Central beliggenhed Morgenmad var i top - der var rugbrød! Vi boede der kun en nat - her var der stille og rolig -Hotellet kan anbefales - hvis vi skal til Assisi vil vi bruge det igen

Cool and super nice hotel - very Assisi and interesting. Staff was super nice and all over super comfortable stay in Assisi - enjoyed it very much! The hotel is european which just is what makes it more enjoyable... and fun.

It was a great hotel, location was on the middle of a hill so with our luggage it seemed like a long haul, might take a taxi next time. Breakfast was great the connecting restaurant was excellent as well. Only thing was there seemed to be some electrical glitches with our room, cause they said we used the tv and pulled the emergency alarm in the bathroom […] and nothing happened. Tried to charge us for use of the tv, she ended up believing us, but it was just annoying. Otherwise Assisi is beautiful the hotel is pretty central and the view from the rooms is great. Læs mere

I chose this hotel as a romantic place to celebrate my girlfriend's birthday. The hotel exceed our expectations. The room was comfortable with an amazing view out of the bedroom window. The associated restaurant was excellent. My only criticisms are minor - the room was a bit dark, and the WiFi was not working well.

We enjoyed our recent visit to Assisi and staying at the lovely Hotel Fontebella made it even more delightful. The view from our room looking out into the valley was breathtaking and we know our photos will not do it justice. Having been to Assisi before, we forgot how strenuous the hills are for seniors. Martin who was at desk ( it seemed morning and […] night) was most helpful in arranging a pickup by taxi. He was kind and accommodating and helped to make our stay very pleasant. A lovlly old old hotel well situated in the middle of this historic town but with good views over the surrounding town & coutryside. Good breakfast with internet available an all round good option to book

I cannot say enough about the courtesy and friendliness of the staff at Hotel Fontabella. The hotel was in a good location near the Basilica. It snowed the days we were there but the location was close to our destinations. It was quiet and relaxing.

The Hotel Fontebella is a very nice place to stay in Florence. Within convenient walking distance of most of the major museums and churches in the city, we found our room to be very clean and quiet, and the staff to be very helpful. This hotel is expensive for what you get. The quality of the accomodation is mediocre at best, and the breakfast was awful. Warm milk on cornflakes was the best of a bad offering. Hotel control AC from reception so you are constantly on the phone to them to turn it on. Funnily enough, they often have 'technical issues' and don't turn it on till later […] in the day. I had the most wonderful time in Assisi & to stay in this beautiful central hotel, complimented my 4 days in this perfect little village. I highly recommend this hotel, its staff & this village.

Great location. Rather modern hotel within old charming walls of an old building. Parking across the street, 10 euro. Wi-Fi in the lobby free. The room though was very small.

We loved this place. The hotel itself is in a great location in the center of town and is absolutely beautiful. The room was a great size and featured large bed and windows with amazing views. Be sure to check with the front desk regarding the temperature of your room; the front desk apparently controls the thermostats for each room. This hotel is well-situated, near the center of town. The staff was excellent; the room was comfortable and well-maintained. Get a room on the 'back' side of the hotel if possible -- the view of the Umbrian valley below is breathtaking! Breakfast was good -- fairly standard for Italy/Europe. Assisi is such a beautiful, peaceful place and this hotel added positively to this. The staff was friendly and helpful when we checked in and with suggestions for dinner and calling a taxi, etc. The view from our room was outstanding of the valley below. We spent a wonderful two nights at Hotel Fontebella in Assisi. The views from our room over the rooftops and valley below were spectacular. The room was pristinely clean and spacious. We also ate at the hotel's restaurant and would highly recommended it for the food, atmosphere and views. Friendly helpful staff

The town of Assisi, Italy is charming. My expectations of Hotel Fontebella did not turn out as planned. The hotel was extremely hard to access by car and the hotel charged for parking. Although located at a good and convenient location, the condition of the hotel was bad. The corridors in the hotel was not lit and was dark and creepy. Staff was unfriendly. Fontebella is one of the greatest 3-star hotels I've experienced so far. Staff were kind and friendly and the guest room was clean and comfortable with nice yellow-toned interiors. We had been recommended this hotel by a relative who had stayed there and we were lucky enough to get a room that overlooked the valley. The view is stunning! Pros: more or less everything within easy walking distance! Good Hotel-Restaurant just across the street. Nice and helpful reception staff. Easy parking in front of the Hotel (when you're lucky). Hieno ja ysävällinen hotelli. Ongelmana tunkkainen haju/homeen haju. Alakerran ravintola on erinomainen illallispaikka.

O hotel é bom recomendo a todos que desejam um bom lugar para hospedar-se.

Localizado no centro histórico de Assisi, perto da igreja de S.Francisco, com vista privilegiada dos arredores da cidade. O apartamento triplo é bem amplo com 3 camas de solteiro, mais uma cama de casal no mesanino. O hotel tem uma aparência de muito antigo (como tudo na cidade), mas limpo e muito bem conservado.

Utomordentligt läge med p-platser direkt utanför entrén vilket är mycket ovanligt för hotell inne i gamla stadskärnor. Stort rum (4 bäddars familjerum) med bedårande utsikt. Bra frukost!

L'hotel est très bien situé au coeur de la vielle ville. La vue depuis notre chambre était superbe. L'hotel est très calme et le personnel acceillant. Domage le parking de l'hotel était pein on a du stationné en bas dans le grand parc publique. Petit déjeuné très correct. Wi Fi gratuit dans le sallon

Good location and quiet, clean room. The only setback is breakfast. It's too simple. But you can feel the atmosphere of middle ages at the dining room.

Et behagelig opphold for å bli kjent i en fredfull liten gammel landsby. Totalt meget bra opplevelse!

O hotel esta proximo aa Basilica, os quartos tem uma vista maralvilhosa da regiao. Os empregados sao simpaticos e solicitos. O hotel eh muito bem cuidado. a diaria eh barata.

窓からすばらしい田園の景色が見えます。朝食はいまいち。駅からのバスは最後で降りたが、最初の停留所で降りた方が良かった。

hotel in ottime condizioni e con ottima cortesia personale unico neo parcheggio riservato piccolo che mi ha costretto a carico e scarico bagafgli per poi rivolgermi a parcheggio vicino; accessibilita' con la auto limitata a poche ore al giorno

Excelente localizaçao, pessoal muito preparado e muito gentil, ambientes limpos, amplos e muito confortaveis. O restaurante do hotel, chamado "Il Frantoio", é excelente!!! Destaque especial, quanto ao pessoal do hotel, para Martin, Alessandro e Alberto!!! Passei 5 diarias muitissimo agradaveis, na realidade absolutamente perfeitas!

Posizione comoda in pieno centro, camera un pò piccola, parcheggio a pagamento

Todos os funcionários foram muitíssimo atenciosos. os quartos são bons e extremamente silenciosos, o restaurante é excepcional e o hotel está localizado no dentro de Assisi, o que facilita muito os passeios aos principais pontos da cidade. RECOMENDO!

Hotel was aardig. Het personeel sprak goed Engels en via je tv op je kamer kan je alle informatie in het Nederlands krijgen. Alleen jammer dat ze al om 09:00 in de ochtend aan je deur kloppen voor verschoning. Het parkeren was niet mogelijk bij het hotel wat 12 euro per dag en 800m slepen met de koffer meer koste.

bien situé dans la vielle ville des travaux sont en cours dans la voirie de la rue de l'hotel et rien n'est prévu pour vous assister pour le parking de votre voiture et pour amener vos bagages la salle de bain est équipée d'une douche de surface mini et de protection anti éclaboussures mini aussi ensuite pour le reste cela est O.K.
