Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton Windsor - Windsor

The Hampton was very clean well maintained, but little pricey for what you get I thought for the price the room would have be decorated better.

I was very satisfied with my stay at this hotel. Staff was extremely friendly and courteous. I would not hesitate to stay here in the future.

Staff were very accomodating. The hotel only supplied fridges for a fee, but the desk clerk put all our drinking fluids in their staff fridge until the AM. The hotel could not get the computer connection in our room working and we were too tired to move to another room. They do not have WIFI. Excellent breakfasts.

I stayed here becaused they offered smoking rooms and were at least a 3 star hotel. The staff are fantastic! The room was okay..no mini fridge,,nothing great for the price should have been a little nicer..window didnt open,,really should in a smoking room..headboard not attached properly..if you move around in your sleep..very noisy..nice hotel outside […] of the room..nice pool and included breakfast..but dont expect a great room if go for the smoking room Læs mere

Overall I was satisfied with the stay but I was really disappointed that my Hilton Honours points were not given for the stay because I booked it through Hotels.com. The points is the main reason I stayed at the Hampton instead of a hotel with a better rate. I know I have stayed with other hotels that gave me the points however the room was booked. I've been working in Windsor for many years. This was my first stay in this hotel. This was the best hotel yet! Friendly staff great rooms, awesome pool! I've stayed in some of the more reputable hotels in the area and this makes them look like some of the less reputable hotels I've stayed in. Worth the booking.

The room was adequate, however, for the price have stayed in much better appointed rooms. Location was good for the purpose of being in Windsor.

Overall, a very good stay. The breakfast was a little lacking, but all of the other advantages made up for it. Would stay again.

Was there with my daughter for university exam. Clean and quiet good breakfast and ample parking included. Appreciated no charge early check in and late check out. Will book again if in the area.

We've stayed at this hotel several times and have always enjoyed our visit. This time the hotel was as expected but when it came to the included buffet breakfast we feel the quality was leaving some room for improvement. It included make-believe scrambled eggs and stips of french toast. When I asked if there was any sausages or bacon, the staff indicated […] that today's menu was just scrambled eggs and french toast yet before we finished eating a bunch of people who were having a meetin gat the hotle came in for breakfast and miraculously suasages appeared. Apparently they ordered it. My concern was the optics of this. Had we not come down to eat until 10 minutes later we would have taken some of the sausages that were meant for them and this could have caused a minor problem with supply and demand. I mentioned that to the staff who curlty replied that they had specifically ordered the sausages. We thought it should not have been part of the general buffet then if one group was entitled to eat sausages while others were excluded. Læs mere

We had a wonderful overnight stay at this beautiful hotel. The water in the indoor pool and hot tub was the perfect temperature, and it felt wonderful to relax in the hot tub before bed since the pool room is open until 11:00 pm. Continental breakfast was fabulous with so many different food choices to choose from. We will definately stay here again […] next time we visit Windsor. Læs mere

My only real complaint is that my AC did not work in the room, however, I was only there one night. When I called the desk (in the morning) I received a prompt response and was offered another room, but due to my lenght of stay, I did not take them up on the offer. (I only had about 2.5 hours before check out). However, since I booked through Hotels.com […] no adjustments could be made to my bill so I am expecting to receive a certificate for a complimentary one night stay on Hampton. Læs mere

We have stayed here previously and, once again, are very satisfied with this hotel. We will be back for sure!
