Had to stay one night close to the airport in Düsseldorf due to my plane leaving the next day, so I searched for hotels and found this one at a very reasonable price. The hotel is a good 20 minutes walk from the airport. Arrived at the desk - the reception was clean and tidy, the girl behind the desk was nice and helpful, checkin went great. The room […] was large, clean and spotlessly clean. Nice radio and tv in the room, nice and large bed. Everything seemed new and not worn at all. The area around the hotel is a bit out of the town, very little going on. You'll find a few restaurants and a small supermarket (spätkauf) about 10 minutes walk away, but there's not much more in this area. Woke up next day to find a newspaper outside my door - a pleasant surprise. Checkout the next day was very smooth and took less than two minutes, no problems at all and still helpful and friendly staff. I did not have breakfast at the hotel as I found the price a bit high. Room large and very clean, friendly and helpful staff, close to train and tram station.

Picture this: you stumble into your hotel after traveling for twenty hours. Your wife and baby are exhausted. You ask for your room. Oh, you can't have it yet, is the reply. Why? You ask. Is it not ready? No, it's ready, is the reply. Is it not clean? Is your next question. Plumbing problem perhaps? No, they say. The room is completely ready for you, […] only you can't have it yet, because check in is not for a couple hours. Gee, you explain, we have been traveling for a long time, and you see, we have this very tired baby. Tough, is their reply. Or, you can pay us to check in a couple hours early. OK, how much? You ask. Well, we charge by the hour, is their reply. Like a seedy motel in a red light district! After we paid the significant fee for the early check in, we asked for a quiet room at least. See above re tired baby. So they gave us the room right by the train tracks. Oh, that's right. Most of the hotel is right adjacent to a very noisy train track. Then the AC didn't work. And the shower flooded. Every time we traipsed through the tres hip lobby, with the music blaring, we couldn't help thinking that this hotel has an identity crisis. Is it a nice hotel, or one that nickels and dimes its tired customers, one that charges by the hour? Is it a hip locale where small things can be overlooked? Or is it a hotel where things should function properly, because its proximity to the airport means traveling families and business people will stay here? The hotel was very nice BUT, it was surrounded by streetcars that ran until 11:00pm. It was humid outside and the AC was not turned on in the Hotel. That is typical in small hotels in Europe but imagine trying to sleep with the window wide open to get some air and then the streetcars running every 5 minuits. It soundrd like they were in our room. Hotel room was good. Decent size and very clean. I had a single room that was larger than most in Europe. Location is about 10 minutes to airport. I had rental car that was being returned to Dusseldorf airport. Parking at hotel was in back for about 10euro. There is no entrance to hotel from parking so you have to carry bags to front entrance... somewhat […] inconvenient for me as it was raining. Easy access to the S11 train to Dusseldorf airport. For the price the room was better than expected. Arrived too late for local restaurants therefore would recommend planning an early arrival. Elevator was very small for two adults with two pull along bags.

The hotel is five mintes by cab fron the DUS eairport. We arrived at 11:00 P.M. and we needed to catch a flight early the next morning. The room was very spacious, comfortable and clean. We had a flat screen TV and an impeccably clean bathroom. It's the sort of room you find in most five star hotels. The cabbie wasn't very happy that the ride was so […] short, but he took us anyway. The only minor problem was that that our room shook a little because of the trolley cars rumble every few hours through the night on a side srteet of the hotel. Beakfast wa very good. It offered meats, hard boiled eggs and all sorts of pastry and cerals. The wake up call came in 25 min. late, but luckily, we didn't need it. Læs mere

Check-in clerk told us breakfast would be 6 Euro. Two of us heard this and repeated it to the third in our party in front of the clerk. Imagine our surprise when, after eating breakfast, we were charged 16 Euro each for breakfast! I initially spoke German to the clerk at check in, and she switched to English, so I assumed she was comfortable with English. […] I guess she didn't know the difference between 6 and 16 in English. Breakfast was NOT worth 16 Euros--6 was a fair price. Check out clerk did refund one breakfast so we paid 32 Euro instead of 48--still ridiculous. Also, there were 3 in the room and the 3rd bed was an air mattress--not what we'd expected. Close to public transportation, taxi to airport was very reasonable. Læs mere

very friendly staff, clean rooms, good breakfast, staying there again if I can. Also got very reasonable rate. love the coffee machine in the bar.

Alles sehr schön, aber leider war das Bad nicht sehr komfortabel. Das Waschbecken ist einfach viel zu klein. Für ein sog. Designhotel würde ich mir auch ein moderneres Badezimmer wünschen. Ansonsten war das Hotel sehr schön und der Service sehr gut.

Schon am Empfang sehr symp. Eindruck. Zimmer sehr geräumig, sauber, gemütlich und behaglich. Betten sehr bequem. Bad klein aber ausreichend, sehr sauber und wie das gesamte Zimmer super ausgestattet. Habe mir die Hoteldaten archiviert, um bei nächster Gelegenheit darauf zurückgreifen zu können. Habe das Hotel schon weiterempfohlen und werde das auch […] weiterhin tun. Klasse! Læs mere

очень хороший отель, порадовало знание русского языка у администратора, удобно, недалеко от аэропорта, рядом отсановка, единственное - хотелось бы русского телевидения

No está tan cerca del Aeropuerto como parece. El servicio en recepción excelente. Habitaciones enormes y baño pequeño.

Stayed here for 5 nights. Really nice room, friendly staff, stable wi-fi (but a bit slow). Room has nice balcony but no minibar. Comfortable bed and you can take the tram to the city, or buss 760/729 to the airport. The airport is 25 minutes by foot and you get to walk trough a nice park. Wir blieben leider nur eine Nacht aber muss sagen es war ein sehr sauberes Hotel mit sauberen Zimmer. Die Angestellten waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich kann es nur weiterempfehlen.

große, komfortable Zimmer; habe ein Deluxe-Zimmer gebucht, das Bad war in Ordnung, würde ich aber nicht in diese Kategorie einordnen. Die Dusche war funktional, entspricht aber nicht mehr heutigen Designvorstellungen, auf die das Hotel ja ansonsten viel Wert legt. Die Lage zum Flughafen ist ideal (Taxikosten: 6,-bis 7,-€). Sehr nette Hilfe an der Rezeption. Mit der S-Bahn nur eine Station zum Flughafen. Sehr saubere Wohlfühlzimmer. Gegend ist nicht so toll. Straßenbahn fährt genau am Hotel vorbei: leichte Lärmbelästigung.

Vi fick veta att vi var dubble bokade på våran resa tillbaka fast vi frågade och kollade bokningen 2 veckor innan i reception på samma hotell i borjan av våran semestern. Det var ingen kul att betala för 2 rum när vi använde bara ett. Alice, Denni

Inget fel på hotell. Det ända att det står a beskrivningen att den ligger 800 meter från flygplats. Men man måste ta taxi för att komma dit. Det otrevliga var att vi var dubble bokade och de erbjöd oss 2 rum. Hur kom det sig vet vi inte. Alice, Denni

Bra, rent og ok straight hotell ikke langt fra flyplassen. (må ta taxi). Helt kurrant!
