Best Western Plus Liverpool Grace Inn & Suites - Liverpool

The rooms were old, no desks, 17" tube TV, has not been updated since the 90's...no restaurants close by, I have better fitness equipment at my home than they do in there "GYM" , sorry never again will I stay there.

right next door to Lockheed Martin, close to NY Thruway and I-81 and Northern Grid Power Company. Nice pond and grounds.

a great trip south (for boxing day sales) our family of 5 enjoyed this hotel - clean pool and hot tub, quiet location and very well run. Breakfast was amazing - staff were very helpful and look forward to the next time we are in town.

We used this hotel for it's convenient location near a work site we had in Syracuse, NY. Our workers were inpressed with the condition of the hotel, rooms and quietness of the area. We were impressed with the price as well. We were given a good rate and availablity was good.

jees weve been at this hotel a number of time's one dat the hot tub work's the next it's out of service what give's? other than this great experience.

Good hotel for the price. The beds were very comfortable, air conditioning worked well. Pool was small and hot tub was out of order. Basic breakfast but fine. Stayed here for a shopping trip so all we wanted was a place to sleep and it was very comfortable and clean. We would stay here again.

five different stays within a short period of time. Each time was the same, cleanliness and great staff service was the same, GREAT !!

This is the hotel of choice for our family of four in the Syracuse area. We make frequent trips for shopping in the Waterloo, Syracuse, Watertown area. This hotel was recommended to us by a fellow traveler and we continue to recommend it to our friends. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. The entire hotel appears to be well cared for. Room was clean, had a couch, too, and decent WiFi connection. Jacuzzi in the pool room was nice and warm, but closes too early (only 10PM).

Pool needs to be open til 11 pm..10 is too early. We have stayed here 4 times and breakfast has never improved..go to Burger King Adjoining room walls are so thin we were awoken by a domestic next to us 2 times through the night. While its not hotels fault it made for a restless night. Something was thrown at wall that our bed was up against!

The continental breakfast was disappointing. There was juice from concentrate and milk, three kinds of cereal, three little hot options (sausage patties, scrambled eggs, and some pre-formed omelette-looking things), cheap yogurt, bad muffins and trans-fat doughnuts, and English muffins and bread for toast. Sounds like quite a spread, but it was all […] cheap, nasty fare. I ate a grade D quality banana and threw away half of the English muffin I tried. The breakfast here is not worth visiting. Ugh. Good breakfast, but unfortunately we were down there around 6:30 and they didn't put fruit or juice out until 7. There was someone's old t-shirt stuck between one of the beds and the night stand. Makes you wonder how thorough housekeeping is. Internet wasn't working in lobby and we needed directions so the front desk person gave us directions, but they […] weren't to the right place. We wanted Long Branch Park and ended up at Long Branch Park Apartment complex. Luckily we ran into someone there who directed us correctly. We were in town for a race and got detained due to a traffic tie-up and the front desk person nicely extended our check out time, since we wanted to shower up before leaving. Læs mere

The conditions of the pool and hot tub were terrible. THe hot tub was as cool as the pool. Towels were all over the place. Nobody came in to clean or atleast tend to any issues around the pool.

No problem with room, or any other service. Very energetic staff, great stay, with 2 young children.

We chose this hotel due to the fact that it was affordable and the photos and other reviews. The staff was friendly and it was rather easy to find. We got to our room and I was very dissapointed. I was looking forward to taking a nice bath in the "soaking" tub as it shows in the pictures but just a standard tub in the bathroom. Then the bed was a joke. […] King size yes, comfortable no. We stayed in the handicapped, two queen room. The front desk willingly switched us from a king room. The room and bathroom were very spacious, although not as well lit as it could have been. Breakfast was okay, although the scrambled eggs were quite dry, and only one 2-slot toaster which was slow. I'M PLANNING ON STAYING HERE AGAIN MY NEXT TRIP TO SYRACUSE. VERY NICE!

We booked this hotel for 2 reasons: it was close to the NY State Fairgrounds and it had a pool. We were satisfied with the stay and will put this hotel on the top of our list for our stay next year. The rooms were clean. The entire facility seemed to have recently been renovated or was actually newly built. All the rooms were non smoking. Continental […] breakfast was ok (powdered eggs but fresh bready goods and make your own waffle stations). Our only complaint was the bed was very hard. WE WERE WANTING DIRECTIONS TO A SITE AND ASK THE FRONT DESK AND THEY GAVE US DRIVING DIRECTIONS. ALSO THEY HAVE A COMPUTER VERY HANDY IN THE FRONT LOBBY FOR GUEST USE. VERY CLEAN AND COMFORTABLE.

Great room for the money

This was a good hotel for the money. It was fairly new, clean, had great service and the breakfast buffet was excellent.

Bokade ett rökfritt rum, men någon hade rökt där. Hotellet var fullbokat, så vi kunde inte byta rum. Annars fin standard!
