Der er et fint hotel til pengene, og som kan anbefales. Et minus er at de ikke serverer morgenmad.

I was rather disappointed. The room wasn't as nice as the online ad photo, we didn't have enough hot water for 3 morning showers, and during the morning brunch, the server was kind but picked up waffle utensils that fell on the floor and asked me to use them. Hotel was lovely, staff was great. Breakfast was satisfying. Pool was closed, seasonally. Also "lazy river" is the Green River that runs behind the hotel. I would stay again. Getting dinner at 930 PM was tricky and a bit pricey.

The King sized beds sheets had not been changed. It's discusting to find someone elses pubic hair in a bed that should be "cleaned" every time a person checks out. Please change the sheets and wash them between customers use.

"Nice hotel, close to all"
Staff was very nice, hotel was clean and rooms were nicer than expected. Shuttle from airport every 1/2 hour, was a plus. The shuttle, if available will take your to nearby restaurants. Shuttle driver was a very nice and quite knowledgeable on local restaurants. Free breakfast was simple, but fresh. We did have a issue with the maid entering our room, […] even though "do not disturb" sign was on the door. Would stay again when in Seattle. Læs mere

My wife and I were surprised that such a nice hotel as this would have such thin walls that we could hear our neighbors' conversations as though they were in our room. This would be the only weak spot that we were aware of.

I don't understand why people have anything negative about this place. The room was clean and quiet. Frontline staff and breakfast attendant are helpful and friendly. Good waffle and yogurt with lots of variety. Will stay in this very convenient lcoation again.

The location was great, the staff fantastic, the full breakfast hot and satisfying. The only down side is that the building itself appeared to be older but possibly has been through renovation (except for the plumbing). I had a hard time adjusting the water temperature in the shower so it would maintain the right temp. It was a very sensitive control […] and kept getting first too hot and then too cold. "A few disappointments"
I had reserved and paid for a suite with whirlpool tub, but when we checked in, we were given a regular room. When I called the front desk to ask, the clerk told me, "those rooms are extra." I explained I understood that and had paid extra for the suite. When she doublechecked, she found I was correct, and they relocated us to the other room. There […] was no apology for the confusion. The overall layout and size of the suite were great, however the carpet needed cleaning, and the walls were scuffed and had wallpaper peeling in several locations. I was disappointed in the shabbiness given the price, but I would consider staying there again if the room was updated and carpet was cleaner, or I would pay less for a regular room for a one night stay. I missed the Otis Spunkmeyer cookies in the lobby, like the last Best Western had. The ice machine wasnt working on our floor, so I had to go to the next. It was very loud in our room. We could hear water running all around us (probably showers and sinks from close-by rooms). We could hear the bed squeaking late at night from the room above us. Our […] bed had a loud squeak as well. Worst of all, we could hear a guy snoring in the middle of the night!!. Didnt like the fact the the hot tub was outdoors and not accessable either. "No bed bugs here"
I was somewhat concerned when I read about bed bugs in the other reviews. However, the hotel is actually very clean and absolutely no bugs of any kind in the room. It was nice and quiet and very convenient to everything I needed for my business trip. I would definitely stay here again as long as the price is competitive.

The room was comfortable and well appointed. However, the first room had a very distinct smell, we asked to be moved which they accomodated, and the second room still had the same smell, though not as strong. "Good Value"
This hotel was favorably priced compared to others in the immediate area. The towels were not as soft as they should be and the pillows were all the same type and somewhat lumpy. The breakfast did have some low-card options and was good. The shuttle is very accommodating and took us wherever we needed to go (in addition to the airport).

"Disappointed"
The rooms and hallways did not live up to surrounding area and entry which were very nice. There was popcorn under the chair and the bathroom paint had been touched up with the wrong color. Bed was comfortable but I was really disappointed with room condition. Would not stay here again.

My fiance and I booked this hotel on a whim and were surprisingly satisfied. The bed was amazing and they had plenty of pillows that were fluffy and soft. We had a king bed room and there was plenty of space in the room. We were slightly dissatisfied with the bathroom size. It was on the smaller side, but the shower head and shower pressure was great. "If you have to be in Tukwila"
Decent hotel, clean. The rooms were small, and the hallways endless. They shoudl have considered putting the lobby in the middle, as each time I had to go get coffee, it was a long walk. Tukwila seemed kinda sketchy, but access to the interstate was easy.

My first night staying in my room i was bitten 3 times in the neck by a bed bug. I know that it was a bed bug because i caught it. I showed the hotel assistant and they put me in a few rooms down the hall. Needless to say i got a restless night sleep. I was told the manager would contact me first thing in the morning to resolve the issue. I actually […] had to find the manager and he said there wasnt much he could do to make me feel better except gice me money to use tha laundry room. I was terribly disappointed. "Morning Shower a bit cold"
The room was fine. Our only complaint was a cool shower in the morning. It appeared to be a problem with the hot water adjustment on the tap.
The only complaint we had was about the hangers! They would not hold anything - plastic clips would let loose and everything would fall down! Replace the hangers with more substantial ones.

Awesome location right next to the mall and tons of restaurants, not too far of a drive to Seattle and very close to get to the airport! The room was nice, breakfast was good, and staff friendly. Our only problem was with the self service laundry. The driers took almost four cycles for a 1/2 load of laundry to get almost dry. "Well priced"
We came to town to see some baseball - all hotels in downtown Seattle were booked. Hotels.com found us this one - we figured we wouldn't be in the room much anyway so we took a chance. Glad we did - decent price, clean, free hot breakfast, 24 hr coffee, free shuttle to train, airport and light rail, great mall nearby, free wi-fi, helpful and friendly […] staff. Would stay here again - easy to take the light rail into Seattle and not have to worry about parking. Læs mere
"The Best Western River's Edge was very nice"
We stayed at this hotel after coming back from an Alaskan cruise. The hotel staff was very nice and the hotel was very convenient to the airport. Our room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. We took the hotel shuttle to the airport the next morning and it was a carefree way to end our trip.
"Nice enough"
This hotel is fine for a short stay, if it is a convenient location from where you need to go. If you are on vacation with children and want the pool/spa to be a major part of the entertainment, there are better choices.

Hotel was very close to the airport and since we had a few extra hours before our flight we were able to go shop at the mall and surrounding stores. Many restaurants in the same area made it very convenient. Hotel beds were very comfortable.
"Terrible Hotel"
This hotel is at best a 2 star. It is really a dump. The room had to be ionized it smelled so bad. The pool water was cold and there was no water in the hot tub. The continental breakfast was a joke. A very sub-par experience. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

"BUGS! best western rivers edge-tukwila washington"
This was perhaps the worst hotel stay I have ever had. It took the front desk person about 15 minutes to find my reservation. She then checked me in to a room with 2 queen beds (I reserved and paid for one king). After walking down to the room I discovered 2 queen beds. I went back to straighten it out and she was hesitant to change it to a king but […] she did, AFTER she asked me if I had touched anything in the room! I walk to the new room and the key wouldn't open it. Walked back down to desk and got keys that worked. The WORST part about staying here was being bitten by what im assuming were bed bugs. I saw bug casings on the pillowcases and reported them to staff at desk when I was checking out. No sorry, no what can we do for you, just a "we will have housecleaning check on this." Im still itching days later. I will NEVER stay at "best" westerns again. Læs mere

The staff overall were great. Dropping us to and collecting us from the local rail station which enabled us to visit the City of Seattle without bringing in the car. one minor irritant the super efficient Breakfast Room supervisor closing the room at 9,30 precisely and making you feel you had to leave.
