Very average hotel (certainly not 4-star) with less than friendly service. As seems unfortunately common in the city of Granada (nowhere else in Spain), as soon as you begin check-in, a passport is rudely demanded of each guest. Clearly, a EU visitor does NOT need a passport to come into Spain, and will likely not have one available for hotel purposes. […] Reception staff insist endlessly that it is required for check-in until (after many minutes)... they finally accept whatever ID card you do have on you. Not at all as nice as advertised. Broken shower in my room and nobody came to fix it, nor did they apologize when I brought it up at checkout...The staff is brutal, stay away.

Walking distance from city center and bus service. Generally clean. No wash cloth or clock/alarm provided.

Room adequate but warm and ac not working but window open. roof top pool good for central location. Breakfast plain but adequate. Clean. Reception helpful. Taxi rank in next street and very reasonable taxi rates to Alhambra and train station.

This hotel was definitely overpriced for the quality. I chose an option that included breakfast. The food was decent, but I would suggest going somewhere else if it is not already included in the price. It was not worth the money. Also, Our airconditioning didn't work, even after they came to the room a number of times to fix it. They would not let […] us switch rooms. The people at the front desk were friendly, but their english wasn't that great and they were not aware of events in the area. I would not recommend this hotel as your first choice if you can find something within the same price range. Hope this helps! Læs mere

Spent 3 nights in the Corona. Very helpful front desk, good breakfast options, wonderful rooftop pool and patio area. Room was clean and spacious enough. Good Location, easy walk to everything in Granada, some good restaurants nearby and a couple of bars as well. For the price, a very good Hotel.

The hotel was convenient and within walking distance to places in Granada. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet for the most part. The breakfast was enough to keep you going and the buffet had something for everyone.

We had a good experience at this hotel. Rooms are comfortable and clean.

Great location, easy to find, close to shops, restaurants and alhambra. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly, lovely pool on rooftop. We didnt eat at restaurant so cannot comment on food. Very flexible on parking, although we checked out at 12.00, we picked up the car hours later and the hotel was completely fine about it and no further charges […] were incurred. Had a lovely time. Si bien en la cafetería ponían un café exquisito, el bebedizo que salía de la máquina de café del bufé del desayuno era realmente infumable.

El hotel está muy bien úbicado para ir dando un paseo al centro, sino cerca de autobuses por si no quieres andar. El personal un encanto, tuvimos que cambiar varias veces de habitación por que las instalaciones son un poco viejas y nos falló la calefacción y la nevera, pero fue decirlo y enseguida solucionaron en problema. Además aparcamos el coche […] a unas cuantas calles más abajo sin necesidad de pagar por el parking. La verdad es que fue una estancia muy buena. Læs mere

Excelente hotel. Custo benefício acima do esperado. Realmente vale a pena. Eu me hospedaria nele novamente sem pensar. Quarto e banheiro limpos e grandes. Atendimento excelente. No centro da cidade. Café da manha com bastante opções. Podem confiar.

Very disappointing hotels - was expecting more than a random place in the city. Staff Not very friendly or helpful. With no consideration - ambiance depressing. Fat food for breakfast - not even fresh food (milk, egg, cheese & vegs). Orange juice from the shelve, oranges are falling of trees in the street in this area. Hotel pas mal pour le prix mais vraiment vétuste. Ca ne correspond pas à ce dont on attend d'un hotel 4****. En dehors de ça il faut reconnaitre la propreté des chambres et la proximité à pied du centre ville.

Aspecto general de la habitacion no muy limpio, iluminacion mala,calefacion deficiente y ruidosa, los baños sucios sin desinfectar, se oye el ruido de los baños de otras habitaciones.

El puente estuvo perfecto, el personal del hotel pues en general estupendos, muy atentos y amables. el unico problema es el falta de agua caliente al haber mucha gente en el hotel, y tambien la falta de insonorizacion en las habitaciones. se podia oir todo lo de la habitacion de al lado. estuvieron unos niños jugando y gritando y corriendo en los pasillos […] y NADIE, ni los de la recepcion ni los padres irresponsables les dijeron nada y eran las 12h de la noche, increible. esos son los 2 problemas mas IMPORTANTES, aunque las WIFI en las habitaciones tambien no funcionaba, que he visto y este hotel por el buffet desayuno y el resto todo perfecto. Hotellet var bra med finbeliggenhet. God frokost. Fint med basseng.

très bonne situation de l'hôtel, bon accueil, très bon petit déjeuner. Nous n'avons pas fréquenté le restaurant. parking en sous-sol très bien (15€/j). Chambre spacieuse, propre,agréable, literie très bonne.malheureusement pas de double vitrage donc bruits de rue, insonorisation intérieure insuffisante, hôtel bruyant. Ce qui justifie un 2 au niveau […] du confort et donc un 3 d'évaluation générale, un 4 étoiles surestimé. Læs mere
