staff was very friendly and accommodating. Facility was nice and clean.There was an issue with the air conditioning unit in the room we were in. They were more than happy to move us to another room. Overall, we had a pleasant stay.

This hotel is great...the internet was a bit slow, but worked out fine. The beds are comfortable, and the room was very clean. The area is very quiet...the only bad part is that it is a little hard to find at first.

I had expected this hotel to be nicer than it was based on TripAdvisor recommendations. The exterior of the hotel needs updating. As for our room, the tiles on the floor in the bathroom moved, the tub jets were dirty, and there were spots on the walls left unpainted. The maids were not very flexible with cleaning times; we had to contact the front desk […] to have them come later the next day. The tv reception was poor and there is no exercise room. On the other hand, breakfast was good and the front desk staff was helpful and friendly. We will not be staying at this hotel again. Læs mere

The hotel is very nice and clean - the rooms are quite comfortable. However, there are some glaring problems, especially if you are traveling for work. The wireless internet is almost non-existent. I was able to send a grand total of 2 emails last night and that took over an hour. Get used to seeing "Internet Explorer Cannot Load Page." I called support […] and they said, "So?" The coffee pot in the room did not work, the key to the room will occasionally not work, and the closet door is broken. The continental breakfast is nice. I said "Good Morning" to the lady working the breakfast bar and she looked up from her paper, looked at me, and went back to reading the paper. While that's annoying but I can live with that, the lack of wireless makes staying here for work unacceptable. There are better and cheaper hotels near this location. Læs mere

They were all very friendly. Stranded at DFW, they provided a shuttle who was kind enough to stop off at subway during a terrible storm so we could get something to eat. Breakfast was also good but there was a used beer pong in a corner of the room, which had such a heavy mildew order that we left the air on full force all night. Trapped at the Dallas Airport because of a storm. The hotel was in good condition, room was great, and the bed was comfortable. The only problem was the hotel service. The hotel staff was very kind and caring. I have a broke ankle and they offered to let us use the hotel wheelchair to go shopping in. The airconditioner worked really well and we slept like a baby. Thank you so much for such a wonderful stay! We will be back!

The location is in the middle of a bunch of office buildings, so it probably caters to the corporate crowd. We were there on a weekend to attend the University of Dallas graduation. The place was mostly empty (and therefore very quiet). Room was comfortable and what you'd expect at the Hampton - Holiday Inn, etc. level of hotel. There was a maintenance […] issue when we first arrived, but it was quickly attended to and they gave us a different room. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was typical. All and All when at first glance one might think it is satisfactory however with the exception of one employee the others lacked much. After arrival the desk clerk was too busy in the back office on personal calls. It was all too easy to hear him making evening plans with friends while I waited at the front desk for assistance. I never got it. I requested […] a wakeup call which was needed for a medical appointment. Needless to say I received no call. The room would have been fine however the beds were just dreadful. Continental breakfast left much to be desired also. No variety. I have stayed in plenty of the area hotels and for the money the majority of the others far exceed this one. Staff was diffiult to get a hold of and were often not at the front desk. There was no bell to get there attention. The rooms were spacious and the beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was good. Would definately stay there agin. Great quality for the price.

Staff was friendly and informed. The hotel's upgrade is nice, almost on a par with Hyatt Place as far as the rooms go. One item: The maid forgot to stop by my guest's room the first morning and so his room remained unrefreshed. Another thing is that there were only two luggage carts, one out of commission, and it was quite difficult navigating the […] thing through the very cramped hotel ramp. This place was almost perfect...my only suggestion on the room would be to service the airconditioner in the room as the fan or motor was just a bit loud. The breakfast was great, but was lacking unsweetened cereal and yoghurt (for us that have to watch sugar intake.)

This wasn't our first time staying at this hotel, but definitely, our last! For starters, it's hard to get to (even with a GPS). If you're not driving slowly, you'll miss the street that leads to the hotel every single time! When we arrived, the guest attendant at the front desk was on the phone with another customer. When she got off, she didn't say […] "sorry" or "hello," she just asked if we had reservations. We did! Once we settled into our room, we started to notice alot of cosmetic problems with the room. Instead of us switching to another room, we just ignored it only because we were dead tired. First off, the toilet had something that looked like a crack in it. Above the shower area and in the main room above the air vents, the ceiling has WATER DAMAGE. Eeew! I can't complain about the bed or the decor, because all of that was perfect! The flat screen tv made up for the rest. We didn't have breakfast the next morning, but it smelled mighty tasty. The hotel is super close to DFW and nice places to dine, but if you're wanting QUALITY, this COMFORT Suites, doesn't have it! Læs mere

There are 2 cons on my list, but i did know them going in... there is no balcony in your room so being a smoker you have to take the elevator down and head outside , and there is no pool... aside that? the staff was very friendly and helpful and the rooms were immaculate.

Check-in required a longer time than usual due to the clerks need to gather information as I was a first time guest After check-in I attempted to print a document using the printer located in the Business Area. The printer was broken. When I told the front desk clerk of this problem she explained the printer had stopped working earlier that same day […] and she had not yet placed an out of order sign on the printer. The following morning at 7:30 am the printer was still broken and still no sign had been placed on the unit. At the time I entered my room it was extremely cold due to the air conditioning unit being left on and set at 64 degrees. I adjusted the setting to a warmer setting, but it took a very long time till the room temperature became comfortable The evening of my stay I heard clearly foot steps of a person walking in the room above mine. I do not think this person was taken hard steps, only that the hotel was not constructed with the best materials to dampen noise. Later the same evening I was awaken at 1:00 AM by loud voices of a group of people talking just outside my room. One of the colleagues I was traveling with complained of similar noise problems with their room and also the shower in their room was broken At the time of check-in I told the clerk that a shuttle would be needed in the morning to transport two colleagues to DFW. The clerk explained the shuttle would be ready at 7:05 am. The following morning the shuttle did not arrive until 7:25 am. Læs mere

Really nice hotel for the price. Good location, reasonable rates, first class staff. The room was very clean, mattress was comfy and just a very good overall room. Nothing too fancy, but a nice room and hotel. Breakfast was great too.

The hotel was very nice, definitely a 4 star out of 5. The staff was very friendly and helpful at all times. The rooms were very comfortable and clean with a refrigerator and microwave included with the suite. The only negative was a drippy faucet in the bath tub that you had to turn off firmly to keep from dripping.

The hotel was generally very fine for my family. My wife and infant son were with me and we had come to see friends in the Grand Prairie, Texas neighborhood. The staff was very cordial and polite to us. We were able to get bottled water for the baby's formula. I would say that the only problem we had was that we did not realize that we were so far from […] our neighbor's home in Grand Prairie, but since we did not have a car, we wanted something near the airport and a courtesy shuttle that went with it. Our friend had to make a 25-minute drive to pick us up and take us back each day. Although it turned out well, after we first arrived at DFW Airport, we called in for a courtesy van to take us from the airport to the hotel after we arrived. Ten minutes later, we were told that they could not get the van out to the airport and that we should get our own taxi and go to the hotel where we would be later reimbursed. It caused some problems with the taxi driver who expected a "substantial tip" and who would not break down the cost of the taxi ride. It cost what I would say was a "significant amount" for one-way. We were, however, able to get reimbursed from the hotel for the full-amount, but it was troubling a little to us, because we were never sure that we would necessarily get the refund. HOWEVER---WE DID GET THE REFUND AND WE WOULD LIKE TO THANK THE HOTEL FOR IT! I would say that overall, it was an enjoyable trip for us and everything worked out very well! Læs mere

Hotel is close to DFW airport, and I had no problem getting the free hotel shuttle to pick me up at the airport, but arrival was during the day-time and I heard service is less reliable later in the day/evening. Staff was very courteous and helpful. Complementary breakfast was very good - cooked eggs, bacon, fresh fruit, juices, etc. Though some reviews […] complained about the location (is primarily in a business/commercial area), within a ten-minute walk across the freeway you can at least get to several restaurants. Though no restaurant is on site, they have delivery options from several area restaurants. If you are looking for shopping opportunities, it's probably going to take a short cab ride. Room was fine, but smelled a little musty on arrival - decor seemed a little "tired". Bed was comfortable, room was surprisingly quiet for being so close to a major highway. My room was right adjacent to the door to the lobby - that door to the lobby could benefit from being put on a hydraulic closure to prevent the loud door slamming noise. Free computer access and printing capability for boarding passes, etc., but quality of the print job was pretty awful and looked like the printer was in need of an overhaul. Læs mere

The hotel needs remodelling. The wall paper is worn and dirty. The entrance door of my room didn't always close. It was necessary to slam the door. The door key didn't work till check-out time. My husband has stayed in this hotel a year before and highly recommended it. When we got to the room, the smell of ammonia/urine hit us in the face. When we went to the front desk, our cards were simply re-keyed and there were no apologies. There was no personal service or interaction. Don't know if the problem was ever rectified as no one was at the […] front desk the next mooring at 9:39 when we wanted to check out. Just a note posted with a phone number if we had any questions. The Hampton Inn Richardson had an excellent breakfast, fully stocked. Lots of coffee, juice, yogurts, and waffles. The pool is a bit small, and the shallow swimming area is very small for children that cannot swim. The pool is deep in the middle. So the "safe" swimming area is hard to find for non-swimming children. The room was clean, coffee provided, […] and the bathroom was well-stocked. Lots of soap, shampoo, lotion, and towels, etc. The hotel was hard to see from the street. You almost drive by it. You better take a map to find it. You can't see it from the highway, either. Good restaurants nearby, however! Cafe Brazil, and Luby's Cafeteria are right around the corner. Læs mere
