King size bed, sofa, mini-fridge, microwave, HDTVand sliding glass door access to outside - - pretty fantastic for the price. Location is right off of the 5 freeway, "the" artery for getting around South OC. Breakfast buffet with space-age egg patties, sausage, and make-your-own waffles was better than average. When I arrived in my room the shower was missing the curtain. I called the young man at the front desk and he said he wasn't sure where shower curtains were kept. Obviously that response doesn't help me so I asked that he call me when he did figure it out and that I would shower the next morning anyways. Never heard back from him and didn't receive […] a curtain. Whatever the reasons its pretty unacceptable to not at least reach back out and let me know he wouldn't be able to get one. Læs mere

Great breakfast with lots of choices. Room was very comfortable with all the amenities. Good value.

This hotel is in a nice location in Lake Forest. It does need some improvements. The coffee, that is offered all day, is undrinkable. McDonald's coffee next door is more preferable than this stuff. The breakfast is the standard egg disks, sausage, make your own waffle, yogurt (check the expiration dates), coffee, tea, hot chocolate, juice, piece of […] fruit, bread. Housekeeping needs to be more thorough. There was a used personal item left under our bed by a previous guest. Yuk! Too much Pledge is sprayed in the room. Here's a tip from my mother: Spray the cleaning rag with Pledge not the furniture. Every day we had to take paper towels and rewipe the wood surfaces because of the Pledge build-up. Rectangle size fridge in room with microwave and coffee maker. Beds are comfortable. For the most part the room was quiet. Not many TV channels are offered. Læs mere

Great service and clean and professional. The survey is to long people only have 30 seconds the working class.

Not so quality! My room key did not work and had to go back the front desk twice to get a new key and it still did not work. They had to move me to a different room. No real big deal but it was a inconvience. It rained that night and to my suprise when i woke up there was a big puddle of water in the middle of the floor in the restroom. Good location, close to freeway. Facility is clean and well maintained. Service was good. Priced right and convenient.

I had a job interview in Irvine and was looking for a hotel that was conveniently located at a reasonable price, and that is exactly what I found here. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable and pointed me to a great place for a quick bite to eat. They also had a happy hour with two complementary drinks...although the wine options were not the best, […] nor was the quality, but it was free, so could I expect anything more? We had a very good stay at this Quality Inn. The room was clean with nothing missing. We used the free breakfast every morning to start the day. I also used the free wifi internet with our phone as well as our laptop. Hot water was available immediately which was nice.

This was a nice hotel; the room was fine, continental breakfast was nothing fancy (but they had a waffle maker!) The one downside was that the treadmill, elliptical, and bike machines in the fitness center were all broken; I had to go over to 24 hour fitness.

The hotel is a little old and the walls are not as bank vault quiet as a new one but still no real problem with hearing anything. Very clean and nice pool and jacuzzi. Best place to stay in the area for cost, clean and easy to get to. Breakfast is simple but decent, McDonalds in the parking lot if you need more.

The front desk staff was very helpful. Gave us directions to resturants, plus a church for a funeral we were going to attend. Complimentary breakfast was very nice. Thank you.

Excellent hotel and great buy for the price!! Our third stay there. It is 10+ miles from our daughter's home, but well worth the drive for the price and quality of the room and service. I have recommended this hotel to a number of people.

I've been doing a lot of traveling to Orange County lately, and so I've visited a LOT of hotels in this area. Hands down, this has been the best hotel for the price. I highly recommend it.

Disappointing service: when I arrived the front desk made me wait while she answered numerous phone calls. She was not friendly and seemed annoyed that I was there. I did not feel welcome. The elevator to the was not in service for a good portion of the day and trying to get luggage up to the second floor would be difficult since there was no one there […] to help. Læs mere

Just a quick drive to Pageant of the Masters, Sawdust Festival, etc. Why pay thru the nose to stay in Laguna Beach? We're coming back to Quality Inn every year from now on. Also enjoyed the Oriental food restaurant that is on-site.

For a last minute reservation, we were very pleased for the price. We expected the typical hard lumpy mattress and flat pillows. To our surprise the mattress was soft and of good quality. Pillows were full and comfortable. didn't have to use our pillows from home. We had a filling breakfast that included eggs, sausage, waffles. Two thumbs up!!

The complimentary breakfast is a bit meager, and the bread-tongs had dried jelly and jam on them. And the decafe was undrinkable -- I think it was instant. But overall the hotel is a very good place for a short stay, and is near some good restaurants. I was given a 10% Off voucher for a nearby Italian restaurant, where I later had a good dinner. Had a staff meeting the next day, so it was the most convenient place at a good price to stay, as I live out of town.

I loved this hotel! We will be staying there again in the near future.

Close to highway 5 and Just a few exits from UC Irvine. Service was good and I was allowed to check in late. Breakfast was fine for a continental breakfast.

the hotel was nice, clean, and convenient. the only drawbacks i had WERE. the room we had must have just been sprayed gratuitously with PLEDGE being that ALL of the wood furntiture was SLIPPERY AS A SEAL. other than that the room was very nice. my second gripe. they called me at 6am waking me and my guests up. they accidently called the wrong room […] for a wakeup call. nice. Stayed for business. Room was at the west end of the building which is the I5 side so there was road noise noticeable if you didnt' have the tv on with at least a little volume. Might bother those that need quiet to sleep is all. Room was spacious and the desk was ample for my laptop and notes. Easy access to the freeway and 1/2 mile from eateries. I am a network engineer and stayed here during my recent training class for a voip phone system. As a network engineer I very much depend on my internet connection. The internet connection via wireless tether on my rooted droid incredible phone was better than the connection this hotel has. all employees were very nice. there was a power outage that the staff was prepared for they even provided back up breakfast just in case. Great job.

Needed a Hotel in Lake Forest at last minute as parent was in the hospital. The Hotel was quiet and clean with easy access to the major freeways. Good value for a last minute stay.

stayed here recently on my way down to dana point. the bed was very comfortable. The room was clean and well set up. it was supposed to be a non smoking room but i walked in and it smelled like someone had been smoking there recently, was the only down side. This hotel was very close to the business area I needed to be close to.

We recently stayed at the Hyatt Regency in Miami Florida. I have to say there is absolutly no comparison to the Quality Inn .Staff please take a Bow.

Price was good. The hotel is worn. The first room did not have wireless, a few feet down the hall reception was fine. 2nd Room had sliding door frame out of square, so there was traffic noise as the door didn't completely close. Breakfast had good variety. Staff was very nice and changed my room without a problem Work out room was dreadful.Exercise […] Bike with broken seat, Treadmill with broken display. Nothing was better than expected and nothing was worse ... room was large and relatively comfortable, staff was pleasant. Location was very convenient. Didn't use the pool but the shower was really nice.

This was a very comfortable hotel. The beds were great and the staff very helpful. The only complaint I have is that there was no hot water. The shower did not put out much water and we couldn't get hot water in either the sink or the shower. Otherwise, it was quiet and clean.
