Et fint hotel hvor isaer vaerelset var flot,en hel lejlighed med det nyeste i koekken og hvidevarer.Langt over amerikansk standard.Samtidigt et yderst venligt personale overalt.Fin beliggenhed kun faa meter fra strand ,dog uden havudsigt fra vores rum.Ca 10 min gang til centrum Key West ,Sloppy Joes,etc. Anbefaler varmt hotellet.

The garden room we stayed in was not good. The bedroom configuration is very cramped; particularly the bathrooms. The cleanliness was the biggest problem. Shower faucet falling off, air filter caked with dirt that made our room smell musty and mildewy, brown stains on the bath towel, dirt and red spot stains on the pillowcase, obvious dirt stains on […] the living room seating, room mats were fility, obvious dust on bedroom furniture. We booked a garden room. It was so dark and overlooked the car park . When I complained they kept referring to me as a third party booking . So at expense we had to upgrade and move twice.

The location is perfect. Evenings are serene and peaceful but the excitement in Key West is just around the corner. The bi-level suite was just the thing for friends to talk, party etc. and then to retire to absolute privacy. All of the little extras made us feel special and cared for. I was very satisfied with all the services, and the hospitality of this hotel. When we come back to Key West I wont stay anywhere else. It was perfect!

We and other couple just returned from a three-night stay in a two bedroom suite at Santa Maria. The hotel exceeded our expectations in service, cleanliness and comfort. We loved that it is 1/2 block to the beach and across the street from a trolley stop - very convenient! We could not have been happier there and are already planning a return trip!

walking distance to most everything downtown, great sunset spot, NOT WATERFRONT! Do not be mislead by the pictures! 1 block from ocean. Extremely beautiful pool area, salt pool. Great service! We enjoyed the dove bars and local muffins daily.

Santa Maria Suites is perfectly located in the more quite parts of Key West but still just a block away from Duval Street. The suites are very well kept and clean. The staff is nice and service minded especially Cristina the concierge who looked after us at the poolside area.

What a sanctuary! We were thrilled with the luxurious accommodations and the friendliness of the staff. The hotel is slightly removed from the bustling Key West scene but a great walk (or a short pedicab ride) to Mallory Square. We are already planning a return trip!

The staff was very helpful, enthusiast and professional. We can't wait to go back!! So much to do in Key West. We wish we had bypassed the 3 days in Miami and stayed in Key West for the whole week. A rental car isn't really necessary. We rented scooters. Great way to get around and easier to park

I stayed here with my girlfriend on 12/16/12 only for one night (unfortunately). I tried to be as honest with my ratings as possible. This hotel really and truly is that great. I interacted with two different front desk personnel, one was a gentleman probably in his 50s. The other was a younger female. I did not get names but they were both INCREDIBLY […] pleasant and helpful. The room was beautiful. We got a 1 bedroom suite. It was beautiful. The modern touches like sinks, doorknobs, twin ceiling mounted shower heads, etc make you feel like you are staying in a much more expensive resort. Everything felt like it should have cost much more per night. I would compare this resort to the Parrot Key Resort. But this one is in an awesome location. It is basically a block away from Duval at the farthest quiet end. If you dont mind walking (we dont) than the location is PERFECT. Easy to get to all the happening locations but also in a VERY VERY quiet area. It was beautiful. Also there were 3 balconies. Which was amazing. The bed was insanely comfortable. The stairwell had ambient lighting which was very cool at night. 2 people might be overkill for some folks but we like to stay in nice places. A 2-3 bedroom suite would really be a treat for a larger group. I really had a great stay. Læs mere

Hotel was beautiful. At the quiet end of Duval Street but close to all the action. The staff was nothing but helpful and friendly and the well kept tropical plants and gardens were absolutely fantastic.

From allowing us an early check-in to permitting us access to the pool after check out while waiting for our transportation, we could NOT have been more pleased. Fabulous accommodations & courteous staff made our stay perfect.

This is a great place to stay! It's conveniently located with in walking distance of Duval, the beach, and many near by restaurants. It is far enough off the main strip that it is quiet. The layout of the hotel is like a small condo complex, so it feels private, cozy and more intimate than many of the large hotels near by. The service is great, and […] the facilities fantastic especially if you are looking for a 2 bedroom suite for a large family, or couples staying together for vacation. The only thing I'd like to see here is a hot tub! Since we stay in Key West in the winter it would be great, but basically none fo the hotels on the island have a real hot tub, so I wouldn't doc this hotel points for not having one. Just saying.. My Husband and I were treated like VIP's from the moment we stepped into the Santa Maria. I loved the complimentary virgin smoothies by the pool and my husband loved that the alcoholic version was only $5!! The staff was unbelievable helpful and fun to converse with. With a full kitchen, this beautiful suite was the perfect choice for our five night […] stay. We loved having the option to cook in or bring our leftovers home and warm them up without the use of a microwave (which we prefer). We would absolutely recommend this hotel and their wonderful staff (special shout out to Christina!) to anyone looking to stay on Key West - only a block or two from Duval Street! Læs mere

Did not like additional charges. For example, extra person charges, turn down service charges, etc. which were not explained at booking and/or given option to refuse service.

Sayed here on a last minute reservation with my wife on my 50 th birthday. I was amazed at all features of the resort. A small, high class, high end hotel at a reasonable price. I couldn't say enough about the service and kindness of the staff. Highly professional and friendly., will definitely be back.

Lovely hassle-free hotel. Very much in keeping with the apartment-style accomodation but with a hotel feel since they change your linen and clean on a daily basis.

The two floor suite we had exceeded our expectations, the pictures on the web site didn't do it justice, absolutely beautiful including the resort grounds. The suite had everything we needed including many unexpected amenities. Our room was adjacent to South Street but street noise did not bother our sleep one iota. The resort staff was extremely friendly, […] special kudos to Jenya who made us feel very welcome. We went by the other hotel that we had been considering (HH# and breathed a sigh of relief in that we had absolutely made the right choice #the other place looked like kind of a dump). This resort is well worth the money, stop looking, stay here. Suggest renting bikes to get to Mallory Square, etc. We stayed 6 nights and rented bikes three days which was fun and convenient. Its a great walking town though so we enjoyed doing that also for shopping and restaurant trolling. Læs mere

Good hotel. A little bit noisy by the road but otherwise good. We travelled in a group and the two bed appartment was ok in size although the bedrooms were a little compact.

Hotel service was acceptable but service could have included a bit more of the low cost frills as seen only on first day of stay (pillow chocolates, bottled water, muffins, etc.). Was told the only blender at both hotel and adjoining restaurant was broken, therefore only canned beer and wine could be served during happy hours; clean warm pool towels […] were provided. 2nd floor bi-level accommodations were comfortable and clean, but pool-side room was very noisy in early AM, with constant slamming of 1st level pool-side patio doors commingled with loud conversations from somewhere(?). Room away from pool-side was cool, quiet, and peaceful. Website pictures are close to actual. Hotel personnel were pleasant and courteous. Restaurant serves affordable 1st rate sushi and Japanese cuisine. Beach is partnered with adjacent hotel and located a bit off-site. Læs mere

We stayed for two nights with 2 adults and three kids. We all agreed--it may have been the best hotel experience we've ever had. Amazing service, beautifully appointed rooms, a stunning pool, and wonderful location for many of the best things Key West has to offer!

Loved the hotel and all the ammenities it has to offer. Where else are you going to find free smoothies, wine and ice cream?! The rooms were spacious and the kitchen was fully stocked. I, and the rest of my entourage enjoyed it fully!
