Værelset var lidt mørkt - og morgenmaden meget spartansk. Der var plads nok på værelset og der var også gjort pænt rent. Nærområdet var ikke specielt attraktivt; der var et par restauranter som blev anbefalet af hotellet - vi spise på den ene og det var absolut anbefalingen værd.

Really remarkable design, super clean and pretty Spanish style. Big rooms and a decent pool and jacuzzi. The continental breakfast was good but you want to be there at a good time because there isn't much room to sit.

On a trip to southern California that lasted 10 days, this was the most comfortable stay of our trip. The hotel was very well kept, both inside and out. The manager was a very warm and friendly person who was very accommodating. In addition, we spent probably a half hour just admiring all of the decor in the hotel lobby. I am a multi time user of this property. This was a POOR experience! Hotel is showing signs of aging and poor maintenance. Check in service was poor. Hotel was too noisy. Did not receive the quiet room that was requested in advance. Internet service was intermittent.

Everyone of the staff was very helpful and courteous. I love staying here.

It was a perfect stay. Alot for the money. Room was beautiful and quiet. Nice pool. Very good breakfast. The people who work there are very friendly.

Very nice "Best Western" Hotel near San Luis Obispo. Nice breakfast with real Belgium waffles was such a treat!

Ants in the bathroom and clogged toilet!

Well located to grab a late night bite to eat. The room was very comfortable with lots of great ameneties that we made good use of including all day tea/coffee, gym, sauna, pool, breakfast, laundy room.

The hotel was good. We only stayed one night. They have heated pool and a room where kids can play checkers and chess etc.

We stayed one night and the service at check in was very friendly, the room clean and the pool and spa were open. Continental breakfast was included and good. The only negative thing I found was the gym condition. You can't really call it a gym. There were 3 bikes, two of them broken with parts lying around and the stepper not powering up. A nice, comfortable room with plenty of space. Great for families and the pool / hot tub was full of them. Our room was a little too close to the pool and the noise was bothersome at night. Free but mediocre breakfast.

The Best Western Casa Grande Inn is located in a good area - restaurants, shopping, and Starbucks all close by. The room was very spacious, the tub/shower large enough for three children (5,2,and 1) to bathe at the same time. The sink was separate which made it nice for getting ready in the morning. The pool area looked nice - we didn't get to use it. […] The breakfast was typical waffles, cereal, muffins, etc. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly. The only complaint was the bed!!! It was like sleeping on a board - very hard!! If you like hard mattresses then this is your place otherwise stay away. Læs mere

We stayed there for an evening on a road trip from San Diego to San Francisco. Easy in and out, a little bit dated of a hotel by basicaly clean and the room was comfortable. The price was fair and fairly matched the condition of the inn, The front desk was attentive and seemed to be well staffed. For dinner they recommended a restaurant called A.J. […] Spurs across the freeway bridge...short walk. Great place, lot's of food, obviously popular with the locals, If you're into meat, oversized dishes, lots of courses, cowboy theme, and music this is the place to be. Læs mere

I was pleasantly surprised how close this hotel is to Pismo Beach. The hotel is just beautiful. Great Staff from the minute we walked into the lobby! The kids love the pool and spa! The room was clean and comfy!! The breakfast was GREAT! I recommend this hotel. First class all the way at great low price!

The only exception was the toilet seat lid fell off. Other then that we really enjoyed the room!

The Staff was very cordial; especially the front desk Mgr.. Was disappointed in the quality of the work out room. They need all new equipment! Main reason I chose this Hotel was for the gym; they need a couple good quality treadmills and a weight stack at the bear minimum.Breakfast was good and had a great variety of items to choose from. Very pleased with this hotel! Can't beat the price and the staff were extremely pleasant and helpful! Nice, clean room, decent continental breakfast, location was perfect for me. Free access to the gym next door was definitely a plus! This will now be the hotel I will use when visiting my family..which is several times a year. :)

I stay here when I have business in Santa Maria. The neighborhood has a good variety of restaurants, including a great little pizza shop in the mall accross the street. It's clean, comfortable and quiet, and I save money staying in Arroyo Grande as compared to Santa Maria.

What a great stay. I will always recommend this hotel. Clean with all the ammenities and a continental breakfast for a great price. Very nice, positive atmosphere. Comfortable and pleasing environment. Loved it!

Very nice motel, would recommend to anyone. The continental breakfast is very good and the attendant is very nice and helpful. The grounds are beautifully landscaped and kept-ed up very well.

Convenient location, excellent staff, very well maintained, nicely decorated, outstanding value, complimentary breakfast better than similar types of hotels. Plenty of parking.

I just hate to get less then I expect. But I got more. Fair price, great room good coffee, pretty quiet expect for Diesel trucks warming up with backup horns at six am. But hey somebody has to be at work early. Nice place and clean. I will return!

Motel is very convenient to highway 101. Nice setting. Very nice continental breakfast. Used way too much air freshener in the room, though. Failed to deliver requested blanket - I had to go to office to retrieve. Would stay there again, though.

Loved the hotel, and people were friendly. Didnt like the rather loud running refridgerator at nite in the room, and also, OUR SHEETS KEPT COMING OFF ON THE CORNERS! It was a pillow top mattress and I believe the sheets should have been strapped on the corners to keep the sheets on. I believe the sheets may have been too small for the mattress.

We enjoyed staying at this hotel. The hotel grounds are attractive and well kept. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was the usual continental breakfast fare with waffles you could make yourself. For the value I thought this was the best hotel I could have chosen. The only drawbacks were that our non-smoking room was next door to the […] smoking room so the smell permeated our room, but was livable (try to get one between two non-smoking rooms). The bed, although made up attractively, was light on the bedding. There was one thin blanket between two sheets, and a fake bedspread 'strip' across foot of the bed. So you get into bed all cozy and pull up the bedspread only to have the 'strip' in your hands. We had to have the heat on all night because of this. One additional blanket (per bed) would save energy and $$ for the hotel. The hotel was quiet and close to beaches and the butterflies in Pismo Beach. The pool was nice and heated. Everything was fine at the Inn. However the person working the breakfast room was exceptional. She was very friendly and offered her assistance in a very helpful manner. She helped us have a great start to our travel day.
