"great place to stay"
we liked the fact that the motel is right off the interstate and that we didn't have to drive threw that messed up traffic in missoula and that the motel is very clean. Great breakfast also. The help is very helpful at the front desk. Best stay we've had in Missoula so far. Thank very much.
Cleaning person forgot to take a dirty wash rag off of the railing of the shower....so not sure the shower was even cleaned between guests.

"Right off I-90 and next to Starbucks!"
This was the second time we stayed there and love it. The breakfast wasn't that great. Its funny because the first time it was wonderful. May be it was just an off day or new staff. The other thing was that we have two small kids and our outside window looked right into the pool. It was fun to watch until it was time for bed and we could hear people […] swimming. Also the light from the pool shinned in our room. . Otherwise we had a blast. "Pet Friendly"
Very nice hotel, especially if traveling with pets. Very clean, comfortable and friendly. Special shout out to maintenance staff. We had a dead battery in the morning, right on it, gave us a jump and underway in less than 10 minutes. If you are traveling thru Missoula , a very good option

"A hairy affair"
I don't know if the cleaning staff was just in a hurry to turn the room around but the bathroom floor was not clean at all. And there was an inordinate amount of the previous guests (how do I put this politely?) adult hair left on the floor around the shower and toilet. "Grant Creek in Missoula MT"
Staying here was a pleasure, very friendly staff who went out of their way to make suggestions on activities and provide directions as needed. The breakfast is full and good, breakfast room crowded because the hotel was full, but you could take this to your room, also other guests were happy to share a table. This was a convenient location for our activities, […] with lots of parking and easy to get in and out of. Our room faced the back and was quiet, also looked out on a pretty wildflower-covered hill. "Poor restaurant service"
The restaurant attached to this motel pprovided very poor service. Since the hotel provided a discount for breakfast that was out too. It was overpriced for the quality, comparred with other Best Western Plus sites.

"Worth the Drive"
I come to Missoula several times a year for University of Montana activities. I usually stay at a hotel that is very close to campus. Every time I made a reservation there the price goes up so thought I'd try something different. The Grant Creek Inn is about as far away from the campus as you can get but it's well worth the drive. I saved about $60/night […] and this hotel had more amenities. The service was great, the room is clean and comfy. There is a gas station and a Starbucks conveniently located a few steps away and all kinds of restaurants on Reserve St. Grant Creek is going to be my new "home base" in Missoula. Læs mere

The facility was clean and well maintained. They had a nice business center and pool with a fitness room all at very reasonable rate. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Our family of four thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff were accomodating, the pool was clean, the room was spacious and the pillowtop beds were oh-so-comfortable. The breakfast included a nice variety of healthy options: granola, yogurt, apples, bananas, as well as pancakes, fresh scrambled eggs and sausage links. "Nice place"
Overall, a good experience. Rooms were clean, pool, hot tub, and sauna were nice, breakfast was very good. Even though the motel is close to the highway we didn't have any problem with traffic noise. However, we were on the back side of the motel, away from the highway.

One night stay, two rooms. Picked this hotel for reasonable pet fee and good reviews. Very helpful and friendly staff, excellent breakfast including scrambled eggs, and other hot items - great variety. Rooms were clean and comfortable with fridge and microwave. Bathrooms were basic but clean, lots of hot water. Location was fine as we were driving and […] even though it's near a highway intersection our two rooms were quiet. Although we didn't use it, there was a very nice, large and indoor pool that looked spotless. The front desk and breakfast room staff were friendly and helpful. Check in/out was easy. wonderful play to stay and wished we could have stayed longer. Always worried when I stay at an independently owned property but I couldn't have been happier with this hotel. Exceptionally comfortable room, bed. Very nice
"wonderful"
We have roots and family in Missoula and this was our first (but not last) stay at the Grant Creek Inn. It was a very comfortable, clean hotel. The staff were very professional and friendly, and we will absolutely stay there again when we go back to visit.

"Best Western Grant Creek disappointment"
The room temperature control did not work, the bedding smelled, the pool area was dirty, and when we requested towels at the front desk to use at the pool (because there is a note in the room requesting we did that rather than take our room towels down to the pool) they were never delivered. "Perfect for a Hockey team"
Staff and service was great and treated our 9 yr old hockey players like Champs. The Breakfast was amazing and was perfect for filling up the team.
