This is a typical Novotel. Modern, efficient and clean with a no-nonsense approach to lodging. It is, as they all are, not luxurious but comfortable and with a helpful and courteous staff. good hotel for business, these hotels are all over EU and the rooms are modern, little small for US standards but thats expected. Safe neighborhood and 2 blocks for some really good restaurants on a closed street

Very Good location in Las Condes (Santiago) Very Good Spa There was noisy building work in the hotel until late (8pm) at night with no explanation or apology.

Hotel was neat. Breakfast was fresh and neighborhood is beautiful. Staff was ok. Room service was very nice. Downside was the bathroom location, divided in two, and very uncomfortable.

it is such a strange floor plan in the room with separate shower & toilet; TV set mounted on the wall facing 90 degree forward instead of tilting angle and that makes viewer hard to watch it; variety of breakfast is limited also; super slow internet speed probably not enough bandwidth

I usually pick Novotel Vitacura because is really close to our office in Santiago, if I have to visit for a couple of days. For longer periods I would select another option since the rooms are quite small and movements have to be calculated with surgeon´s precision when you move around the room. Qualità del servizio e del personale ottima nonchè ottima è la qualità del ristorante nel caso l'interessato rientrasse stanco senza voglia di uscire. Al mijn afspraken waren lopend te bereiken, eenvoudig maar net en prima hotel. Vergeet niet gebruik te maken van de spa. Helaas hoorde ik het te laat, maar het schijnt volgens de Chilenen de beste in heel Santiago te zijn en is gewoon gratis.

Tudo impecavel, qualidade do hotel, serviços, café da manhã, localização, tudo muito bom. Infelizmente tivemos problemas no check out onde a funcionaria do hotel informou que a diaria nao estava paga pelo Hoteis.com e tivemos que pagar novamente. Depois de muita discussão tivemos que voltar ao Hotel para estorno do pagamento.

Taxi facil e barato para muitas atrações. Problema no check out pois o Hotel alegou que a tarifa não estava paga. Fora isto, tudo excelente, qualidade do quarto, da comida, educação e assistencia da equipe do hotel (exceto em check out).

Ficamos satisfeitos com o atendimento do hotel. A comida é muito boa, o salmão que eles servem é maravilhoso. Os quartos e banheiros são limpos. O que não é muito bom são os armários que são pequenos e não tem uma caminha de solteiro: é um sofá cama com cobertores de lã. Já a cama do casal é muito confortável com um edredom de penas. Excelente hotel, lo que le falta es espacio para la ropa en la habitación y además el baño me parece que no está muy bien diseñado. Sin embargo, la atención es fenomenal, el desayuno bien rico, las instalaciones muy lindas y la ubicación en Vitacura lo hace un hotel para volver de todas todas!

O Hotel é exatamente como vimos nas fotos. O atendimento sempre amigável. O café da manhã segue os padrões da rede Accor. A localização é privilegiada. Foram dias muito bons!

Bonne situation de l'hôtel cependant l'accès à l'aéroport ou au centre ville de Santiago doit se faire en voiture. Pas de problème pour trouver des taxis à l'aéroport et à l'hôtel (taxi en permanence devant).
