Hotellet levede op til de forventninger vi havde fået fra beskrivelsen af det. Der var en god og hyggelig stemning. Maden var velsmagende, og serveringen var opmærksom og god. Vi var også vældig tilfredse med den service Hotels.com ydede telefonisk før bookingen.

Hyggeligt lille familiehotel med nogle fantastiske venlige og imødekommende værter. Man føler sig virkelig velkommen. Morgenmad er helt i top med alt efter ønske. Beliggendheden kan ikke være bedre. Der er 10 min gang til centrum af York. Er man selvkørende, som vi var, er der gode parkeringsforhold.

Hotellet er et mindre hotell indrettet i formentlig tidligere rækkehusbebyggelse. Hotellet ligger inden for gåafstand (10 min) af Yorks bymidte og er let at komme til med bil. Hotellet har egen parkeringsplads, der er overvåget, Boede i "de luxe room" som var tilpas stort og med plads til ophold også uden for sengen, Der er kaffe/the faciliteter. Hotellet har egen hyggelig restaurant, hvor maden i kvalitet overstiger mange meget dyrere hotelrestauranter. Personalet (det var vist familie) var meget venligt og imødekommende.

Gode valuta for pengene. Venlig og uformal betjening. Personalet formår at være nysgerrige på gæster på en behagelig måde uden at væere nærgåenede. Gode vejledende information om området og dennes muligheder, naturlig, glad og smilenede værter. Central for alt dag udflugter i yorkshire dales.

"Trendy Hotel"
Kan varmt anbefale et ophold på dette hotel, servicen er helt i top og maden er vidunderlig. desuden er beliggenheden helt optimalt, så alt i alt et hotel man skal opleve hvis man kommer forbi Leeds.

"Perfekt beliggende 1. klasseshotel i Leeds"
Straks ved ankomst føler man sig velkommen. Receptionen er høflig og imødekommende, værelserne flotte og der er kaffe/the (pulver/brev) og vandvarmer hver dag på værelset. Morgenbuffet er noget af det bedre - faktisk i top. Hotellet ligger 100 meter fra Leeds Station og forbindelserne til f.eks. Manchester Lufthavn (75 min i tog) er optimale. Hotellet […] ligger samtidig tæt på = næsten i centrum hvilket sammenholdt med nærhed til station er helt optimalt. Leeds er fyldt med ungdom p.g.a. Universitetet så der er altid liv i gaderne. "Worst hotel"
Rooms are smelling, toilet is not so good, feeling cold in the room even after zircon, red color carpet are worst and also smelling a lot, they do not have LCD or LED tv in the room, overall experience is not so good. They have been charged for Executive city room but Allocated Superior room. I am not recomending this hotel to anyone.

Across from Leeds Station and alongside the shopping district, you can't beat the Park Plaza Leeds location. The restaurant and room service food ranged from fairly good to very good. The room was spacious and clean, the free WiFi worked and the bed was very comfortable. In all, good value for money. the hotel was perfect for 0ur weekend break. it was clean. the staff was very helpful.the food was excellent. it is ideal for shopping ..close to all the main shops and railway station. the only problem is parking.

Fantastic hotel opposite train station for superb location. Entrance was tucked around the corner but easy to find & receptionist friendly & quick. Room was great, I had 11th floor, superb views and was very luxuriously appointed included a queen sized bed. I had a great nights sleep and will definitely stay again. I was up in Leeds on business and booked this hotel as it looked excellent value for money. To my amazement when I arrived, the hotel was far beyond my expectations. Very modern and extremely well maintained. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Leeds is an exellent place for a night out if that's your interest. Parking isn't cheap […] though! Pretty much everything about this hotel was perfect. The only downside was the hotel bar not opening late. Still an excellent hotel and will stay there again.
"Right opposite the station in the city center"
A great contemporary hotel... Modern, clean and well located. My only criticism is that for a modern hotel I was surprised to see an old CRT TV with limited channels. Aside from that it was all very good.

"Did what it said but no more"
Central location is best thing about here. Although service on reception was quick, my room was very basic, a bit old and could do with a good maintenance overhaul. Everything works but it feels like a 3* hotel trying to be a 4* and falling just short.
"Disappointing Stay at The Park Plaza"
Not normally one to complain but have stayed at thIs hotel before and experienced a totally different stay. When we arrived we went to the 4th floor and entered the room to discover the carpet that was supposed to be red was stained dirty brown and crunched under your feet like there was plastic bags under it. The tv was a big box in the corner which […] wasn't particulary in keeping with the hotel. The chair at the vanity unit was like one you would have in a conference hall and was again stained dirty brown. Bathroom was fine. The air conditioning was broke so room was cold and wouldn't go warmer. We didn't complain but went to phone reception for restaurant recomendations and the phone was broke so couldn't even call them. Phoned off mobile and asked for a better room but only to be told they were fully booked. Very disappointed. There were no spare pillows in wardrobe so on the way back in we asked for some as the phone didn't work and that was a lot of trouble to them. Will not risk staying again for fear of being allocated a room like that again. ITS A SHAME AS THE LOCATION IS EXCELLENT. Læs mere
"All Rounder"
The rates of the hotel were reasonable and couldn't complain one bit about the comfort, the relaxation area (bar), the hotel itself was just brilliant!

Excellent location, room was lovely and the bed comfortable, however there was a constant noise from the bathroom which made it difficult to sleep. The complementary breakfast in the morning helped ease the lack of sleep. Room no 503, ask for a different room.
"Park Plaza, Leeds - Ideal Location"
I only stayed only one night, having travelled up from the South for an early start event the following day. I also took the opportunity to meet with customers in the City centre on the evening I arrived. My first thought was how well located the hotel was, directly opposite the station & in the heart of Leeds centre. There are all the shops, bars, […] clubs & restaurants you will need all very close by. On arrival, my room was not quite ready, but the staff showed me through to the bar area, where I grabbed lunch & made use of the free wi-fi service. When ready, the reception staff came to find me & I went to my room. The room was very spacious, a corner room, & had everything I needed. It was very clean & conmfortable & having an iron & board in the room, as standard, is something many other hotels should take note of. I didn't use it, but there was a well stocked mini-bar & complementary coffee, tea, water & even a expresso machine. I had a very comfomfortable nights sleep & left ready for the event I was attending just outside the city centre. Overall, for the price & location, I would certainly look to use this hotel for business trips again. It would also be an ideal base for Xmas & other shopping trips. Læs mere
"Park Plaza - central location"
Very welcoming and helpful staff on reception, comfy beds, lovely big baths and delicious food in the restaurant. Ideal location as it's central to all amenities -shops, cinema, restaurants. Rooms not huge, but great for a night or two. Good value for money.

Great location - within 300 yards of the national rail station and next to all the shopping. Staff was friendly. TV was still an old tube, but I wasn't there to watch TV.

Hotel is in a need of a bit of refurbishment - the carpets through out the hotel hallways and in the room were dirty and full of cigarette holes, the sofa had several tears, the furniture was scratched and looked tired, there was mould in the shower. While it is obvious that hotel was very nice couple of years ago, it does look a bit tired and dirty […] due to the carpets and although my room was clean. I also had a wake up call at 7am that I did not order. The TV only has a few channels, not the usual freeview and that was a dissapointment for a 4* hotel. Læs mere

The g/fd commented on the fact that it was very well sound proofed (& she stays in a lot of hotels for business) I said it reminded me of travel lodge / premier inn cos it was quite basic but for the price I couldn't expect a lot more. "Park PLaza Leeds"
We stayed in the Park Plaza for 3 nights. It was perfectly situated in the heart of the city, right next to all of the shops! The cinema was just up the road and there was a supermarket right beside them for the essentials. The staff were pleasant and very helpful. The rooms were nice. The least comfortable part of our stay were the pillows - no support! […] We also chose to walk to Elland Road Stadium from the hotel, which took approx. 20-25mins (I consider that very good if you're a walker. If not, there are plenty of taxis!) We really enjoyed our stay at the Park Plaza and would highly recommend it, especially to shoppers! Læs mere

The Hotel is in an excellent location, near to the main railway station. The facilities are fine, but the hotel has obviously had many weekend partying guests, for many of the carpets and walls are severley stained. Clearly there is a need for some re-decoration

All staff very helpful. Rooms clean, large & bright, great veiws across the city. Hotel is in a great location. Qpark 5min walk away, with hotel discount £11.80 for 24hrs - v reasonable! Only negatives were the pillows, paper thin & therefore pointless, & the TV was prehistoric! All in all great value!

A lovely room on the 17th floor overlooking Leeds with a great view of the sunset. The bed was a generous kingsize and very comfortable. Plenty of space in the room, which was handy as I had some work to do. Shower was nice and powerful. Breakfast was good value, especially if you book the night before. "hotel that provide comfort"
was at Park Plaza Leeds for the third time, last two stay was upgraded to executives room .. it was wonderful, the bed are big enough for four people. Bar was good and had a very chill atmosphere. Restaurant was amazing.. the food is excellent , so was the staff would most definetly stay here again when in town

Excellent location across the street from the train station and right in the centre, walkable distance to plenty of bars and eateries. Staff on Reception were very busy to be fair, but rather abrupt and unhelpful when checking in and out. We checked in at 2pm but our friend's room wasn't available until 3pm which wasn't very helpful when we had made […] plans for a meal at that time; they used our room to get ready in. Very modern reception and bar areas and the staff were really helpful and accomodating. Rooms were nice and had comfortable beds, only negatives were stained carpets and splashed water marks on the (misted glass) bathroom door . Great base to explore Leeds. Close to bars, shopping & beside train station. Breakfast a bit expensive considering what's available nearby. Sky Sports in bedrooms which was great.

"shabby all round"
Hairs in bath tub. Cold room service. Broken gym equipment. And dont stay in room 402 unless you want to be woken up at 6am to the sounds of a treadmil. Definitely not worth the money

We were very satisfied with our stay at the Park Plaza Hotel, the room was great, lovely breakfast, very clean but we did have one item of room service we weren't very happy with. We ordered the room service at around half past ten at night due to us not feeling well enough to go out to eat and being tired so we did not complain straight away. Instead […] we mentioned it when we checked out only to be told because we didn't complain at the time we would only be able to be discounted 15% of our room service bill which was only around £2.50 instead of the £7.00 we spent on the item.
