Vi var meget tifredse med hotellet, en af de pæneste jeg har boet på i London. Flot, stort og rent og meget rimeligt i pris, og ufatteligt centralt lige over for stationen Gloucester Road i hyggeligt kvarter i Kensington. Vi fik først værelse med dobbeltseng, men da vi var to veninder, spurgte vi om de havde et twin som bestilt - og fik så det fedeste værelse, dobbelt så stort, ingen støj, kæmpe badeværelse - virkelig god service og hyggelig hotelbar og lobby. Ville klart anbefale det og bo der igen.

Det ligger tæt på the tube, både Lancaster gate men også Paddington. Ikke noget prangende hotel, men hvem kan også forvente det til denne pris.

Værelset var rent - og meget bekvemt med det lille køkken. Dog savnede jeg mulighed for filterkaffe, der var en lille stempelkande, som efterlod kaffen med meget grums, næste gang tager jeg egen filter og trakt med. Jeg var heldig med stort vindue ud mod vejen. Jeg nød meget at være på værelset. Der er ingen lounge eller fællesareal, men venlig betjening fra den lille reception under trappen. Beliggenheden er perfekt, på stille og smuk vej, og Notting Hill Gate og alle nødvendige butikker lige om hjørnet. Jeg kommer igen.

Jeg har lige været i London med min søn på 7 år, og ledte specifikt efter et hotel, som lå centralt placeret, uden at koste en formue. Der kunne have været 117 forskellige ulemper, men Saint Georges Hotel var et pænt, rent og virkelig godt placeret hotel. Godt hotel med en SUPER belligenhed i forhold til at shoppe (5 min. til Oxford Circus). Værelset havde en god størrelse og var pænt og rent.

hotellet lå rigtig godt lige ved oxford circus, som jo ligger super centralt i london, vi var meget lilfredse med hotellet, der var rene håndklæder hver dag, vi kunne da godt se at hotellet bar prag af slidtagse, men det var helt ok, vil helt klart vælge det igen, når vi skal til London. vi fik ikke morgen mad på hotellet, da vi syndes det var for dyrt, […] det kunne gøres meget billiger rundt på alle de spise steder der findes i området, men hvis man satte prisen lidt ned på morgen buffe kunne vi sagtens finde på at vælge det. vi kan kun andbefalde dette hotel som ligger super godt. "Hotel Sanit Georges i London - Lækker beliggenhed"
Vi havde et rigtig godt ophold på Hotel Saint Georges. Personalet var søde og behjælpsomme, men det vigtigtste for os var beliggenheden tæt på oxford street og undergrunden, så vi nemt kunne komme ud og se byen og seværdighederne.

"Nice hotel in the centre of London"
The check-in time begins at 2 pm,but my room was already available when I arrived at 10 am.The staff was friendly. The room was clean with hairdryer and ironing equipment. I did not have my own computer with me, but internet was available free on the television in the room. The keyboard and mouse functions were impractical, but I appreciated that the […] option was there. Nice situation in the middle of everything, short distance to Oxford Circus underground station. Middelklasse hotel, Lidt kedelig restaurant som vi kun benyttede til morgenmad. Værelse er ok men lidt slidte, Men de bør efterse vandlåse og haner på badeværelse. Et ok sted til overnatning. Og centralt placeret ud til Regent og OXford street.

Hotel Saint Georges ved Regent Street/Oxford Street har en rigtig fin beliggenhed og værelser af god størrelse (+ værelser hvor der må ryges) med udsigt ud over byen. Hotellet er noget nedslidt, men personalet er venligt og hjælpsomt. På toppen findes en restaurant/bar med den mest vilde panoramaudsigt over London.

"Fantastic location, walk to everything in London!"
This hotel was great. Staff were super helpful, we got a great rate through hotels.com but will stay here again, worth the extra $$ compared to other hotels in London because of the location & room was nice! Walk to excellent shopping, all the sights, Soho & Carnaby St restaurant around the cnr. Can't go wrong.

While the location of this hotel is SUPERB, we had to move rooms twice in order to get a room with the following: temperature control (there was no heat in 2 of the rooms), hot water (NO hot water in several rooms) and no NOISE (construction taking place above the room we were in). Location was excellent, staff were extremely helpful Views from restaurant were superb and both food and service were excellent, although breakfast was a tad expensive (a bowl of porridge was only available when taking the full English breakfast menu!). We were given a free upgrade, so had a nice room. Would definitely choose this hotel again.

We were extremely pleased with this hotel. The rooms were spacious, we had a fantastic view of London from our 12th floor room, and the service was very helpful and friendly. There were a few minor mishaps (our TV and a couple of outlets stopped working on our second day, but they fixed it all by the time we got back in the evening; also, they said […] our room was ready but when we got up there -- before check-in time -- it had not yet been made up. But we were glad to be able to dump our suitcases and freshen up a tad and then go back out). Well situated but out of the bustle of Oxford Street. Upper floor rooms at the back are nice and quiet despite central location. Terrific place that is close to Oxford Circus and all the shops on Regent Street. I must say the mattresses in the room were a little old, but the room was clean, well maintained and I look forward to visiting again soon.

With its close vicinity to oxfordstreet and the tube it was the perfect place for the perfect price. The room was a bit chilly due to the English inabillity to use double plated glass windows, and there was no extra blanket. However this was a minor problem, otherwise we have no complaints, the hotel staff was very accomodating and the view from the […] bar/lounge/resturant was to die for. The hotel is very well situated just off Regent Street several blocks north of Oxford Circus. The staff were cheerful and considerate. All rooms are on high floors, thus quieter, with reliable lifts and lovely views of the city from the side we were on. Our best hotel experience in London! The rooms had plenty of room for 2 large suitcases & carryon's without feeling cramped. Surprisingly cheap for a hotel in that location. The location was perfect. We could easily jump on a bus to other main attractions. The room was clean, and had everything we needed. The hotel was great though our room needs some refurbishment in terms of the deco and the beds needs some changes. Other than that, overall, we are happy of the location. It is nearby to most of the shopping centres, and also the restaurants. The Underground is just few steps away from the hotel.

Very nice hotel. Had a number of issues on check in but they were all resolved with a short time - like not enough skirt hangers, fridge not working etc. People were pleasant and the room was clean and neat. Check in and out were smooth and quick. Location was great for the tube and shopping.

The room we were first allocated was dingy dirty and the bed was soft with dips and bumps and totally unacceptable. i complained and was initially told the hotel was full but I insisted that our room was changed it was not fit to stay. in. we were given a superior room and although small the bthroom had been refurbished and the bed was like new. This hotel is all about the location. Regent Street with Oxford Street a short walk away, it ticks all the boxes when it comes to being central. However, the hotel is let down by its condition. This hotel is in many ways typical of London accommodation - rooms are fairly small, furnishings are a bit dated and amenities limited. There is only a very small reception lobby on the ground floor. Reception staff very friendly and helpful. Room ready 3 hours early. Only stayed one night - can't comment on restaurant or food as I didn't eat there. Good sized twin (slightly uncomfy hard bed though - but I'm just not used to hard beds). Clean and well furnished. Best thing was the location. Great hotel , great location, walking distance to everything and decent rates! Room was nice and bathroom was nice as well just need some new carpet and mattress upgrades , maybe a little paint. Overall it is a great place to stay!
