I had yet another great stay at the Hilton. They had given the hotel a makeover and it looks great and comfy, its a very warm atmosphere. The staff is kind and courteous and the bartender is very friendly. The pool area and Jacuzzi is amazing especially when you and swim in the middle of January! I went for my b day and I had a blast. I was there with […] my partner and I have to say I was most pleased that they are not discriminating against gay couples. Overall had a great stay and would recommend this hotel to everyone! I loved this Hotel..We got married right next door..and stayed here. I wish I knew it was under construction when booking it. I would have stayed here at a later time, when We could have enjyed the front lobby. (Most of my wedding picturesa were in front of the fireplace)

We have stayed here before so it was an easy decision to stay here again on another visit to LI. over Thanksgiving, Although we had requested a room on the first floor, we learned upon our arrival the room was on the 2nd floor. Upon our inquiry, our room was happily changed at no extra cost. The only fault during this stay was the king size bed was […] too hard with small pillows that were too soft for comfort. This made sleeping a bit uncomfortable for someone with a bad back. We learned at checkout that all the king size beds can be adjusted to any firmness via a remote control. We noted a sign at the end of the counter announcing this, whicht was not there at check in nor was there any signs in the room to inform guests of this. At a $11.95 pp for the breakfast buffet plus items cooked to your order, we opted to drive 2 blocks to the Airport Diner where the prices were less costly, food is great and portions are large. Plenty of free coffee, vending machines available . A complimentary continental breakfast would've been a nice touch as some other hotels offer. Læs mere
"A nice comfortable weekend retreat"
I was going on a weekend getaway with my boyfriend out east and we booked this hotel mostly due to the affordable price and the fact that it had a pool and hottub. I was not disappointed per se, but I did expect a slighter cleaner room. Maybe it was because we chose a smoking room that they skimped on cleanliness, but I feel as though we're entitled […] to clean towels (without hair in them) and a pleasant scent in the room (not stale smoke) just as much as the non smoking rooms. Everyone was really courteous though and the hottub was excellent. I still have a 50 dollar deposit lingering in my checking account and am wondering when they will take that off. The staff at the Hilton Garden Inn was very friendly and courteous. The room was in good condition and I had a great stay. The shuttle service to and from the airport as well as to and from the Long Island Railroad is a great convienance. The one thing that threw me off is that the shuttle service is on demand. "Clean and noisey"
Very nice hotel but the resonating noise from slamming doors was awful.
we stayed in different motels on Long Island and were never as pleased as with this Hilton Gardens we are looking forward to staying here again, all the help were so kind and accomodating.

"Close to everything"
I live in the surrounding area and booked a weekend for me and my partner to get away. It was great, the staff was very friendly and welcoming, especially since we are a same sex couple we never felt out of place, It was easy to get to places, no more than 15 mins to sayville ferry. mins a way from Dave and Buster local attractions. Truly a middle of the road stopover. Biggest dissatisfaction is that the price for the room is consistently higher than others of comparable or superior quality (and that's with the hotels.com discount.

I've been to this hotel before and found it very comfortable, clean and very friendly staff. only thing that i didnt enjoy as much as i was looking forward to was too many kids at the small indoor pool, and no supervision by parents, think the hot tub and pool should be open later so that couples could enjoy it with out the rowdy kids around. They […] have an outdoor grill, which was great but very unclean and the door that goes out to the grill doesnt have a key card to get back in we had to walk around and thru flower beds to get back to the front of the hotel with our steaks. Last year during the blizzard in NY i had to extend my stay they could not have been more accomidating. "Ronkonkoma's Hilton Garden Inn- near Islip Airport"
I highly recommend this hotel. It is immaculate, comfortable and fairly new. I have stayed here quite a few times and the staff has always been very helpful, curteous and professional. The food served in the restaurant or room service is very good. There are always delicious cookies and coffee and tea in the lobby for the guests. And, I love the Nutragena […] bath products. The price was great and our stay was very good. Front Desk was professional and friendly. Breakfast on saturday was not available until 6:30am which was too late for us. All other hotels near an airport have breakfast available very early for people taking early flights.

"REALLY??"
Upon check in I was assigned a room on the 4th floor but wasn't told the elevators were not working or were the stairs were located. After carrying around all our stuff up to the fourth floor, we walked into a room that had leaks in the ceiling. I called the front desk to tell them and I was just told I will give you another room. I picked up everything […] and took the 2 kids back down 4 flights of stairs to the front desk at which time I was notified by the gentleman behind the desk that he was going to send someone up with the new room and keys. he could of told me that 10 minutes earlier on the phone. He assigned us another room on the 3rd floor this time. I said with the elevators not working is there anyway we can stay on the main floor. It was now 8:30 at night and the kids and I were exhausted. He reassigned me another room on the first floor. The kids and I walked to the other side of the hotel with all our stuff to get to a room that refused to open. I tried both keys and walked all the way back to the front desk and told the gentleman the keys didn't work. This time he programmed new keys and actually walked down there with us again -- keep in mind the kids and I are still carrying all our stuff ourselves. The gentleman could not get the room to open either so we had to walk back again to the front desk. This time he assigned us a room very close to the front door and pool finally! i was very disappointed in this hotel. Læs mere

This was the first time we stayed at a Hilton Garden. We were very impressed with the facility - clean, comfortable beds, and warm duvet. We will look to stay at a Hilton Garden again.

I was staying to attend a wedding , the conceierge was a great help and even arranged for a taxi to take me to Macy's to replace a pair of shoes.

We have stayed at this hotel 4 times and we really enjoy the staff, breakfast is great! and it's very convenient to MacArthur Airport and my sisters (who both live on Long Island). I would give it 5 stars! :^)
"Hilton Garden Inn Islip"
This is a very nice hotel. It is quiet and generally well maintained. The staff is exceptionally accommodating and all of the services we wanted were offered. The only problem with our stay was that the television set stopped working on our last night there, which didn't give them time to fix it.
