creepy people sitting in the halls of the hotel. Everytime we would open the door to walk out someone would peek through their door to see who it was. We were afraid they might jack our stuff.

My criticism of my stay is the noise level were much too high to have a good night sleep.Loud refrigs, microwaves,ice machines, vendor machines and outside traffic are easily heard inside the rooms.

This is an extended stay hotel, so there was not the usual daily maid service, which I did not mind. Although it was nearly 100 deg every day, the AC kept the room comfortable, even when on "low cool.". Free wireless worked well. I felt like I was in a crack alley and I overpaid on hotels.com I felt I paid twice as much has the room was for one night due to the surroundings. There was a liquor store right next door so that may have been where the undesirable traffic came from. The front desk clerk also told me there were a lot of topless bars in the area. I only stayed 1 night, […] but the room as well as the hotel smelled old. I tolerated it for 1 night, but anything more than that I would have left.
