Et godt hotel i centrum, lige ved siden af tog og busser og ikke langt til seværdighederne i Firenze.

We stayed 2 nights in this hotel. We where in Florence just for sightseeing, and we only needed a place to sleep, and that was what we got. The hotel has a fine location close to the station, and that is pretty much it... It was not bad, and it was not very good...so if you just need a place to sleep and get a shower, this hotel is okay.

På værelse 102 er der tydelig lyd af rindende vand fra et nedløbsrør, og som gør det svært at finde ro da det stort sset stod på begge nætter vi overnattede der.

Slidt hotel, kedeligt værelse, men beliggenheden er helt o.k.- lige bagved hovedbanegården og tæt på det historiske centrum.Internet forbindelsen er meget langsom og hotelets computere går i stå. Ikke hver gang er man heldig til at opnå adgang til nettet efter log ind.Fattig/ kedelig morgenmad. Hotel Delle Nazioni ligger super i forhold til alle de forskellige seværdigheder i Firenze. Hotellet ligger også lige ved siden af banegården. Reception, opholdsstue og området hvor der spises morgenmad er rigtig hyggeligt og pænt. Værelset vi fik lå ud til en baggård og udsigten var derfor en stor betonvæg. Godt hotel til prisen - fin central beliggenhed. Værelset var ren og pænt, dog kedeligt. Der var dog en del støj fra den trafikerede vej udenfor. Der var parkeringskælder ved siden af hotellet.

Behageligt og hjælpsomt personale gode til Engelsk gode til at komme med turforslag hotellet ligger utroligt centralt max 10 minutters gang fra banegård/busstation

Da vi ankom til hotellet blev vi udtrukket som dagens gæst! Dette indebar frugt og vand på værelset, værelse med udsigt over byen, 5. sal, en gratis drinks i baren. Det var super fint. Right across the street from Florence SMN train station. Short walking distance to all visitor sites. Basic room, very small shower, be-aware of no AC prior May 1 (or June 1, conflict info from front desk), it was kind of hot during our visit. Location is perfect. breakfast is good. internet speed acceptable.

The room absolutely stunk of bad toilet smell when we arrived and it slowly got better throughout our 4 night stay. The bed was terrible, big divot on each side. The shower was ok. Convenience was ok, close to bus stop (bus 64 to Vatican). Bout 15-20 min walk to coloseum etc.

I stayed at Hotel delle Nazioni for 4 nights recently. Overall I would highly recommend it as a place to stay. My room was on the fourth floor and (perhaps as a result) very quiet. While the bathroom is a little dated, it was kept spotlessly clean by cleaning staff each day. I cannot find fault with reception staff who were really helpful and friendly. […] The bar area lacks a little character - but this is no big deal, given the wealth of lovely cafes, restaurants and bars in easy walking distance. The breakfast is average, although perfectly adequate given the 3-star hotel rating. The hotel books itself as "the Internet hotel," but its own WiFi connection is appallingly bad. So, if you're trying to combine business with pleasure, as I was, that business better not involve communicating by email or relying on the Web for information. Though the hotel had a working elevator, it didn't go to the first floor, which is where our […] room was located. So we had to navigate a full flight of stairs to enter the hotel and then mount another flight plus three extra steps, walk across a landing, and descend several steps before reaching the hallway where our room was located. This sort of arrangement probably makes sense to other Italians, but Americans have an entirely different way of thinking. The hotel is incredibly convenient to the railway station, which is directly across the street, and there are several markets within a block (our room had a small kitchen which was invaluable -- we had to cook for one of our children who can't eat anything with gluten or lactose -- and the markets had special gluten-free sections because Italy tests children for gluten intolerance and celiac disease at a very early age). That small kitchen made up for several of the illogical aspects of the hotel, but if you don't need the cooking capabilities and do need reliable Internet service, there are probably better choices in Florence -- for Americans, at any rate. The staff was quite willing to help (in both English and Italian), the breakfast service was very decent, and the amenities were very good for the price. The only noticeable drawback -- during our visit, at least -- was the presence of large groups of high-school-aged people. If the hotel caters to that contingent, it may have explained why the bar was so poorly stocked (and after a day of walking through the endless and ill-mannered crowds on Florentine streets and in every museum, a stiff drink is almost mandatory). Apart from inexpensive for a 4 bedded room - it was far too comfortable for us which meet our basic requirement... The staff was friendly enough to share travel tips and helped us with a local tour to Siena. The hotel is close to the train station - 3 mins walk and also near to the SITA Bus station which brought us to The Mall (outlet shopping) Basic […] breakfast - we are not too fussy! Ask for a room away from the front of the hotel. The street traffic is very loud. The location is very convenient, the train station is literally right across the street. The parking situation is a bit difficult, when we were checking out it took them nearly an hour to bring us our car and they were "on the way" all three times we called them. Extra […] charge for parking was 20 Euro a day. Breakfast was pretty good, runny eggs though. Coffee good. Internet was a challenge, if someone else forgets to sign off it locks up the computer and then the staff doesn't like to hassle to come up and re-boot the computers. Excellent location, just behind of station, walking distance of interesting and historical places, variate-fresh breakfast, little old installations but clean, great service, good price, just what you need for a city where you going to spend a lot of time outside, clean and comfortable beds and bathroom

This a good hotel and near train station, plenty of breakfast and very helpful staff especially Ronald in the dinning room, I will recommend this hotel to friends and family

So convenient. walk out nthe station look along the street and there it is. Buffet breakfast very good. Hop on hop off bus around corner from station and most tours pick up from station. plenty food places around. Their was a balcony but we could not access it because the blind would not go up. They had advised maintenance.

This hotel was very nice. great staff and very helpful. Close to all transportation. Not being able to speak Italian it was easy to access from train and bus terminals..

The stay at this Hotel was not very enjoyable and certainly does not offer value for price point it stands at. Pros - It is very close to Santa Maria Nouvella Station in Florence and to Auto Bus stand for buses departing to Pisa / Florence airports. Next to a private restaurant that offers fantastic Italian fare (12pm to 3pm and 7pm to 11pm). Costs […] a bit on higher end but remarkable and authentic italian taste. Cons - Rooms a terribly small (Match boxes) Bathrooms are even smaller No privacy in the rooms (All sorts of sounds travelling through the super thin walls Breakfast is a lousy offering and stale food Reception is terribly slow and mostly chaotic Hotel frequented by travel groups so can be very noisy. we stayed for 3 nights, below average hotel, convenient if you are taking the train. Shower very small, breakfast not bad.

hotel is 10min walk from train station and provides free wifi for guest. The hotel room we stayed on level 3 has air-condition which works well and lighting in the room is bright. I think the room was refurnished recently. Value for money!

You won't be dissatisfied.

Hotel is located literally down the road from the central railway station. Two minutes walk. The staff are very helpful and go out of their way to show you maps, make bookings at restaurants etc. Breakfast Buffett is great- they even have toast!! Location is fine iin regards to sights, Florence is really accessible by foot.

I believe this hotel barely deserves its 3 stars. Breakfast was very basic, the bathroom in the room was dated and inconvenient, the service from the reception staff was just basic. Quite crucial for a family travelling by car, the hotel could not accommodate a request for storing anything in a freezer - this is the first time I have encountered something […] like this. On the positive side, the hotel was in a rather convenient location (I found the area around that side of the railway station rather touristic and not intimidating at all, as I had originally feared), the room had a good size and with a good a/c system. We stayed one night at this hotel and found it to be value for money. We had one of the apartments meaning 1 double bed and two singles for our children. Comfortable beds too. We also had a little kitchenette excellent for keeping drinks and snacks for the kids. The room was immaculate and very clean. The floor however needed a little attention as it […] is vinyl it needs a scrub. I gave my children a shower as soon as we got in but after 5 minutes of walking around barefoot their little feet were just dirty... We had no view whatsoever, our two windows overlooking an internal terrace although with no access. The free WIFI a blessing after spending LOTS of money roaming whilst on holiday! And the breakfast was great too. Also, to get to the apartments you have to walk up quite a few stairs. We had heavy suitcases after being on holiday in Tuscany for two weeks and found hauling them up all these stairs a bit annoying. Great stay with a good breakfast but the only let down was the maintenance issues in the bathroom which we reported twice but was not fixed. Besides that, friendly staff and good service.

Very nice hotel in a good location, but there was no air condition. And also you have to pay for internet and use cable to connect. as it is mentioned in hotel detail, breakfast is not included and you should pay for that. Rooms were perfectly clean and comfortable.

Hotel was close to the train station and within walking distance to all sights. Hotel staff was wonderful. Free WiFI is a real plus. Our rooms had wonderful balconies. Rooms were very updated. Breakfast good. I had four rooms for my family and would definitely stay in this hotel again. Laundry was right around the corner.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Nazioni. The location was ideal being directly next to the central train station in Florence. The reception area was clean and nice however had two sets of stairs leading up to the foyer which was difficult to negotiate with 2 suitcases. The reception staff were generally very friendly and happy to answer questions, […] provide directions and maps etc. The room was, in a word, excellent. The view from the balcony over Florence was the highlight of the stay. It was a great place for dinner or drinks to watch the Tuscan sunset. The bed was a little too firm for our liking however was adequate. The bathroom was nice however their were two issues; firstly the drain for the sink blocked and needed to be fixed and the shower nozzle holder was broken and had to be in certain position lest it would fall off. The bar in the hotel was often unmanned on 2 occasions a hunt for ice had to be resolved by reception staff. Overall my opinion of Florence in general was improved by our stay at this hotel and would recommend it to others. Læs mere

If you are looking at value for money, then this is the place to be. This is not a 3 star hotel as specified but more of a budget motel centrally located right opposite the railway station.

location is very good right beside train station/restaurants/shops. room was nice clean and big, breakfast was ok, free internet service was great

The hotel is good, however the bathroom is not very practical. There are no clothes hanger and there is not enough space on the sink. This room was a superior room. The breakfast had terrible coffee, no fruits and food was not too great. It is fine for a extended weekend however a longer stay wouldn't be too great.

Very basic hotel , the only good thing about it was proximity to the rail station and the sights , plus free internet assess.The staff were indifferent and the room on the first floor was very noisy due to trams and traffic passing by .
