Wyndham Cypress Palms - Kissimmee

Jeg brugte hotellet i forbindelse med en messe, og blev positivt overrasket over værelset, som viste sig at være en lille lejlighed med både køkken samt vaskemaskine og tørretumbler. Vil være perfekt for en en familie på ferie, ligger godt i nærheden af Disney samt stort outlet mall. Poolen er opvarmet.

This was not the kind of Wyndham we were expecting. Our room was very dated back to the 80s, needs to be updated! Bed was comfortable, not enough chairs at the pool, plus guest saving chairs for hours when they were not down there. The grounds were clean and kept very well. Pros: Nice condo-type room along with facilities, totally beyond our expectation - definitely deserves 5 Star rating. Friendly and helpful staff. Interesting Wyndham Ownership Program with a $125 gift or Disney ticket discount. However, if your schedule is tight, do not go - it takes half day. Con: Tape water smells (somehow rubber-like), maybe a problem for the Kissimmee City, since we noticed it in some local restaurants too. My recent stay at Wyndham Cypress Palms was excellent. I stayed for 5-days from December 3-8. I was in a 1-bedroom Studio. It was very spacious and clean. The property is well maintained and equipped with lots of landscaping. The staff were very nice and professional; especially Andy at the front desk. This is a beautiful place just off the main drag, 10 minutes from disney parks. Felt like we were many miles away. As stated from past reviews- 1 bedroom condo was a little tight and you had to see a time share sales rep. To get your parking pass, but there was no pressure. A few calls to our room which we didn't answer, just seeing how our stay was. […] The room was larger then any standard hotel room. Plus had a full frig/freezer sink,microwave,dishwasher with all utensils, and stove. We used stove top as counter space because there was not much counter space. Less then 2 feet wide. Coffee maker and toaster up almost all of that. We removed toaster to make more room. Unit had apartment size washer/dryer and they supplied detergent for that plus for dishwasher. And coffee for maker. No house keeping you take your thrash to garbage room ,just a very little walk. We washed our own towels. No big deal. Supplies were brought to room upon request- toilet paper, garbage bags, Kleenex,paper towel, etc. . Bed and pillows were the best I've ever used at resort/hotel. I brought my own pillow but ended up using theirs. Pool and grounds were beautiful and felt like you were many miles away. We loved this place. Beautiful, well manicured grounds and very clean an well taken care of facilities. Centrally located yet just off the main road to give it a sort of seclusion.

We enjoyed our stay and found the front desk staff to be friendly and helpful. We did not appreciate the attempts to get us to do a timeshare buying tour. We were there for a funeral, and did not want to be bothered. Other than that, we would highly recommend this as a good place to stay.

The hotel was recently remodeled, and they are working on the last few buildings. We booked on Hotels.com and thought it was just a hotel, but after checking in they directed us to a desk immediateley adjacent to the front desk to get our parking paddle for the car. This raised my suspicions as to why they couldn't just issue a parking paddle at the […] main front desk. Then they ask you to fill out a questionnaire that has nothing to do with the make/model/license of the car,etc., and asks for family income, etc. and ultimately they want you to set up an appt. with Wyndam Resorts for the typical 90 minute spiel, after which they'll give you a $150 AMX gift card and another 2 night stay for free. Wow! not one bug of any type, not even a fly in the room for nine days. This was a great place to stay. really close to everything. Clean pools and great beds. can't say enough good stuff about the place. This will be our spot in Orlando from now on.

Nice place, We were comfortable in the 1 bedroom suite with 3 people, but will book the larger 2 bedroom next time. Location was great, many restaurants to choose from(Longhorn was excellent) The front desk staff were nice but not overly friendly. The property was in immaculate condition. The staff was courteous and professional. They were attentive to our every need. The room/apartment was spacious and extremely well maintained. The activities center is a really nice touch if you have kids. We loved it!

Master bathroom was not clean. Hair in shower and plugged drain. The rest of the apartment was nice. No other problems. I would recommend this hotel especially for a family needing space.

I booked my stay at the Wyndham Cypress Palms Resort from August 11-14. I've stayed there in the past but I had not stayed since they remodeled and upgraded their resort. The resort is excellent. I booked a two-bedroom for 3 adults and 1 child. There was plenty of space. The rooms was very well decorated, spacious, and clean. The exterior of the property […] was well maintained. The overrall staff were extremely polite and helpful. In my past stay, all activities were offered at their adjacent properties (Bonnet Creek and/or Star Island) however, Cypress Palms is now equipped with a gym and offer other services which I utilized during my stay. I have no complaints and my trip was excellent. The price for my three-night stay was extremely affordable versus other hotel/resort offers that I searched. We had a great stay. We mostly just used the hotel for sleeping and showering but they have two nice pools, a gym and weekly activities for the family. Cypress Palms is a very nice resort hotel with friendly staff. We would stay again.

I did not like the fact that I had to listen about timeshare just to get a parking pass. The a/c made a rattling noise all the time. The lighting in the room was very dim and the room was had a out of date feeling and needed rechalking in the bathroom. Overall the resort was nice and the grounds was well kept. This is a resort that has so much more to offer than a regular hotel room. I had a washer and dryer in my unit, a small but full service kitchen and king size bed. The pool and activities center was great for the kids. Great experience overall.

Great place to stay. Close by to all of the theme parks, just 2 exits away. Great places to eat and shop near by. Very clean and spacious rooms. kitchen comes with all of the major appliances, you can stay in and cook (Saves a lot of money!!!!).

One bedroom was small, but nicely renovated and it was nice to have a kitchenette area especially with young children. There was easy access to Disney without getting on 4 at all. It took about 15 minutes back and forth, which is crucial when our infant needed a nap time. There are plenty of restaurants around and most have carry-out. It is a timeshare […] resort, so there was an offer for attending a timeshare presentation which we declined and did not hear about again. I am in hotels 5 days per month for work. For the price I paid, I was expecting something outdated, or "too good to be true". Just the opposite. I stayed in a one bedroom suite. We had a one bedroom room. It was a little small but very neat and clean. Had everything that we needed from linens, towels and dishes, etc. All staff were polite and helpful. Request for additional items arrived timely. Very quiet surroundings and location. Overall, very happy. Will certainly return to any other Wyndham Resort.

Ik vind het geen hotel maar appartement ! Alles is er aanwezig tot wasmachine en droger - vaatwasser etc. Maar geen hotelfaciliteiten.
