God hotel og udmærket restaurant. Praktisk med hyppig gratis bus fra lufthavnen til hotellet. Togstationen er tæt på, med forbindelse til centrum hver halve time, men linjen går ikke til lufthavnen.

Nice hotel, nice rooms, clean and relative new. But to a big surprice we at checkin had to pay something extra in top of what payed to Hotelsdotcom. She said we had to pay extra ten euros in local tax's before we could get our room.

We stayed one night right before returning to the US from our European vacation. The hotel is located in a quite neighborhood about 5 minutes from the airport and has a free shuttle service located in the airport's hotel bus area Zone 3. Although the shuttle also serves several other hotels, Fly Away is closest, so is first on/off which is nice. Hotel […] staff were very helpful, the room was comfortable and clean, and had free Wifi in the rooms. A restaurant is located in the lobby, but we had to leave very early for the airport and did not eat there. i am regretting that we could stay only overnight as the room was very clean, well maintained. staff was very helpful. so called free internet near the reception was not working.

The hotel is in a great location, just one block from the S7 station. The free shuttle was perfect and so convenient, and the staff was very kind. The only downside is the free wifi. It worked great but every time I used my phone or computer I had to re-enter the username and password, and then get a new one after it expired in 24 hours.

Free airport shuttle was great. Staff pleasant. Internet S.l.o.w. old technology, not automatic wireless. Paper slips with codes went out with the Ark. Please upgrade your Internet offering. Railway Station cafe (100 metres up the road ) good cheap breakfast choice.

We had an early morning flight out of Zurich after a ski vacation in St Anton. The hotel fit the bill, efficient, free shutttle and as reasonable as it gets in Switzerland. We would stay here again. The pizza restaurant was decent, service was good.

Would definitely recommend staying there especially if you are looking for something close to the airport. Public transportation to e.g. Zurich main station is not far either.

The room was very quiet despite being right above the dining room. The service was very good and the location was close to the Kloten train station.

It was the best of my stays in Kloten (haven't been in Allegra, but have been in Welcome Inn). I'll come again in a few weeks!

This was our first time at a Hotel Flyaway. airport transportation included was efficient. Check in staff person was fast and efficient with checking in all customers as the shuttle arrived. Good location close to airport and regular free bus service. Short walk to train station to get to Zurich main station and city. Very friendly and helpful check in staff. Room was small and so was the bed, but that's probably because we didn't check on the booking. No extra pillows in the cupboard, so if you like more than one small one, it could be […] a problem, but to be fair, I didn't ask for an extra one, which could have been readily available. You can pick up a hot water jug from the front desk, a real bonus if you like a cup of tea first thing in the morning. Breakfast was simple but very nice and adequate. We chose this place for the price and because it had a free shuttle to the airport. The shuttle was right on time and took us straight to the airport - about a 10 minute drive.

Shuttle from and to airport takes 15 minutes. Train to center of city takes 15 minutes. Ideal location, quiet, pleasant, simple but convenient, especially for short stays.

My only negative is the no A/C, which is common in europe. They did give me a fan which made a huge difference. They do have free wifi which almost doesn't exist in Europe. Hotel shuttle worked well. Pizzeria is good.

Hotel is placed in a convenient place. The public transpsort is very convient to go to Zurich and surrounding areas. The hotel is reasonably clean and have friendly staff.

This hotel is perfect for a place to stay between flights or to catch an eraly morning flight. Their free shuttle service was punctual and it takes just a few minutes to get to the Airport. Rooms were comfortable and good value for money in expensive Zurich. We did not go into town but the tram stop is very close by.

Loved the hotel and location but the front desk left much to be desired. Not welcoming, friendly nor helpful. When asked questions I was tossed a piece of paper and curtly told to read the answer. So if you don't need the front desk and don't need help, stay there. It's a clean, convenient hotel by the airport.

My husband and I had a very pleasant stay at the FlyAway Hotel in Kloten. The room was very clean and bright, the shower was modern and the bed was very comfortable with luxury linens. Exceeded my expectations. Hotel does a fantastic job of identifying all travelers needs and accomodating them in advance. For example, free shuttle service. Shuttle bus arrives every 30 minutes at airport. (You can request a copy of the schedule by emailing customer service.) Hotel has very helpful, detailed instructions about how to navigate the metro […] (and even sells metro tickets). Hotel is a 15 min metro ride to Zurich. Other great/thoughtful perks included free fruit at reception desk, free umbrella in the room in case it rains during your stay, free shoe shine machine on certain floors, free internet access in main lobby, free printing of boarding passes. My experience was good. It was about ten minutes to the airport, and they have a convenient shuttle to and from the airport. Wakeup call was right on time. I would definitely recommend it. The train to Central station in Zurich is at the airport and takes only about ten minutes.
