I had a one night stay at Conrad. The staff were very welcoming when I arrived and always helpful throughout the stay. The hotel interior is beautiful as well as the room I stayed in which was a deluxe king. The bathroom had an extra large oval shaped tub and a shower. The rooftop pool is nice but the decor could be better. Food wise I was nog so impressed. […] I am a big foodie, I ordered room service twice. The lobster roll had a generous amount of lobster but something was missing taste wise, I also had the caprese baguette sandwich. Lets just say I would not order it again. I also had the American Breakfast Buffet at the in house restaurant. It was ehh. The best thing was the fruit and the banana bread. I would stay again for sure, but I would find my own food, not to mention those three meals cost me about $90.00 (Just me) Læs mere

If you were there on business a very convenient location, although not far from South Beach by ca,r wouldnt stay here if it is beach and night life you wanted. My only complaint was lack of light in the room at night and lack of plug points, otherwise perfectly adequate hotel for the couple of days we were there.

We had the best stay they couldnt have been nicer or been more helpful ..The only problem is you have to park your car and the rates are higher than London parking for over night stays .Avoid valet parking at $38 plus tax a day

I was upgrade it to a "Condo" upon arrival,( I had book a bay view deluxe suite), the "condo" was nice and big, but in desperate need of updating..we found old, broken or damage furniture, picture hand on the wall with a broken glass, etc...not very appealing considering how beautiful is the Hotel (Lobby and common areas). I was indeed disappointed, […] but we where only staying one night. In future, I will inspect the room before agreeing. Also, the service told us we couldn't get a Taxi that night from the Hotel to the Adrienne Arsht Center, due to some event happening at the same time. However, we went down and got into a cab in less than 5 minutes...We worried for nothing, and got ready way too early because of that. Læs mere

If you don't mind having to take 2 elevators to get anywhere and don't eat in, you will probably love this hotel. Pro: Our room was nice and modern with a great view. Con: room service made a mistake on every order and the food was not good. Our hotel bill included things we had pre-paid. Good friendly staff including advice on parking options. Great views. High quiet rooms as requested. Excellent breakfast too (worth the high price). Could have clearer instructions as to how to drive from the airport to compliment the Google map

There are no complaints, only compliments. GReat service from the valet (who recommend we not use valet and save money) to registiration, etc. And don't forget to try the hotel restuarant, Atrio, which is really top drawer. If I were picky, I would say there is nothing within walking distance of the hotel, but it is 10 minutes by car from Lincoln Road […] and was five minutes to the Performing arts center. Læs mere

We needed a hotel near the Port of Miami and not far from the airport for one night. We were there for New Year's Eve. There was an event at the hotel but we chose to take the train which is across the street to go to the park where there was a great event planned that was more kid friendly. The hotel is more of a business location and geared for that […] but the size of the room and amenities made up for that. The pool was great for our children though it was a little challenge to get to; 3 elevators and crossing an access driveway. There isn't food there but it can be ordered. Conrad Miami is a very nice and classy hotel. It has a beautiful compound. The service was very nice. It was a little weird for us when we first arrived at the hotel. The parking is in a separate building to the hotel (which is not clearly indicated). Then you take the elevator down to the ground floor of the parking garage and walk across to the other […] building which is actually the hotel. When we entered the hotel to check in the concierge informed us that the lobby was located on the 25th floor. We had to take the elevator to the 25th floor to check in and then take a different elevator back down to the 19th floor where our room was located. We had a spectacular view of Miami from our hotel room. The hotel however, needs to create a better parking situation for guests who drive cars. Parking is ridiculously expensive. You have to pay $26 once you park for 10 hours or more. And once you pay the parking ticket you have about 10 minutes to locate your car and get out of the parking garage else they will charge you additional money. In order to pay less than $26 for parking you would have to arrive back at the hotel very late at night and leave very early in the morning. Then you will just pay $20 for less than 10 hours. Valet parking is more expensive. The hotel will be less rough on your pockets if you don't have a car. But then you will have to find some other means of getting around which could be a little stressful depending on where you would like to go. Læs mere

The hotel is not only beautiful, modern, with exceptional food at the restaurant but the staff were exceptional as well. They were courteous, friendly, and made us feel comfortable in every possible way. After a very hectic cruise, the Conrad Hotel was exactly what we needed. The bed and linens were cozy and inviting.

The only negative is getting to your room and pool. Up to the lobby down to your room and up,down and across to pool. Pool doesn't get much sun.

We had brunch one morning. Way over priced considering it was served from hotplates on the bar. Not to mention that waitress came by twice, once to say hello and again to drop off the check. Had to go looking for her to ask for the check or water - TIP WAS INCLUDED. Also, the front desk is weird...we prepaid for 4 nights through hotels.com. We had to […] return home unexpectedly a day early so we checked out the evening before, not asking to refunded a thing for the night we were about to voluntarily forfeit. The front desk attempted to assess us another $180 for asking to leave early....even though we are gladly paying for a night we are not staying and not asking for it back. After arguing for about 10 minutes, they claimed as a "one time courtesy" they would not charge us. And lastly, we received a $100 food and beverage certificate to use during our stay. We had $40 left at the time of check out, so we took 2 bottled waters from the room ($10 total). I received a charge on my Visa for $10 and had to call and dispute the charge. Beautifull and modern design building, very well located in the best site at the Finalcial District of Brickelll ave en Miami The room was small but enough for myself, very well equiped . The restaurant at the hotel was a bit expensive but the food delicious ,and the swimming pool was perfect to begin or finish the day

The Conrad Hotel is in a great location for exploring the great city of Miami. The free Metromover is across the road from the hotel and this form of transport takes you all over the downtown area of Miami and to Bayside which has loads of shops, bars and restaurants. Im giving my feedback, comparing the Conrad with others hotels at the same area and star rating. I tough the room smaller than all others I've stayed. The shower and bathtub size also smaller, but the bathroom size is ok and comfortable. Good linen.

A gem in downtown Miami! My wife and I spent a long weekend staying at the Conrad in Miami and overall we were very pleased with our experience. The staff was friendly, the room service done twice a day, hotel food was exquisite. All-in-all a great stay and we will return.

Had a good stay. Service.was.exceptional from check in to check out. Elevator setup was weird, but manageable. Bar had great view. Located on a street that is always busy and moving slow. Room was comfortable.

Excellent overall experience (stayed 3 or 4 times in the past 18 months)... This time around while I had a Bay view, the corner room was much smaller than in previous stay Still do not understand why overnight parking is at $ 30 or 35 per night...Simply difficult to justify.

Room service at this hotel stops taking orders at 1AM (yes, 1AM even on a weekend). The only food option past this hour is to have the front desk connect you to a pizza delivery place. I did that at 4AM and was forced to pay ~$35.00 (before tip, cash only) for a medium 1-topping pizza.

The hotel is very nice and well priced. The rooms are clean, the service people are very friendly. It was unfortunate that we did not stay the other 4 days there. We had prepaid at the Four Seasons and that was a mistake. Hotel is beautiful, but has a very strange layout. To get to the pool from your room you have to take 3 elevators. The pool was great for lounging & having a Pina Colada ($16 each). When we returned for the evening, they had turned down the bed, put out slippers & filled our ice bucket for us. Be cautious of the extras, they left bottle waters at our […] bedside - $5 a bottle. Needed to stay in Brickel Bay so the hotel worked for me. If I didn't need to be in the neighborhood though...the two elevator thing was a pain. The room didn't look like the pictures. I paid a little extra for a bayview room...an while technically I could see the bay, it was not a bay view. The curtains left a lot of light in at night. A bit under […] whelmed. Læs mere

Beautiful hotel in downtown Miami. My wife and I were going on a cruise and decided to come one day early. I chose this hotel because of proximity to port of Miami. We enjoyed our stay very much...large shower excellent view and great drinks!! Couples great value!

Good service, and helpful staff. Great location. The room was too old and updated strangely. Some parts had been upgraded but some parts (walls, switches, color) were old, like they were from the 60s. The carpets in the hall and in the room, and the old interior creeped me out.
