Rigtig god beliggenhed i forhold til LAX og super med shuttle service. Lidt uheldig med swimmingpoolområde var under reperation, vi blev henvist af en lidt smart receptionist til nabohotel, hvor der var mange problemer med at komme ind. Gode værelser.

Virkelig god service fra alt personalet, meget opmærksomme. Dejlig morgen buffet med mange forskellige ting. Svimmingpool området er ok, kunne være mere hyggeligt hvis det var mere tæt buskads ud til hovedvejen evt. sammen med støjdæmpende anordning. Det samme gør sig gældende ved basket banen. Fitnes rummet er meget småt, der er 2 løbebånd og 1 crosstrainer, samt en multimaskine til forskellige øvelser, ikke særlig god. Vaskerummet er ok. Der er rent og pænt alle steder. Madrassen i sengen og sovesofaen kunne være bedre. Et sted vi godt kunne finde på at vælge igen.

Hotellet er lille, men rigtig hyggeligt. Værelserne er rimelig små, men pladsen er udnyttet godt og har alt hvad man skal bruge. Værelserne er pæne, rene og hyggelige. Personalet er super søde og MEGET hjælpsomme. Morgenmadsbuffeten er lille med et lille udvalg, men stadig fin og nok til at starte dagen på. Hotellet ligger et par hundrede meter fra Beverly Centret, som har et hav af butikker (inkl Macy´s og Bloomingdales) og en håndfuld spisesteder. Skråt over for hotellet ligger der også et supermarked/stor kiosk som har åbent 24 timer i døgnet. Beliggenhed er lidt svært at tale om når man er i LA, da byen er kæmpe stor og har mange områder, men Beverly området er et af de pænere områder og Hollywood Boulevard og Sunset Boulevard ligger ca 10 min i bil op af sidegaden. Hotellet kan helt klart anbefales og er et hotel vi godt kunne vende tilbage til hvis vi igen skulle komme forbi LA.

walking distance to some really great dinning areas, great shopping and still quiet, clean and friendly hotel.
"Comfortable, clean and friendly"
We had a good stay at the HGI - Calabasas. It is well maintained and very comfortable. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. It has easy access to the highway and is very close to good restaurants as well as Starbucks and Corner Bakery. All in all, we would recommend it highly.
"Not Bad"
The hotel and room itself were above average and I did not hear any of the other guests while I was in my room. However...the room smelled a bit of paint and/or carpet cleaning, (maybe they are renovating?) and the soda machines on 2 floors did not work. I have arrived saturday afternoon, my on line reservation has allready been paid for so ,with in few minutes i was heading to my room. after long day at work it felt good to come to a clean quite room (the hotel is under renovation i think) so the floor i was on had empty rooms so it was quite. Thanks Hilton Garden Inn I will be back
"Nice Hotel, Really"
TV is pretty basic, and in room movies run from $5 and up. So be warned if you're not a reader. Room service is REALLY pricey. I was kind of disappointed as the food was pretty average. Breakfast buffet is nice, if you eat a big breakfast, but if you're a toast and coffee kind of person, there isn't much for you. They don't have anything BUT the buffet. […] They graciously just didn't charge me for the buffet and just charged my husband for the buffet since I had a bagel and cream cheese and nothing else. Overall, I really liked the hotel and found the tub deep enough for an actual bath. We were there on business, so we didn't really spend much time in the room or in the area. There are several good restaurants nearby and the neighborhood feels quite nice and safe. I'd definitely recommend it. The bed is one of those adjustable ones, but it was fine. It's not the sleep number air mattress kind of adjustable but something else and it worked just fine for me. I can't sleep on a sleep number bed. Læs mere

Got to our room and it was freezing because the heater wasn't working. We had no trash cans and light bulbs were burned out. They put us on a floor where they were making tons of noise by the maintenence crew. At 8am I had to open the door and tell them to shut up because they were all drilling and using power tools and talking loudly right outside […] of my door. I brought my mother down for her 70th birthday, to see Dionne Warwick perform at Pepperdine. Hotel was easy to find, clean, my mother commented it's one of the nicest hotels she's stayed at. The gentleman at the front desk was very friendly and chatted with us, then acknowledged us and smiled when we walked past him on our way to the concert. "Just Okay..."
For being a Hilton, I was a bit disappointing in the hotel. The staff was very friendly, and I have nothing but good things to say about them. However, the first morning, there wasn't any hot water for my shower. I called the front desk and they said that they would send someone right up. 10 mins go by, and I had to get ready, so I turned the heater […] way up and braved the cold shower. The next morning, (around 9 am) I was awoken by what sounded like people bowling above me. (Being on the top floor, I knew it wasn't another guest). When I went down for breakfast, I saw they were taking out and changing the carpets, which was probably the reason for the loud noises. We found this to be a lovely place to stay. It is easy to visit both the San Fernando Valley and Conejo Valley areas as it is right off the 101 freeway.

"Easy access to Pepperdine"
Comfortable hotel with easy access. This was my fourth stay and I will stay again. My only complaint this time was that the hotel seemed much noisier than usual.

I stay here everytime I visit my son!! The beds are so GREAT!! Very comfortable . . .great night sleep!! My room was very clean and I will definately be coming back to stay here on my next visit to Calabasas!!
The Hilton Garden Inn in Calabasas was excellent. We were very happy and would recommend it to all our friends. Not far to Malibu yet away from all the crowds.

"LA burb"
Not exactly close to downtown but easy access to freeway to studios and the hotel was great. Also the staff were very friendly and helpful.
"Decent Hotel, Service Could be a lot better"
The hotel was decent, my only gripe was with the service. I was in town to run the bulldog 50K at the nearby Malubi Creek State Park and when I booked I requested a late checkout. Whne I checked in I followed up with the front desk to make sure I could get an extra hour or two on the checkout time and they told me to check back in the morning. I did […] just that the next morning and was told I should have arranged for that the previous night - sucks for me... "Thin walls"
The walls are so thin that I could hear next room and people in the hallways. The housekeeping started cleaning in the room above me at 8am.

The grounds were maintained nicely. The beds were so uncomfortable and the room smelled like smoke. Thin walls. It was a nice looking hotel though.

Stayed here while visiting the Reagan Library and Malibu beach. Short and beautiful drives to both places. The hotel was wonderful. Quiet, clean, and the family loved the pool and hot tub. The location was great. We were just a block away from nice restaurants and shopping. Would stay there again.

The hotel was nice, but the things they say they have, they do not, like a Bar/Lounge NO and NO Place to eat with in the Hotel, the king room was suppose to have a flat screen tv, not that either. But the over all stay was ok.

Centrally located on a quiet hillside. Close to the best surfing/sunbathing beaches, canyons, parks, and beautiful smaller cities west of Los Angeles. My family and I stayed here for the weekend since we were attending a wedding in Malibu. It was only 20 minutes from PCH and was a very beautiful and scenic drive through the Santa Monica Mtns. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The front desk staff was able to accomodate our needs/requests despite hosting 3 weddings and a bar mitzvah. The hotel […] is also very conveniently located....you can walk to the Commons shopping plaza where there are multiple restaurants ranging in price. "FIRST CLASS HOTEL"
We arrived early at about 10:30 AM and were worried about the check-in. The receptionist was pleasant and told us there was no problem and we were swttled into out very comfortable, clean room at 10:45 AM. The area offered great restaurants, shopping malls and a short, but traffic congested trip to downtown Los Angeles. Staff was excellent. The hotel is one minute to the 101 FWY and 10 minutes to Malibu beach. Shopping and restaurants were walking distance. I will definitely stay there on my next visit to L.A.

We stayed one night in the Hilton Garden Inn - had two queen beds facing the parking lot on the third floor. It was quiete - I ocassionally heard the TV of the neighbors - but I guess thats normal for a price. The hotel room was clean, had a large bathroom and the beds were comfortable.
