Le Meridien Grand Hotel Nurnberg - Nürnberg

Hotellet ligger perfekt for togrejsende lige overfor Nürnberg HbF og ligger tillige i meget kort afstand fra Altstadt. Mange værelser er ganske små men særdeles velindrettede med meget fine senge incl. gode dyner. Morgenbuffet overdådig men lidt dyr. Generelt hyggelig og rar atmosfære især når hotellets størrelse tages i betragtning.

Within easy walking distance to rail station, information centre, shops and Christmas Markets. Good breakfast selection, cozy bar, comfortable beds. Quiet room.

The Hotel is located right outside the Train Station and on the other side, across the street from the entrance to the Old Town. Our room had a window that opened, which we always appreciate and a good view of the Old Medieval Tower. The room was comfortable even though it almost gave us the impression that nobody had stayed there for a while as the […] top shelves in the closet were dusty as if they had not been used in a while. Or pehraps the problem is that they are fixing the pavement all along the street infront of the Hotel and therefore it becomes difficult to access the hotel and pehraps because of this the guests have diminished. The breakfast is also priced very highly and so if you do not have your breakfast included in your fare, it is better to eat some where else. There are plenty of places in the Old Town. We did like the fresh apples that we could get in the front desk after we came back from our long days. They charged for the use of the Business Center (computer), so that was odd since most other places provided the service for free. I was surprised by the amount of noise coming from the street. It seemed that there were ambulances and patrols driving by and making noise at all times. But the location is great, the "old time" atmosphere was friendly and pleasant and the girls in the front desk were helpful. Læs mere

The location next to the train station and easy walk into town was perfect. Staff were friendly. Room was great. Definitely recommend.

We stayed 3 nights at this hotel and found it very comfortable. Service was excellent. It is located in a convenient location within walking distance to sights and directly across street from underground station and main train station. This lovely hotel is in the best location in Nuremberg ... easy access to trams and trains and the old town. Wonderful staff and lovely accommodations. (Only complaint in April was that it was warm outside and the rooms where a little warm since the air conditioning was not turned on yet.)

The hotel was very nice. the location is close to the old walled city and right next to the train station - very convienient. The hotel was clean, service good and helpful. We had a poor experience in the dining room which is rated well, but the service was very poor and the food average; a better meal could be had for less elsewhere.

The hotel was across the street from the Christmas Market which is why we were in Nuremberg. Everything was perfect with the room and facilities and staff. We were early and the room wasn't ready, but they stored our luggage until it was ready. The only minor item was that they charge per day for television.

There seemed to be a bit of confusion at check in regarding rooms, and the baggage we had also checked in earlier in the day until the room available was muddled up with someone elses, so generally check in was quite confusing. The hotel location was perfect for the city centre and tram and underground and only 15mins from the airport. We didn't have […] breakfast as we thought it was quite expensive but we enjoyed several drinks in the bar in the evening and the bar staff were extremely helpful and friendly and really made our stay at the hotel enjoyable. We stayed there in 3 seperate rooms, all the same level but all rooms completely different. The waterfall shower was amazing but the rooms were very dark and you couldn't quite see in the wardrobe easily. Love Nuremberg and would stay again. Læs mere

This hotel was an awesome find. It is literally across the street from the train station and steps away from the old town of Nurnberg. The staff was helpful and friendly and our room was nicely appointed. It was a bit small by US standards, but as expected for Europe.

Pro: Staff was very courteous, the location was great, and the room was clean. Price for the room was a good price too. Cons: Breakfast, though very good was a bit pricey 22Euro pp. Pay Per View was a bit pricey too, but that wasn't much of a surprise. Our queen size bed wasn't that comfortable, and the room was pretty small. I am not sure of the exact […] size, but it was definitely one of the smallest hotel rooms I have ever stayed in. Lastly the AC didn't work that well and since we had an 16month old in our room we couldn't keep the window open. Læs mere

small room and bath but well appointed. new decor in rooms but hallways are old fashioned and need updating. staff was very nice - both front desk and restaurant.

This hotel doesn't live up to the le meridien name, it needs rennovation badly and don't waste your money on a single room, you can't even find space other than the bed to fully open a suitcase. mini fridge didn't work, shower was broken, internet access was spotty, no A/C except in very few rooms

I stayed here for an extended weekend of business and vacation and got an excellent rate for an inside single. The room was small but comfortable and quiet. The hotel is directly across from the train/u-bahn/tram station as well as the Altstat and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The bar runs good happy hour specials with a very friendly bar […] staff willing to introduce you to the local beers. The breakfast (typically not included in the room rate) is expensive but is a great selection of both hot and cold items from the local area. Læs mere

I stayed 2 nights at Le Meridian Grand Hotel, and was wowed from the minute I arrived. Perfect location, right across from train station, near the Old Town. Tram stops right outside the door. Restaurant prices and portions were not compatible tho, that is my only grumble. Quality of the food was excellent though, as well as the service. Check in was […] smooth and friendly. I was able to check in early on a Sunday morning which surprised me. Staff were very helpful, and I had no problems understanding them, even though I don't speak German. Læs mere

出張で４泊しました。 ニュルンベルグ駅から道路を挟んだ目の前にあるホテル。 特に豪華であったり華美なところはありませんが、ホテルの内装やエントランスなどは良い感じです。 旧市街の入り口前でもあり、近隣の環境も良く申し分ないと思います。

Frage mich in einigen 4 und 5 Sternehotels, so wie in diesem Hotel, warum man zum guten Frühstücksbuffet nicht auch einen ebenbürtigen Espresso / Cappucino anbieten kann - sowie man ihn bei jeder kl. EspressoBar in Italien bekommt?

gute Lage aber im allgemeinen kein sehr guter ervice, vor allem in der Rezeption

Staðsetningin mjög góð. Nálægt aðalbrautarstöðinni og mörgum góðum veitingastöðum. Starfsfólkið sérstaklega vingjarnlegt.

Einziges Problem war, dass nur Kretidkarten, nicht jedoch die Bankomatkarte angnommen wurde.

Hotelli oli hyvällä paikalla lähellä vanhaa kaupunkia. Palvelut toimivat hienosti. auton parkkeerauskin sujui ilman suurempia murheita. Henkilökunta hoiti asian.Henkilökunta oli muutenkin erittäin ystävällistä. Huone oli varsin pieni ja kapea sänky yhdellä peitolla varustettu. Ravintolahinnat aika korkealla.Esim. aamupala maksoi neljä kertaa enemmän […] kuin naapurikahvilassa. Muuten kaikki toimi hyvin. Voimme kyllä suositella kaikille tätä hotellia. Læs mere

Das Le Meridien Grand Hotel Nürnberg liegt ideal für Touristen. An den beiden Tagen konnte unser Auto in der Garage stehen bleiben. Das kostet zwar auch, aber wir hatten keinen Streß in der Innenstadt wegen Parkuhren und -gebühren. Das Personal war freundlich und das Zimmer trotz Hauptstraße ruhig (bei geschlossenen Fenstern). Einziger Wermutstropfen: […] Wir sind nicht geizig, aber auch nicht bereit, für ein (Buffet-)frühstück derartige Preise zu bezahlen, umsomehr, als es in allernächster Umgebung nette Frühstücksmöglichkeiten gibt. Insgesamt waren wir trotzdem zufrieden und würden auch wieder in dieses Hotel gehen. Læs mere

Wir waren sehr zufrieden und das Hotel hat auch unsere Extrawünsche erfüllt, z.B. längeres Parken als vorgesehen, ohne Extrakosten. Das Zimmer war schön und nur im Bad nicht ganz perfekt geputzt. Besonders freundliches Hotelpersonal an der Rezeption. Das einzige Problem: Die Zimmer sind sehr schlecht schallisoliert.
