dont claim to be a supervisor if you dont know how to check folks in the young lady at the front was sooo busy wacthing tv she couldnt figure out h ow to run a credit card. had to ask the hotel staff THREE times for towels and she only brought hand towel and face towel had to go out thte following morning and chase down staff to get clean towels the […] facility has a nice layout and great breakfast the cookl was very courteous and definitley see that every need is met Læs mere

"BEST WESTERN OF ALEXANDRIA INN"
We enjoyed our stay at your hotel and the problem is the maid do not replace the towels and toilet papers. I have to ask the maid when I see them in the hall way while they clean the other rooms. I have no pblm with maid on friday but not on Saturday. Thank you.

The hotel was hosting a convention and my room was facing the atrium. At 12:30 people were still in the atrium being loud. The motel was out dated. Maid service wasn't the best. Although they put out clean towels, they were stained and looked horrible. They should just buy new towels. Also, the maid service did not replenish the soap or shampoo in the room which was an inconvenience for me. I would not recommend this hotel. It was very difficult following directions to the hotel. Access and egress to and from the hotel on Mc Arthur street and the frontage road was difficult and dangerous.
