Dette er et rigtig godt beliggende lille hotel i et roligt kvarter tæt på metro og seværdigheder. Gode værelser og god morgenmad. Personalet er yderst serviceminded og meget venlige, kan varmt anbefales. familie på 4 fra københavnsområdet

God beliggenhed ift. centrale byområder og Estacio Nord (busser). God og venlig service og fin morgenmad til rimelig pris (rabat ved længere ophold)

Vi elskede nabolaget som kun var en gåtur fra alt Gaudi, og meget lokale tapas-steder - slet ikke turistet. Sengene var som at ligge på jorden og vi havde udsigt til et mørkt hul. Men der var super service både fra rengøringspersonalet og dem i receptionen.

Hotellet levede til fulde op til vores forventninger om comfort og service. Der var roligt og stille. Venligt og servicemindet personale. Supergod morgen komplet til rimelig pris.

Blev meget vel modtaget af engelsktalende receptionist. Megt hjælpsomme med bestilling af taxa osv. Enkelt værelse med kæmpeseng - opgradering - og stort badeværelse. Men det bedste er en fantastisk morenmadsbuffét med masser af frugt, grønt , varme ting og også groft brød - sammen med pastry og kage. Gav en rigtig god start på dagen. En stor del gadestøj […] om dagen, hvis man har værelse til gaden. men meget stille kvarter om natten. Tæt på seværdigheder, mange butikker, cafeer og restauranter. Læs mere

Jeg var meget tilfreds med hotellet, med undtagelse af nogle lagner der måske ikke var helt rene og en bruser, der ogås var noget slidt. Min veninde er mege lydfølsom og heldigvis behøvede vi ikke AC (slutningen af april) for den larmede meget. Desværre larmede elevatoren ret meget og værelsernes marmorgulve lydisolerer heller ikke... Vær opmærksom […] på, at døren til toilettet IKKE kan lukkes helt til - så tænk jeg om, hvis I skal på romantisk get.away... Morgenmaden var god (servicen less so), location er perfekt med Sagrada familias lige om hjørnet og Catalunja ca. 15 minutters gang væk (2 min. til metro). The Hesperia hotel, is placed in central Barcelona, its only a 10-15 minutte walk away from the Sagrada Familia, and less than 5 minuttes from the nearest subway station. From our window on the 5th floor we could actually see the top of the Sagrada Familia. There are a few restaurants and bars in the immidiate area, but I would advice to travel a bit […] closer to the center of town for eating. We had breakfast at the hotel, and this was ok, with one exception: The bacon tasted as if it was cooked. But compared to the general none exsistence of breakfast in Spain, i'd defenatly recommend bying at the hotel. Our room was quite small, there was only room, for a small desk, a minibar and our bed. The bathroom was ok in size. And who stays at the hotelroom for anything else than sleeping anyway ? The room where somewhat worn. The staff spoke excellent english, and where very friendly and helpfull. I'd recommend staying at this hotel anytime. Læs mere

Hesperia Carlit er et ganske glimrende hotel til meget rimelig pris. Vi købte 2 x lækker morgenmads buffet i 3 dage for 55 euro, hvilket var helt ok. Beliggenheden i et fredeligt område med kun 10 min gang til La Sagrada er bare perfekt. Meget venligt personale og god service i alle henseender. Et lille hyggeligt hotel, med en venlig atmosfære. Dejligt morgenbord til rimelig pris. Tæt på mange seværdigheder. Små værelser, men absolut OK når det primært skal anvendes til at sove i. Vi vil gerne komme tilbage en anden gang.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel in a quiet neighborhood and within walking distance of many attractions.

Nice location, close to metro. You can, however, also reach many attractions simple by foot. Its also very close to the shuttle bus to Girona, which was a huge plus for us, since we had to catch an early morning plane. Service and rooms are overall good as well.

The hotel was clean, modern and comfortable. It was close to the sight and the staff was friendly. Overall an excellent experience

From the outside the hotel looks pretty decent and the situation is close. However stay away from the Argentinian restaurant next doors. The most expensive tourist trap in the area. And don't believe the reviews on tripadvisor. I think most of them are published by the owners. In regards to this hotel. The room smells bad, and the view was awful. Got […] a room towards the backyard, however even though it was at the 2nd floor, it felt like I was staying in the cellar since the yard is built between floor 2 and 3. If you really want to stay at this hotel then ask for a room at a higher floor and towards the street. I think you will enjoy it better. I would not stay here again. Instead pay 20 euro extra and get a property where you can feel comfortable in. Læs mere

Great hotel in a convenient location. Less than 5 mins walk from Tentau sation on line 2 (purple line). You can to almost every place which was a great way to see the city. The wifi was a big let down. It would be better if you get wifi in the bed rooms instead of just the lobby which was uncomfortable to wait in. Once you finally get a connection, […] it is very slow to load up pages. the internet computer at the hotel was a bit steep at 2 euros for 15 mins and 3 euros for half an hour. When for 25 cents you can can to an internet cafe next street for 15 mins amd 50 cents for 30 mins. The maths don't add up. Staff are friendly enough and speak good english. There were lots of places next to the hotel where you could eat, fair prices and a few mini supermarkets nearby as well, I would stay there again, it was a great location and i like the fact it was easy to access and easy to walk to most places of interest and therefore would recommed it and stay there again if i visit Barcelona again. Very friendly staff who spoke English well. Clean room. Walls very thin (could hear drunk neighbour barfing) as well as plumbing. 25 minute walk to main part of city. Supemarket across the street. Cute, tasty, family run restaurant 2 stores down. Felt safe despite quiet walk back from downtown.

The hotel rooms are small and the beds are uncomfortable. Bathroom is good. Location is pretty convenient to Segrada Familia and other sights. Breakfast spread was quite good.

Close to metro and buses, and all major tourists attraction. Unfortunately, the bathroom, specifically sink area, was dirty.

The hotel staff was very friendly and the rooms were clean, but overall we would not go back to Hesperia Carlit. The rooms are very close together so in the morning when the staff is cleaning, you hear every noise. We felt like we were in the bathroom next door cleaning with them! Not great if you are trying to sleep in and have a leisurely morning. […] The neighborhood was within walking distance of some of the major sights like Sagrada Familia, but the neighborhood itself wasn't the best as far as choice of cafes and other points of interest. There were grocery stores nearby, which was nice, but not much else. The staff was very friendly, but we were disappointed on our last day when our wake up call came 30 minutes after our requested time. Thankfully we had set our watches or we would have overslept and could have been late for our flight. Cost of the room was reasonable, but you really do get what you pay for sometimes. This is a hotel we picked for a couple of nights prior to a cruise based on other reviews. We wanted a friendly staff, quiet neighborhood, inexpensive place to stay that was clean and well appointed. It was all that we expected, and we would definitely stay there again. This hotel was in a good location, easy access to metro and walking distance to some of the major sites in Barcelona. Room was basic and clean but A/C was underpowered and had trouble keeping room cool. I would highly recommend this hotel when they get the A/C fixed.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff was exceptional and helped us a great deal with lost luggage and directions to the surroundings. Good restaurant recommendations--the Argentinian Restaurant down the street and the Manairo(mich star) close and delicious. We'll go back! The breakfast was good, lots of fresh fruit.

I would highly recommend this hotel for couples and families alike!

I was disappointed in the rooms - they were clean but were dindgy and not comfortable. There is volume control on the TV which is great to keep the noise down but its set to a volume that's basically inaudable... especially as our room was across from a school so every morning we woke to a hundred children running and screaming outside our window. The […] breakfast was a big disappointment. The bathroom would have been better if there was counterspace to put toiletries but there is none and there is also no electrical outlet in the bathroom except for one for a man's razor. The only plus of this hotel is the staff who were very helpful and pleasant. The location is good for the quieter, less touristy neighborhood of L'Exaimple but wouldn't recommend for anyone wanting to stay in the middle of the action as we were constantly taking taxis into the main part of town for dinner/ activities. Good location to a central Metro line plus within walking distance to Barri Gothic (15-20mins). Not near any major bars and restuarants but its better to walk into the atmosphere of the main centre for that. Room clean and spacious. Had a room out onto the street however traffic was a bit loud in the morning. All the staff very helpful and excellent […] with pointing out how to get to places in the city, where to eat, what times the trains are to the airport. Not that I try to force people to speak English in their native country but receptionists were extremely good at English. Would book again and stay again. Læs mere

This was a very nice, standard 3 star hotel. No bells and whistles but clean and comfortable. I spent one night in Barcelona and the english speaking staff were very helpful. I was even able to get a ticket to the barcelona game that night thru the hotel staff. Great seat, great game, great trip. I would stay here again in the future. I was traveling […] alone - and in a single bed, if traveling w/ 2 people you should probably not choose a single room as the bed is clearly made for 1 person. A decent hotel in a good location halfway between the old town and the Sagrada Familia. Friendly staff on reception desk who spoke excellent english. Room was fine and clean but was quite small (was a single) and the tv was old.

The hotel is very clean. The staff friendly, courteous and very helpful when explaining where to find buses, metro etc. The rooms were of a good size for the price but having a glass (albeit opaque) door into the bathroom was certainly different. Rooms near the top levels of the hotel may be slightly noisy due to the lift machinery on the roof. I stayed […] for 4 nights in Sep 09 and enjoyed my stay. Læs mere

Left with a smile on my face. Basic but good hotel that manages to be more than the sum of its parts.

Booked this room because someone else's review commented on hoe friendly and helpful the staff was. I was very impressed with the staff and the hotel. Stayed here for 8 days before my cruise. Would recommend!!

Para lo que vale esta bien. Creo que le hace falta una mano de pintura. El personal muy amable y atento.

Le personnel à l'accueil est très sympathique. La situation est pas mal (à 500 mètres de la place Tetuan et de son métro). Les parties communes de l'hôtel sont bien entretenues. La chambre est bien entretenue bien que le mobilier soit un peu vieillot (je trouve). Cependant, un petit bémol concernant notre chambre : la porte séparant la chambre de […] la salle de bain est vitrée et mal isolée, ce qui implique qu'on entend fort le bruit de la douche ou du sèche-cheveux dans la chambre (même porte fermée). De plus, la douche n'est pas exceptionnelle (on dirait une douche d'hôtel ** : bac vieillot, tuyau usagé). Je n'ai pas testé le petit-déjeuner (12€ maxi). Au final, je mets quand même une bonne note à cet hôtel (vu le tarif promotionnel que j'ai obtenu) et globalement, les prestations sont bonnes. Læs mere

tres bonne emplacement 30min de l' aéroport en taxi avec circulation, 10min à pieds du centre ville , calme et propre, personnel très sympa, restos et café pour le déjeuner à côté. J y retourne.

Ihan kelpo perushotelli nukkumiseen, hyvät kulkuyhteydet (metro lähellä), eikä Placa Catalunia kävellenkään liian kaukana. Siisti paikka, hyvä ja runsas aamiainen.

Enkelt hotell. Små rum. Gick inte fullt att mörklägga p g a dålig planering. Fräscht och nybyggt. Flera t-banestationer nära med bara en t-banestation från passeig de gracia. Lite tråkigt kvarter.
