HYATT house Pleasanton - Pleasanton

My room was fabulous, beautifull new everything - counters, appliances, furniture, fixtures. I wassorry I was only staying for one night, I could easily stay there 3 months. The only "negative" - and a temporary one - is the construction going on.

We had a party and didn't want to drive. Great little suite with a comfortable bed. Very reasonable rates. I would recommend it. There were others there who used the heated pool and spa. Nice place and a quick BART into San Francisco

Everything was just wonderful until we arrived back to the hotel on Saturday evening to see no one had cleaned....Sunday we left and returned in the evening and the same thing had happened again. One time we could handle but twice? We had to take the garbage downstairs ourselves, and pick up some clean towels. What was that about?

I booked. Room in this hotel due to having kitchen living area and large beds! Pleased with accommodations! Hotel remodeling as Hyatt recently bought Summerfield Suites Moved room 4 times- first hAd smell, toilet in one room was not cleaned then stopped up and overflowed Third workers did punch list painting left fumes!!! We have stayed here for many years and things are getting shabby. I understand an update is near. They had only one man doing breakfast and hard to keep up with volume in the Holiday season. Suites are a great set up - two bedrooms each with their own bath and then a nice common space with kitchen. All the rooms have new flat screen tv's and the common room has a dvd. Breakfast is usually pretty good (sometimes things are a little oversteamed if you wait until the end) and staff are friendly. Nice hotel a king bed in each bedroom a comfortable hida bed. Well supplied kitchen. Clean and roomy suite. We have a large family of 5 and we had plenty of room. Great morning breakfast.

Nice staff, good breakfast buffet...room not very comfortable but ok....a little dated but good value for the price

Lovely hotel. Cant complain about a single thing. We got a complimentary upgrade to a king suite (2 bedrooms... oh my gosh these rooms are enormous! Two bathrooms, massive closets, a fully functional kitchen... amazing!) We were up on the top floor - (3 stories) - and it was very quiet & peaceful. Its far away enough from the freeway that you dont […] hear a thing. The area is very safe as well - or at least, we felt safe walking around after dark. The free WIFI at this hotel is also one of the best we've had anywhere - fantastic service. The nearby resturaunts are great - Eddie Pappa's American Hangout is FANTASTIC! I highly recommend this place. The food is wonderful quality, well-cooked and awesome service. (You have to try the cocktail - 'Intoxicating Kiss' too!) The breakfast is good - though there were many many soccer kids there so it was nearly impossible to access the breakfast bar! haha Thanks guys for giving us such a wonderful stay! Breakfast needs to be handle a bit better on the weekends due to th volume, otherwise it was a great place to stay.

Thoroughly enjoyed our visit. Only complaint is that the food was not always warm.

the sofa bed mattress was not comfortable at all which i consider condition of hotel my family had a difficult time sleeping on it .

The hotel stay was wonderful, BUT I left my favorite sweater in the room. I called the hotel the afternoon of check out, they said they would check and call me back. No one returned my call. Location was great. Very clean. Nice and quiet yet close to downtown, restaurants and shops. Very friendly staff. Fire alarm did go off and the next day we lost power however not hotels fault.

Excellent place to stay. Great neighborhood. Quite and clean

This hotel was clean and conveniently located to the nearby restaurants and the BART station. We would stay here again especially at the great rate we received.

Our room exceeded our expectation. Extremely clean and well stocked. One of the quietest places we have stayed. The breakfast was plentiful and tasty. Starbucks and restaurants were well within walking distance of hotel. Only thing I would add to the room would be a magnifying mirror in the bath vanity. A very nice and confortable hotel. A pleasant and quiet neighbourhood. Clean and well kept room, which included a small kitchen. Staff very polite and helpful. We enjoyed our stay.

Located in the valley the hotel is surrounded by hills with beautiful green trees and flowers. The hotel becomes a home away from home. Very relaxing, and I will be back. Upon getting up we walk into the lobby and the wonderful smells of breakfast hits us, what a plus. You will love to stay here.

Nothing exceptional, but if you've got to be in Pleasanton, go for it. I got upgraded to a 2 bedroom, but it was just me, so it was kind of pointless. It as a nice gesture though. The gym was clean, the hot tub was open, and the reception and breakfast were convenient. The DVD player was a bonus.

The rooms were great. I love the full kitchen. The whole experience makes me feel like I am at home.

Our suite was clean, quiet, comfortable and the wifi worked well through out the suite. There was a big variety of food served at the free breakfast with people available to clean tables, as questions or add to the food buffet. The pool was nice, the grounds pleasant. The Rooms are big enough to be comfortable when travelling with 2 or more people. The hospitality features of breakfast and evening socials are done extremely well. Good presentation, good variety of food choices, very good staff.

We stayed there on two separate occasions on our trip. The weekend night was actually cheaper and a good price. The weekday was too expensive $199 and if it wasn't for the fact of wanting the kids in the same suite, two hotel rooms at some other locations would probably been better. There are no elevators, so if you have big bags, then you might not […] like hauling them up two flights of steps. We had in-laws and they are elderly. So, they were lucky we were there to help. The breakfast was good, Embassy Suite travels would see it as sub par, but it was better than most three stars. Læs mere
