This hotel was ok untill we visited the restaurant. The restaurant service was rude and close to non-exsistent. The buffet was poor and not well assorted at all. The tip is; Sleep at the hotel - do not eat there! There are restaurants close by - they know about service. Try the Pizza/fast food right around the corner from this hotel.....

Vi var to voksne og et barn og vi blev meget overrasket over hvor dejligt hotellet er. det er utrolig billigt at bo på og det ligger meget centralt. vi havde to kæmpe store dobbelt senge. rengøringen var perfekt og alt blev stort set skiftet hver dag, selv gardinerne blev skiftet mens vi var der :) Vi havde ikke booket 1/2 elle 1/4 pension men spiste […] morgen mad på hotellet en gang men det var lidt dyrere i forhold til, at der ligger en masse cafer lige op af og der kan man få en dejlig morgen mad med alt til næsten ingen penge. vi kan med glæde anbefale at man inlogrer sig på Hôtel l'Elysée Val d'Europe hvis man både skulle opleve disney men også bare hvis man vil bo centralt i paris, der er metro lige ved siden af og det er let at komme frem og tilbage mellem disney både med hotellets bus eller metroen som jo også er let mellem hotel og paris. The Hotel was very nice; the staff spoke good English and were very helpful. The room was comfy and clean. The free shuttle bus to Disneyland from outside the hotel was a bonus. (We came back on the RER though because we left the park at 11pm and the last bus wasn't until 11.35pm). The hotel breakfast was very good also. Brilliant location and easy access to Disneyland Paris. Shopping centre accross the road with huge supermarket and food court as park is quite expensive. Hotel facilities very basic but clean rooms and suitable for upto 4 people.

Very good hotel very clean and a great location Disney bus stop outside and a huge shopping mall over the road. One or two bars and restaurants close by but nothing to shout about. Overall a great hotel, the only critisism there are no tea/coffee facilities in the rooms. We never ate in the hotel so can't comment on the food.

Nice hotel which is clean and tidy and has friendly staff. Good continental breakfast. Very convenient for Disney and not too bad for the centre of Paris (40 mins on the RER - Station within 100 metres). Room could benefit from coffee and tea making facilities. If you like a brew of an evening, take your own kettle. Paid extra for secure underground […] parking - on street parking limited. Great hotel in central location for shops and resteraunts. Shuttle bus to and from Disneyland outside the front of the hotel with a regular service all day. Service by the hotal was very helpful. food and drink good.

Location is good, right next to a shops, stores and a quick 5 min train ride to Disneyland Paris. The room was okay. Certainly not a 4 star hotel. This would probably be more of a 2 star in the USA. The cleaning staff doesn't clean thoroughly and leave the rooms and hallways looking dirtier than the rest of the hotel really should for it's age. If you're […] considering staying here for business and need internet access, don't. The internet is completely unusable. Slower than dial-up when/if you can get a connection and stay on it. I skipped the hotel provided breakfast and dinner because the costs were astronomical compared to what was offered. I had a 4 night stay, which was more than enough time there. 5 rooms that we know of were broken into including ours taking over $5000.00 euro. from the safe with no forced entry to the room, and compensation from the hotel at all. NOTHING!!!! The keep telling us the investigation is on going, but they know it was an employee and yet still nothing!! We will never recommend this Hotel to anyone also I will inform […] my travel agent to tell all of her clients and co-workers as well. Passports we also stolen and airplane tickets from the safe. Hotel was just metres away from.the station. Shopping centre great with restaurants. Free bus for Disney good, busy but only in it for ten mins max. Highly recommend and would go back.

One of several hotels located in the Val d'Europe area close to Disneyland Paris and this is probably the nicest of the lot. Modern facilities, clean rooms and nice bar area. Underground secured parking on site was a bonus as were the competitive room rates. Access to Disneyland is either by the regular public bus service (free travel for Hotel guests) […] from the stop just outside the hotel of via the RER train service a short walk from the hotel (travel time 4 mins!). If you prefer a more traditional look rather than the themed Disney hotels and don't mind the distance then it's a great way to save money. The location is great, opposite the hotel you can find the train station and a big shopping mall where you can get everything you need. The service is above standard of this class. Originally we planned to keep the luggage in the hotel when we got there around 07:00. The front desk gentlemen gave us a room after we changed our schedule to go to disneyland […] as the weather forecast was not good on the following day. We had a great stay at this hotel. Excellent location for Disneyland. Very convenient to have a beautiful shopping centre opposite. We were very impressed with all the staff, they were excellent Always very helpful and welcoming. They were very happy to speak English.

We used this hotel for our family trip to Disneyland Paris over the New Year. It is very well situated with regular free shuttle bus service to Disney. The Val D'Europe shopping centre is just over the road which has an Auchan supermarket. There is a food court here which has a great selection of restaurants to give you a break from the Disney staple […] diet of burger chips & pizza. There is a fantastis patisserie just over the road from the Hotel next to the rail station entrance, We bought baguettes etc every morning to take with us to Disney for lunch, tastier and much cheaper than eating in the parks. The hotel was very good. Very well presented, good rooms and very friendly staff. Breakfast buffet is well worth doing, its continental but its all fresh and plentiful. Stayed 2 nights, 2 mins walk from train station, Val D'Europe, one stop from Disney, free shuttle bus to Disney from Hotel door and back, takes 7-8 mins, next to Val D'Europe shopping centre, staff very helpful and friendly, nice bar in lobby area, continental breakfast lovely and plenty of it. Excellent and convienant hotel for both Disney and shopping mall. Only down side is parking that is on the street (restrictions) or at the car park at 10 E per 24 hours

It was dirty, my 18 month old daughter found a pair of dirty knickers in the wardrobe... The staff are rude and unhelpful. There's no room service or in room facilities for drinks and no mini bar. There's also no information in the room about the hotels checking out times, restaurant times and local information.

Good points: Excellent value for money - we stayed for two nights in a room for four people and it was far cheaper than an equivalent hotel in the UK. The beds were comfy, the room was clean and the location was handy. There is a supermarket in the shopping centre across the road. The hotel has a secure room where you can leave your bags after checking […] out. The free shuttle bus to the Disney parks picks up at this hotel first, which we realised was important when we saw how full it got at hotels further down the line. Bad points: The hotel has the benefit of extra magic hours at the Disney parks, but the shuttle bus doesn't run early enough for you to take advantage of them - you would have to take the train. We only had two coathangers in the wardrobe, so hanging up wet clothes after a day in the parks was difficult. Læs mere

My stay at Hotel l'Elysee Val d'Europe was for two weeks. The room was roomy and comfortable. Bed was a queen, but very comfortable (room had two). The staff all speak multiple languages, including English, and are quite helpful and friendly. The hotel is literally right across the street from the Val d'Europe Mall, providing shopping and restaurants. […] There are also a number of small restaurants in the neighborhood. There are also a number of VISA ATM machines very close by for easy access to cash. The RER station is just around the corner, offering convenient train transportation to and from Paris. The hotel provided a plug adaptor for use during the stay and provided free wireless internet. The internet is a bit slow. Ive been to disney twice now and previously stayed at a themed hotel but having stayed at this hotel, Im converted by its simplicity and elegant style. Also a 2 min walk to the supermarket to buy lunch and breakfast, saved a small fortune and didnt have to live on chips chips and more chips! The staff were really really helpful and always smiling. I would recommend this hotel to any one with a family that is trying to keep the cost down on their trip to Disneyland. It is very close to the park and is excellent value. Very friendly and professional. It will be on my first on my list when we travel again.

The official check-in time at this hotel is 3:00 p.m. However, it allowed me early check-in at 10:15 a.m. without extra cost when I intended to store my luggage at the front desk on the date of arrival. Absolutely perfect !!!

Supper comfortable, and well located. Only 10mins from Disneyland Paris by taking the free bus services. A big shopping mall is just over the street, bought lots of fashions there.

This hotel is a basic place, but in a great location. Right across from a great mall and a quick bus ride to Disneyland. Worth it if you're okay with a just okay room but want a great location.

Pros - Great location. Very close to RER station (only 30 meters away), close to shopping mall especially the supermarket. Shuttle service to and from Disneyland (only 10 minutes away). Early entrance to Disneyland (by 8am). Nice neighbourhood. Room is very clean. People at the reception can speak English very well. Cons - No tea/coffee service in […] room which is quite unbelievable for this level of hotel. Even Travelodge offers tea/coffee service. Request for iron but have to pay a deposit of 40 Euros. Took the room price with breakfast but was mistakenly requested to pay again. Breakfast is very simple, simply not worth the amount paid. The same amount could have bought more food from the supermarket. The shuttle service to Disneyland is convenient but it was quite a rough ride. The driver drives quite recklessly especially at sharp turns and stopping. The shuttle can also be quite full at peak time. Would be better to take the RER which is just one station away. Læs mere

This is a HUGE negative when it's over 80 during the day! - Free wi-fi but you have to ask specifically for the […] login info - In room safe but you have to ask specifically for the key card - Very expensive for the quality of stay Spend the extra money and stay at one of the Disney properties. You can always take the RER A to Val d'Europe to stock up on supplies. Suggestions if you decide to stay here: - When not at Disney, eat at one of the many places in Val d'Europe. Breakfast, lunch and dinner, it's all good. Don't eat at the hotel. - There is a Dry Cleaner's (wash and dry clean services) on the bottom floor of Val d'Europe that is MUCH cheaper than the hotel. Very nice and convenience place, but no coffee in room or free breakfast like the one in London, England.

Had an envelope sent there for me and I phoned a few times the days before our arrival to see it was there yet. Front desk staff were all very willing to check (and all spoke fluent English). Even the day before the staff said the envelope had not yet arrived. So I checked with the sender who said it'd arrived a week earlier. I phoned back on the day […] of our arrival and the front desk confirmed the envelop was there. The staff seem very familiar with people expecting envelopes/pkgs to be waiting for them. Perhaps because of this the admin/office holds the mail in the back until your check in date to reduce the clutter at the front? Regardless, they are used to this situation and you can probably rest assured that your envelope/pkg/tickets, etc will arrive safely and be waiting for you. Booked this hotel independently from a Disney pkg and was able to enjoy Extra Magic Hrs. Be sure to bring your room key cover for access to EMH. Would definitely stay here again for this benefit. Stephan checked us in near midnite and was friendly and great. Check out was easy as was storing our luggage for the day. When we returned to pick up our luggage, we had to wait for a bit as two female front desk staff chatted with each other and ignored us. No vending machines available. Also be careful stepping out of the shower. The step out of the tub is quite a big drop. Hold onto the wall and not the glass divider as it moves. Signage was very difficult to see at nite so if you're arriving late, here are some directions: When you exit the RER stn head toward Val d'Europe exit. After you've left the front of the subway stn, Hl'E is kittycorner across the street on the right. Overall a good place to stay, close to the subway, generally friendly staff, and clean functional rooms. Nice lobby area. Læs mere

We took an extended 26 day vacation and traveled Europe. We stayed in numerous places mostly for a day and a half and then moved on to our next destination. When we arrived in Paris, our stay was planned for three days and we stayed at this hotel for all three. We were extremely pleased upon arrival. The front desk personnel were extremely professional, […] very friendly and overall pleasing. The lobby is very clean as is the bar area and restaurant areas. Our room was very clean, good size and overlooked an open area where shops and other food establishments were. It's literally across the street from the train station so it's well placed if you arrive that way. There is a free bus that took us directly to Disneyland and back which is great and a huge mall literally across the street from the front doors. The only down side was breakfast. It's a free for all and seemed as if everyone wanted to eat at the same time. Its a mad dash to try and get something to eat and not enough food for everyone, that's why I gave it a 4 on quality of service. Unless you want cold cereal and no milk. Stayed 2 nights whilst visiting Disney - great location. Hotel basic but room clean & beds comfortable with good en suite. The restaurant was unexpectedly being refurbished during our stay ( in August!) so had breakfast in conference room. Buffet style breakfast with some choice (although not extensive) and tables completely bare - had to set our own […] table - which gave a slightly 'school canteen' feel rather than hotel eating place. For a bed near Disney without Disney hotel price tag, it's good. Need to pay for parking but it's secure and can either drive & park at Disney for free or get courtesy bus. A Great Hotel situated 1 train stop from main Disney station. Local train station is 100m from the hotel so closer to Disney than most Disney Hotels! Hotel is reasonable quality although the bathrooms are quite nice. We stayed in a family room with 2 double beds. Tv is basic but room has free wifi - mind you very ssllllloooooowwwww! Ask reception for […] wifi login details. We didn't eat here as the food was basic and a little pricey as are most "Disney affiliated hotels". The hotel is just across from the Val d'Europa shopping centre with more than enough choice for food, drink & shopping etc. Stock up on your goodies or else pay through the nose inside Disneyland. Get a one stop train ticket for disney for less than €5 (one way for a family of 4) - though you can't purchase a return? No hesitation in recommending the hotel. Can't vouch for the breakfast as it was too pricey for a continental affair. Settled for a coffee and danish at the station or across the road in the hypermarket. By the way you get in early to Disney ahead of everyone else (2 hours) although I'm beginning to wonder whether it made any difference - not all Disney rides open until 10am-ish. Læs mere

The hotel was a in good location for the Disney parks. The bus ride could be rough as the drivers don't do gentle braking!! The room was very good and had loads of sleeping room for 3 adults ( 2 large double beds). The buffett breakfast was good with lots of variety. We stayed at the hotel for two nights for a trip to Disneyland. Very convenient as it was very close to the metro station and shopping centre. Shuttle to Disney was fast with plenty of room. Would stay here again.

Het verblijf was prima, maar het ontbijt was zeer teleurstellend. Soms wachttijden om een plaatsje te krijgen en het brood was oud en beslist niet lekker. Verder misten we het eitje.

Bra läge, ligger jätte nära tåg och buss samt ett stort köpcentre, ska jag till Disneyland igen, så kommer jag att komma tillbaka, minus är hotellets frukost, kunde kanske varit lite mer variation! Men den var fräsch ändå.
