The hotel is very clean and comfortable.The people who work there are very nice and helpful. The restaurant in the hotel has excellent food and stuff. The bus station is close by and about 20 minutes ride to Venice. It runs every 10 minutes and last one is after 11pm. We had a very pleasant stay there.

Hotel is very, very clean. The service at the front desk was outstanding. The front desk staff greeted when we walked in and made us feel that they were expecting us. My family and i were handed our room keys in only a few minutes of arrival. Passes for the bus and the water taxi's can be purchased from the front desk. The rates are based by 1, 2, 3 […] day passes. It takes 20 min by bus to get to Venice with a bus stop in front of the hotel. The in-house restaurant went out of their way to ensure we were taken care. The chef is excellent and the staff catered to our needs. We stayed in a 5 person room with 6, 10, 13 year old kids. Everyone had their own bed. The double is very stiff and can be uncomfortable if your used to a soft mattress. I recommend this hotel to anyone planning a trip to Venice. The cost is 1/3 per night you would pay for downtown rates but the staff at this hotel made it our favorite place to stay. Læs mere

We loved staying here as a quick overnight in the Venice area. We wanted something convenient from the airport without the hassle of toting luggage and this was a find! We chose to stay here because it was close to Venice. The first room was clean, modern but small. We switched to a suite and it was perfect. Cannot say enough about the front desk staff. So warm and friendly. Extremely helpful. Would come back in a heartbeat! Lovely garden to sit and have a drink after the days of exploring.

We stayed at Ai Pini for a few days while visiting Venice. The hotel is not in Venice but it is only a 15 minute ride to Piazza Romana. And the bus picks you close to the front of the hotel and drops you off very close. It was well worth the stay, the facilities are very nice, and the people were very helpful. The hotel is not as great as the pictures shown on their website. It is quite convenient to take the bus to Venice as the bus stop is just outside the hotel. The breakfast is great. This hotel was very nice, new and clean. When we walked into our beautiful room it was an unbearable 83 degrees F. We tried to lower the thermostat and nothing happened so we called the front desk. They proceed to tell us this long unimportant story about how the temp is controlled at an offsite location and cannot be changed. For a family of four this was a perfect choice, convenient by bus to Venice. After reading so much about how small rooms are in Europe, I was happily surprised at the size of our room, one king size and two twins beds, bathroom was a nice size too. Buffet breakfast had a lot of choices. Would definitely recommend

A wonderful hotel experience. We actually walked into a few hotels in Venice proper to compare and found them equally nice, but the size of a closet and double the price. We had to take a bus to Venice and back every day though. I could see how that could ruin a Venetian experience for some. Also, its location isn't convenient by any stretch of the […] imagination. This hotel is about a 25 minute bus-ride (costing about 1 euro) to Venice. The hotel staff sold me a bus ticket (I bought the 12-hour ticket that provides both bus and water-bus service in Venice). The staff were helpful (they printed my ticket to get into St. Mark's Basillica. No charge). The in-room internet (wired, not wireless) performed well […] (but it was not free). Excellent hotel,.... 15 minutes bus ride to Venice Island ... parking for your car at the hotel. Room was spacious and so was washroom. Breakfast was very complete and had much more choice than your usual Continental breakfast....No complaints whatsoever.

Park Hotel Ai Pini was a nice find. The rates were very reasonable. It's very close to Venice and to the Venice airport. The rooms are small; but it is typical of Europe. The hotel was just a five minute taxi ride from Mestre train station, and we could have taken a bus which stopped out front. The bus to Venice runs right out front and was easily accessable. My husband posted the first review but I was so greatful for all the other reviews that helped me that I wanted to be a little more detailed. On arriving at the airport, we decided to take the bus instead of the cab to save money. Two buses (total 8 euro, 3 euros to mestre station and second bus 1 euro) are required to get to the hotel which is in […] a residential area(not the prettiest). Keep in mind you will have to take the luggage two times. For the bus, you can buy per ticket/ride, a day pass or pass for several days. The pass is good for the bus and the water boat in Venice. We got a three day pass. This will cover your bus expense to the ride to the hotel too. Ai Pini also sells the passes but you would have paid for the bus already if you wait till you get there. Ai Pini is extremely beautiful and definitely worth staying out of the city itself, with a wonderful front counter staff Elena and Emma, and wonderful kitchen staff. Top of line service, helpfulness and friendliness. Keep in mind, staying out of the city gives you an opp to see some more of the country than only a tourist's perspective. When we we arived we were upgraded to a Superior Room, we were very excited, unfortunately, it was still smaller than the standard in US. It was very neat and clean, and we barely spent anytime there, so it more than met our needs. The bus to Venice is right outside the hotel(20 mins in bus and then take waterboat into whichever Venice stop), bus 7 or 11 runs until midnight. There is a gellateria(dessert shop not only gelatos) and right down one of the side streets after the gellateria is a family owned pasta restaurant, very affordable and delicious and AiPini also has a restaurant, a little more expensive. We would buy dinner and eat on Ai Pini grounds for a romantic outdoor dinner. Most of the staff were very helpful,though not all of the staff was accomodating. We checked in too early to get into our room. We left our luggage behind the desk and spent the entire day out. When we returned at 11Pm we had to take our own luggage to the room which we thought was something they could have done. Great hotel. Staff very helpful. Restaurant for breakfast and dinner were great. A great waiter in dining room. Room was very comfortable and clean. To get to Venice you take a 10 to 15 minute trip on the bus that is right in front of the hotel. Very easy. Would recommend.

We stayed here September 12-13. The front desk staff spoke English, were friendly, & were very helpful with directions & transport arrangements. Our room not facing the park was clean & spacious with a large bathroom & comfortable sink & shower facilities. Complimentary toiletries were Gilchrist & Soames soaps, shampoos, & body wash. The continental breakfast had 3 homemade pastries plus other breads, a selection of coldcut meats & cheese, several types of yoghurt & fruit, good quality jams, butter, honey, & Nutella, and an espresso machine plus 2 types of fruit juices. The rooms feature cable television but only 3 or 4 channels in English which are news channels. The room was cheaper & more convenient than our experience in Venice where we carried luggage over several bridges and down walkways to avoid paying EU 60 for a water taxi. Transport to/from Venice & the hotel was easy. By cab, expect EU 25 to the hotel from the port (approx 15 minutes), EU 30 from Piazza Roma (approx 17 minutes), and EU 30 from the hotel to the airport (approx 15-30+ minutes if traffic). By bus, use the Actv orange-colored public bus. It costs EU 1.10 per person each way from Piazza Roma to the hotel (approx 20 minutes on the 7 "Mirano" bus) or from the hotel to Piazza Roma (approx 20 minutes on the 7 "Venezia" bus). Læs mere

The Ai Pini Hotel is located outside of Venice in a suburban neighborhood called Mestre. The location fit our desires since we had already toured Venice and wanted to be close to the train station to visit surrounding cities. I ran each morning and found an awesome route on the bike/pedestrian paved path which led to a x-country trail around a pond. I was very happy! The hotel was very clean and the staff was extremely accommodating. We arrived early from the cruise ship and the staff held our bags while we ventured into Venice, Murano, Burano, Torcello. Hotel is convenient if you don't want to stay in Venice itself. The bus route is easy to manage although very crowded and hot in the summer! Excellent staff that were very helpful offering advice on what to see in Venice. We ate in the hotel restaurant and loved it.

Extremely helpful, friendly staff; clean rooms; really enjoyed dining outdoors on the garden patio; a quiet and relaxful break from the crowds of Venice. It's a 20-minute walk from the Mestre train station, and bus #7 to Venice stops every 10 minutes just across the street from the hotel. We would definitely stay here again.

Für unseren einwöchigen Venedigbesuch suchten wir einen idealen Ausgangspunkt und haben ihn im Hotel Ai Pini gefunden. Auf dem kleinen parkähnlichen Grundstück (etwas kleiner, als die Fotos vermuten lassen) konnten wir unser Fahrzeug die ganze Woche sicher abstellen. Ca. 15 m vor der Hotelzufahrt befindet sich eine Bushaltestelle und mit der Linie 7 […] kann man ohne Umsteigen direkt zum Busbahnhof in Venedig fahren, wo sich auch die Vaporettostationen befinden. Die Busfahrt dauert ca. eine halbe Stunde - der Bus ist je nach Tageszeit relativ voll. Vom Busbahnhof in Venedig kann man in ein Vaporetto umsteigen oder nach Überquerung der nächsten Brücke direkt die Gassen von Venedig erkunden. Im Hotel konnten wir auch die Kombikarten Hellovenezia für Bus und Vaporetto erstehen. Diese kostete für sieben Tage fünfzig Euro pro Person und hatte sich bereits nach dem zweiten Tag gerechnet. Das Personal im Ai Pini ist absolut freundlich und sehr hilfbereit - angefangen beim Empfang bis zum sehr guten Restaurant (empfehlenswert). Es ist jedoch ratsam, die etwas größeren Zimmer möglichst mit Blick auf den Park zu wählen - darin kann man sich aber sehr wohl fühlen (auch wenn es keine Zimmer mit Balkon gibt). Alles in allem als Ausgangspunkt für Venedigbesuche sehr geeignet. Læs mere

El hotel está bastante bien mantenido y muy limpio, es nuevo con aparcamiento propio y confortable. El desayuno es muy probre, no tiene platos calientes, solo bollería y algo de queso y jamon, no es propio de un hotel de 4 *. Das Hotel liegt ca 20Min ausserhalb Venedigs hat aber sehr gute Busverbindung in die Stadt. Bus gerade vor dem Hotel. Das Hotel ist ideal vorallem mit grösseren Kindern, sicherer Parkplatz. Geräumige Zimmer, sauber. Frühstück hat potential zur Verbesserung.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit dem Hotel Ai Pini. Das Personal an der Rezeption sowie im Frühstückssraum war zuvorkommend und sehr freundlich. Zimmer waren großzügig, sehr schönes Bad. Alles war sauber. Handtuchwechsel jeden Tag war nicht nötig. Frühstücksbuffet sehr gut (Müsli, frisches Obst, guter Kaffee ...). Very friendly staff, pleasant rooms, nice immediate surroundings (there is a park with a playground right in front of it). It is calm and relaxing. Venise is 20 minutes s away by bus (the bus can be very crowded, so it is not a pleasant trip). We arrived by train (Mestre station, ~1 km away). We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel.

Hyggelig hotell beliggende ca 25 min med buss utenfor selve Venezia. Ganske store, nyoppussede rom,vårt med liten balkong(ingen utsikt å skryte av...) Rutebuss til Venezia gikk rett utenfor hotellet-billig og lett å finne frem. Serviceinnstilt og hyggelig betjening. Kjedelig og sukkerholdig frokost.....

Hotellet ligger endast en kort bit utanför Venedig. Jättelätt att ta sig till Venedig med buss, hållplats precis utanför hotellet. Köpte biljetter i hotellets reception, ingen extra kostnad för den servicen utan samma pris som på bussen. Lugnare läge än att bo i Venedig, fanns några bra restauranter precis i närheten av hotellet. Frukostbuffén var bra […] med mycket att välja på. Rummet var rymmligt fastän vi bodde 4 st. Læs mere

Veldig hyggelige og behjelpelige hotellansatte. Bussen til Venezia tar ca 20min og stopper 5 minutters gange fra hotellet.
